SuperDev Pro is a browser-extension toolkit for developers and designers, but its alternatives do not all do the same job. Product Hunt’s alternatives list points to four useful comparisons: Hoverify for a broader browser workflow, MiroMiro for website design inspection and editing, WhatRuns for identifying site technologies, and CSS Scan for focused CSS inspection. Treat the list as a place to discover options—not as a ranking or proof that any one tool replaces SuperDev Pro.

What SuperDev Pro does—and what its current feature count means

SuperDev Pro is a browser extension that brings website-development and design utilities together in a sidebar. Its official website currently advertises “50+ developer tools,” including CSS inspection, color picking, font swapping, and responsive-layout testing. The Chrome Web Store listing metadata dated August 17, 2026, describes 52 tools. These are differently worded claims from two sources, not a reason to treat one count as a verified universal total. Product Hunt’s older launch descriptions calling it 14-in-1 or 16-in-1 are dated and should not be read as current specifications.

SuperDev Pro’s site advertises a one-time lifetime offer at $29 against an $89 reference price, three device activations, lifetime updates, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Those are the vendor’s displayed terms when accessed in 2026; pricing and offer terms can change. The same site says the extension operates locally and has no telemetry, and displays multiple browser brands. Those are SuperDev Pro’s own privacy and compatibility claims, not independent verification that every feature works identically in every browser.

SuperDev Pro alternatives by the job you need done

Product Hunt lists the following products as alternatives. Its short descriptions help identify their intended category, but do not establish current feature parity, quality, platform support, or price.

Tool Best comparison for What the listing establishes What to verify before choosing
Hoverify A broad browser-based developer and designer workflow Product Hunt presents it as an all-in-one browser extension for web developers and designers. Whether its current tools cover the specific inspection, editing, and testing tasks you use in SuperDev Pro; supported browsers; current price and data handling.
MiroMiro Inspecting and editing a website’s design Product Hunt describes it as a way to inspect, edit, and export a website’s design. Which design properties it can inspect or edit, what export produces, and its current browser and pricing terms.
WhatRuns Identifying technologies used by a website Product Hunt lists it as a browser extension for identifying website technologies. Which technologies it detects, how current the results are, and supported browsers. It is a task-specific comparison, not established as a full design or CSS-editing replacement.
CSS Scan Inspecting and copying CSS Product Hunt lists it as a tool for inspecting and copying CSS. Whether its current inspection and copying workflow meets your needs, along with browser availability, pricing, and data handling.

How to choose between them

Choose by workflow breadth

If you want multiple utilities inside one browser workflow, compare SuperDev Pro with Hoverify first. The category descriptions make Hoverify the closest broad comparison in Product Hunt’s list, but they do not prove that the products offer the same tools. Check each vendor’s current feature list against the tasks you actually perform.

Choose a focused tool for a focused task

If your main goal is visual design inspection and editing, MiroMiro’s listed workflow is the relevant comparison. If you mainly need to identify a site’s underlying technologies, WhatRuns is more directly aligned. For reading and copying CSS, CSS Scan is the focused option. A narrower tool may be a better fit for one task, but the available descriptions do not establish whether it can replace SuperDev Pro’s other utilities.

Check the practical decision points

  • Task coverage: Confirm the exact inspection, editing, color, font, responsive-testing, technology-identification, or CSS-copying functions you need.
  • Browser and operating-system support: Check the vendor’s current compatibility details rather than assuming Product Hunt’s category listing confirms them.
  • Price and renewal terms: Compare current vendor pricing, including whether payment is one-time or recurring and what updates or devices are included.
  • Privacy: Read each product’s own data-handling statement. Do not infer that one extension shares another’s local-processing or telemetry policy.
  • Export and handoff: If you need to move inspected or edited design work into another tool, confirm what the export contains and whether it suits that workflow.

What Product Hunt’s alternatives list can—and cannot—tell you

Product Hunt is useful for finding products in nearby categories; its alternatives page is not a controlled comparison or benchmark. It does not establish that every listed product is current, available on your browser, similarly priced, or a one-for-one replacement.

Product Hunt’s current alternatives listing, accessed in 2026, claims SuperDev Pro has more than 7,000 professionals, while SuperDev Pro’s own site claims more than 20,000. These are publisher/platform claims with different sources and are not independently verified user counts. Product Hunt’s listing metrics—six reviews and 328 followers on one listing, versus four reviews and 147 followers on a separate older listing—are volatile and should not be combined or treated as a quality score. Product Hunt also shows two 2025 launch entries, dated September 9 and August 4.

Broader comparison directories such as G2 include products like Froala Editor, Vev, Crazy Egg, and TinyMCE, but those categories extend into WYSIWYG editing, website creation, and analytics. They are not like-for-like browser-extension alternatives unless your actual need has expanded beyond browser-based site inspection and editing.
