The Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2c is worth buying if you already know you need a smaller mouse. Logitech built it for players who prefer a compact shape because of hand size or grip style, and it is 5% smaller and over 10% lighter than the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2. If a standard-sized mouse already fits your hand, the size reduction alone is hard to justify at its price. Fit should decide the purchase before any specification does.
Who this mouse is for
Logitech positions the 2c for players whose hand size or grip style makes a larger mouse uncomfortable. Its official announcement names three grip styles: claw, fingertip and hybrid. If you palm a mouse with your whole hand and find a standard-size body comfortable, the 2c’s smaller footprint solves a problem you do not have.
The independent review that is most relevant here comes from GamesRadar+, published December 4, 2025 under the headline “a secret weapon for smaller-handed esports competitors.” Its reviewer recommends the mouse chiefly to competitive players who specifically want compact dimensions. That is the reviewer’s opinion, drawn from three weeks of use, and it should be read as a view on who the mouse suits rather than a general statement about comfort.

What changed from the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2
The 2c is a compact version of the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 platform. Logitech says it is 5% smaller and over 10% lighter than that model. Those are the only size and weight comparisons Logitech makes, so you should compare the two mice’s physical dimensions yourself if you are choosing between them.

Reading the weight and dimension figures
The 2c’s weight is listed differently depending on where you look. Logitech’s support specification gives 51 g for the EMEA version and 53 g for the worldwide version, while the US product page describes the US model at 51 g. If you are buying outside the US, check the figure printed on the retailer or support page for your region rather than relying on the 51 g US figure.
The dimensions on Logitech’s support page, 38.5 × 61.4 × 118.4 mm, are the figures to use when comparing against your hand or a larger mouse you already own. Measure a mouse you currently use with a ruler and compare length and width against those numbers.

Sensor and switch features
The 2c uses the HERO 2 sensor, which Logitech rates at up to 44,000 DPI and 888 IPS on its US product page. It also has LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches and zero-additive PTFE feet, and its launch announcement lists 88 G acceleration.
These are maximum or rated values. Maximum DPI and IPS figures describe what the sensor can do under ideal conditions, and most players use a fraction of that range. Likewise, an 8 kHz polling rate increases how often the mouse reports its position, but whether that difference is noticeable depends on your system and your play. The GamesRadar+ reviewer reported a positive view of the sensor and main clicks after three weeks of use. That is one reviewer’s experience, not a benchmark, and it does not establish that every player will perceive an advantage.
Connectivity and battery
The mouse connects through a USB-A LIGHTSPEED receiver for 2.4 GHz wireless use, or through USB-C when used wired. It has no Bluetooth, so it cannot pair directly with a phone, tablet or a laptop without the receiver. If you need Bluetooth for other devices, this mouse does not offer it.

Robin Piispanen, General Manager of Logitech G’s SIM and PRO Categories, said in the launch announcement: “Precision is personal. The PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2c proves performance can adapt to individual play styles.” That is company commentary, not an independent assessment.
Logitech also publishes player comments. One, from mimi, a Valorant player on G2 Gozen, reads: “With the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2c, I finally found a mouse that fits my hand perfectly.” This is a testimonial Logitech published, so it reflects one athlete’s experience selected by the manufacturer.

POWERPLAY is optional
Logitech states the 2c is compatible with its POWERPLAY charging mousepad system. POWERPLAY is an add-on, not a requirement. The mouse works with a standard battery and wireless or wired connection without it. A general gaming mousepad is a matter of surface preference and does not affect the mouse’s function.

Fit checklist before you buy
- Measure your hand from the wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger, and compare it with the mouse’s 118.4 mm length to judge whether a compact body suits your grip.
- Check whether you use a claw, fingertip or hybrid grip. Logitech designed this model for those grips, and a palm grip on a small body is a common reason for returns.
- Confirm the weight printed for your region, which is 51 g in EMEA and 53 g worldwide.
- Decide whether you need Bluetooth. This mouse uses LIGHTSPEED 2.4 GHz or wired USB-C only.
- Compare the current local price against the other compact mice you are considering, using the same specifications.
- Check your retailer’s return policy, because fit is the one factor you can only judge by holding the mouse.
Verdict
The 2c is a sound choice for competitive players who have a smaller hand or a claw, fingertip or hybrid grip and want a lighter, compact mouse with LIGHTSPEED wireless. Its headline sensor, switch and battery figures are manufacturer specifications and are credible as such, but they do not on their own justify the premium over a standard-size mouse. If your hand is comfortable on a larger shape, buy for fit and price, not for the spec sheet.
