Buy the Ai+ Nova 2 5G if you need 5G or want the higher listed processor clock. Buy the Ai+ Pulse 2 if 4G is enough and you want to spend less. On the official Ai+ store pages checked on October 7, 2026, the base 4GB/64GB configuration of Pulse 2 costs ₹10,999 and Nova 2 5G costs ₹13,999, a ₹3,000 gap. The two phones match on display size, battery capacity, camera resolution, Android version, memory options and storage expansion, so connectivity, chipset and price are what separate them.
Which one should you buy
- Choose Nova 2 5G if you want 5G now or expect to keep the phone long enough that 4G-only support could become a limitation. Its Unisoc T8200 is listed at up to 2.3GHz, against up to 1.8GHz for the Pulse 2’s Unisoc T7250.
- Choose Pulse 2 if 4G LTE covers your network and the lower price matters more than the chipset’s listed clock speed. You give up 5G but keep the same screen, battery, cameras, software and storage expansion.
- Compare matching configurations. The price gap is ₹3,000 at the base and mid-level variants on store pages, but the announced launch-price table shows a wider gap for some Nova 2 5G variants (see the price section below).
- Check the live price and offer on the day you buy. Festival prices are time-limited and tied to stock and bank-offer conditions.

Connectivity: the clearest hardware difference
Nova 2 5G is the only one of the two that supports 5G. Pulse 2 is listed for 2G, 3G and 4G LTE with VoLTE, so it will run on current 4G networks but cannot use 5G. Whether that matters depends on your carrier’s coverage where you live and how long you plan to keep the phone. Ai+ does not state how long either model will be supported on the network side, so check your operator’s coverage before paying for 5G you may not use.

Both phones use octa-core Unisoc chips, and the listed maximum clock is higher on the T8200 (2.3GHz) than on the T7250 (1.8GHz). That is a real difference in the published specification, and it is the reason to prefer Nova 2 5G if performance is a priority. A maximum clock is not a measured speed, though. It does not show sustained performance, how quickly apps open, or how either chip handles heavy games, and the official pages do not provide that information.
#1 Best Overall
- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Shared specifications and what they do not prove
The two phones list the same 6.745-inch HD+ screen at 720 × 1600, the same 6000mAh battery, the same 50MP rear and 8MP front cameras, Android 16, 4GB or 6GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB of storage, and a dedicated card slot for up to 1TB. Identical listed capacities do not mean identical battery life, because runtime depends on the chip, software and usage. Identical megapixel counts do not mean identical photos, because sensor, lens and processing matter as much as resolution.
One third-party listing shows a 120Hz refresh rate for these models. The official pages do not state a refresh rate, so treat 120Hz as unconfirmed until Ai+ publishes it. Android 16 is listed on both official pages, but those pages do not promise a specific number of future OS or security updates.

Festival offer prices
On October 6, 2026, Ai+ announced Big Billion Days prices of ₹8,999 for Pulse 2 and ₹11,999 for Nova 2 5G, a ₹3,000 gap. These are limited-period Flipkart prices. The announcement says prices marked with a star include bank offers and that availability lasts while stock remains. It gives no end date. Treat them as temporary Flipkart offers, not as the standard price or an Amazon price.
