Web Hosting Hub is a conventional shared hosting service with three plans: Spark, Nitro and Dynamo. Its homepage displays them at $5.99, $7.99 and $9.99 per month. Those figures are the vendor’s displayed rates, not a guaranteed monthly charge, and the lowest price comes with the most limited allowance. Automated backups cost extra, and the free migration offer has size limits. The sections below separate the displayed price from what you will actually pay, and explain which plan fits which kind of site.

What the displayed prices cover

Web Hosting Hub’s official homepage shows the three entry prices alongside higher rates of $11.99, $15.49 and $20.49 per month. It offers 1-, 2- and 3-year term selectors, and states that its daily equivalent is calculated on a 36-month term. That means the headline figure is a per-month equivalent tied to the longest commitment, not a one-month price. The pricing page does not clearly show which higher rate belongs to which plan and term, so the cart total is the number to trust.

Plan Displayed monthly rate Websites MySQL/PostgreSQL databases Support channels
Spark $5.99/mo 2 10 Live chat
Nitro $7.99/mo Unlimited Unlimited Live chat and phone
Dynamo $9.99/mo Unlimited Unlimited Live chat and phone

Website and database counts come from the vendor’s official cPanel plan comparison. Support channels come from its official blog-hosting comparison. Both are vendor-published details; the “unlimited” wording on Nitro and Dynamo is subject to the vendor’s terms of service, which the pricing table references.

What every plan includes

  • cPanel and SSH access, with cPanel serving as the interface for email accounts, software installs, domains and security settings.
  • A free domain and free SSL certificate.
  • SSD storage, unlimited storage and unlimited bandwidth, as listed by the vendor.
  • Unlimited email accounts.
  • BoldGrid, a free drag-and-drop website builder, plus WordPress and PrestaShop auto-install options.

Because all three plans share these features, the choice between them comes down to site count, database count, support channel and the resource level the vendor associates with each tier.

How the three plans differ

Spark: the entry plan

Spark is the lowest-priced option and the only one with a fixed allowance: two websites and ten MySQL/PostgreSQL databases. It offers live chat but not phone support. It suits a single site or a pair of small sites where the owner does not expect to add databases quickly.

Nitro: the small-business tier

The vendor positions Nitro for small businesses and for better performance than Spark. It removes the website and database caps and adds phone support. The vendor does not publish speed or uptime figures that would let you measure the performance gap, so treat that positioning as the vendor’s claim.

Dynamo: the highest-resource tier

Dynamo is described as the plan with the most resources and speed. It has the same unlimited site and database allowances as Nitro and the same support channels, so the extra cost buys the resource level the vendor describes rather than additional features listed on the official comparison.

Backups are a paid add-on

Automated complete cPanel account backup is listed as a $1/month add-on on all three plans. It is not part of the base price. Web Hosting Hub also tells customers to take their own backups, stating: “We always recommend you make your own backups frequently with our simple to use backup tool.” That sentence is attributed to the company; the page does not name an individual author.

If you depend on automated recovery, add the $1/month backup cost to your budget. If you would rather not pay for it, schedule your own backups with the vendor’s backup tool and keep a copy outside the hosting account.

Free migration has a scope limit

The vendor’s blog-hosting comparison describes free cPanel and website transfers with zero downtime. The no-fee offer applies to:

  • cPanel accounts up to 5GB, or
  • accounts with three or fewer databases and/or websites.

Larger transfer requests may cost $10 per additional item. Confirm your account size and item count before assuming the migration will be free, especially if you run several WordPress installs or a multi-database application.

The money-back guarantee

Web Hosting Hub advertises a 90-day full money-back guarantee. This is the vendor’s advertised policy. Eligibility and exclusions are set out in its current terms, so read those before purchase rather than assuming every order is refundable in every circumstance.

Support availability and what is not established

The vendor states that support is available 24/7/365. Spark offers live chat; Nitro and Dynamo add phone. Neither the official pages nor the independent TechRadar review available for this article establish actual response times or support quality. TechRadar’s review is older than the current price list and is useful only as background on backups and support, not as a source for current offers. Nothing here establishes uptime or speed measurements, so the article cannot rank performance.

Checking the real cost before you pay

  1. On the pricing page, select each term (1, 2 and 3 years) and note the order total for each one, not just the monthly equivalent.
  2. Check whether the order summary states the renewal charge and renewal date for your chosen plan and term.
  3. Add the $1/month backup add-on to the total if you need automated account backups.
  4. If the renewal price is not shown, ask live chat to state the renewal charge in writing before you pay.
  5. Check the terms for refund eligibility under the 90-day guarantee.

Which plan fits which site

  • Spark fits a single personal blog or one small project with at most two websites and ten databases, if live chat is enough support and you accept paying separately for backups.
  • Nitro fits a small business or a buyer who needs more than two sites or more than ten databases and wants phone support.
  • Dynamo fits a buyer who wants the resource level the vendor associates with its top tier and has the same site and database needs as Nitro. Do not expect measured performance gains without your own testing.
  • If you are moving an existing account, confirm it fits the free migration limits first.
