Hexaware announced a multi-year partnership with Anthropic on October 8, 2026, and says it is a Preferred Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network. The companies plan to bring Claude into Hexaware’s Zerovity engineering platform and AgentVerse agent-building and governance platform, while developing customer solutions for software engineering and IT operations.
What does Hexaware’s Anthropic deal mean?
The agreement is a services and platform partnership, not a disclosed purchase of Anthropic by Hexaware or a public announcement of specific customer contracts. Hexaware’s release says the companies will pursue joint go-to-market activity, develop solutions together, support customer deployments, and expand training. It does not disclose financial terms or name customers already using the joint offerings. Hexaware’s October 8 announcement describes the work as outcome-based services focused on software engineering and IT operations.
Problems the companies say they will address
Hexaware’s examples include technical debt, security vulnerabilities, development backlogs, support tickets, process bottlenecks, and software license costs. The pitch is to start with an enterprise problem and apply Claude-enabled services, rather than sell AI effort as an end in itself. Siddharth Dhar, Hexaware’s President & Global Head – AI, said: “Enterprises no longer want to buy AI effort; they want outcomes.”

What are Zerovity and AgentVerse?
Hexaware identifies two of its platforms for the integration. The announcement describes Zerovity as an AI-native engineering platform and AgentVerse as a platform for building and governing agents.
#1 Best Overall
| Platform | Role in the announcement | What Hexaware says it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Zerovity | Software engineering | A harness that can connect with customer development tools, apply token optimization, and use built-in software delivery agents. |
| AgentVerse | Agent building and governance | More than 600 pre-built agents, according to Hexaware’s October 8, 2026 release. |
The Zerovity route is specifically framed as an option for customers that want to connect their existing development tools to the platform. Hexaware says that setup can use its token optimization and software delivery agents; the announcement does not publish comparative performance figures or define the savings customers should expect.
What does “Claude Preferred Partner” mean?
Anthropic’s public Services Track description lists three minimums for its Preferred tier: at least 100 active certified individuals, 15 deployed joint customers, and 3 public customer stories. Anthropic’s partner program page sets out those criteria.
Rank #2
Hexaware says it has more than 1,100 Claude-certified professionals, a figure that exceeds the published certification-count minimum. Hexaware COO Vinod Chandran said: “Our teams have already certified more than 1,100 people on Claude.” The announcement does not state Hexaware’s number of deployed joint customers or public customer stories, so the certification figure alone does not establish that all three criteria have been met publicly. The workforce and AgentVerse figures are claims in Hexaware’s release, not independently validated counts.
Can Hexaware sell Claude through Amazon Bedrock?
Hexaware had already announced a separate authorization as an Anthropic Authorized Reseller for Amazon Bedrock on June 25, 2026. That release says Hexaware could sell, integrate, and support Claude models directly for enterprise clients worldwide through Bedrock. The June 25 reseller announcement is distinct from the October multi-year partnership; together, the announcements describe both a Bedrock reseller route and collaboration involving Hexaware’s own platforms and services.

What is not yet public about the deal?
- Financial terms: The October announcement does not disclose payment, revenue-sharing, or other commercial terms.
- Customer evidence: It does not identify customer deployments or publish customer stories tied to this partnership.
- Preferred-tier evidence: The release reports the certification count but not the deployed-customer and public-story counts listed in Anthropic’s tier criteria.
- Measured results: The announcement describes goals and platform capabilities, but does not provide independently measured outcomes, token savings, or performance comparisons.
Anthropic Managing Director – International Chris Ciauri said: “Enterprises around the world are moving from experimenting with AI to running it in their core operations, and they need partners who can take Claude into production reliably and at scale.” That describes the partnership’s intended role; actual deployment results are not detailed in the announcement.
