Rebellion says it will debut a first look at a new Judge Dredd and Biker Mice From Mars figure line with Nacelle and Oni Press in connection with Brand Licensing Europe and New York Comic Con 2026. A Rebellion shop result separately names a Judge Throttle action figure in a comic bundle, but the available information does not confirm that it is the figure shown at NYCC.
What was announced for NYCC 2026?
Rebellion’s September 29, 2026 announcement says the partners will present “the first look” at a new figure line at Brand Licensing Europe and New York Comic Con. The line is part of a broader comic crossover bringing Judge Dredd together with Biker Mice From Mars. Rebellion’s announcement, carried by Total Licensing, identifies Nacelle and Oni Press as partners.
That establishes a planned reveal and a collaborative figure line, not a complete product launch. The announcement does not state a release schedule, price, retailer list, or final product specifications.

Is the NYCC figure Judge Throttle?
Rebellion’s shop search result names a “Judge Throttle Figure & Comic Book Bundle.” It describes the bundle as including a Judge Throttle Action Figure and both Volume One and Volume Two of the crossover comics. The result connects the item to the comic, but does not establish that Judge Throttle is the specific figure presented in the NYCC first look. Rebellion Shop’s Judge Throttle bundle listing is the source for that product name and bundle description.
#1 Best Overall
- A PREVIEWS Exclusive
- Based on the model from the pages of 2000 AD
- Gorgeously crafted set
- Judge Dredd features 16 points of articulation
- Judge Dredd measures 4.13” tall
For readers searching for the named product, “Judge Throttle action figure” is the most specific supported query. The cited listing is from Rebellion’s shop; it is not evidence of Amazon stock, pricing, or affiliate availability.
What is known—and not known—about the figure?
The announcement and shop result do not provide enough detail to confirm the figure’s final design or buying terms. In particular, they do not establish:
Rank #2
- A PREVIEWS Exclusive
- Black and white variant
- 16 points of articulation
- 1:18 scale
- Whether the NYCC display is the Judge Throttle figure in the shop bundle
- Scale, articulation, materials, or accessories
- Price, release date, or standalone availability
- Whether the figure is exclusive to NYCC or another retailer
- Amazon availability
Those details should not be inferred from the crossover announcement or the bundle title.
How does the figure line connect to the comic crossover?
The figure line accompanies a Judge Dredd and Biker Mice From Mars comics collaboration involving Oni Press, Rebellion, and Nacelle. A September 18, 2026 first-look report credits Dan Watters and Ryan O’Sullivan as writers and Jordi Tarragona as artist, and gives December 2, 2026 as the first issue’s comic-shop date. Lotusland Comics’ first-look report covers those credits and date.
Rank #3
- A Hiya Toys import
- Features 16 points of articulation
- Includes shoulder and joint pads, chain and badge of office, utility belt with dimension jump, and his winged helmet
- Packaged in a protective cardboard window box
An earlier July 2026 announcement described the publishing plan as two 40-page deluxe-format issues beginning in December and linked the comics collaboration to a Rebellion–Nacelle merchandising partnership for action figures and collectibles. Because published descriptions can differ on page counts, the issue length should be checked against the current official solicitation before relying on it. Graphic Policy’s July announcement coverage provides that earlier description.

The key confirmation is whether the NYCC figure is the Judge Throttle item named by Rebellion’s shop result. A full product announcement would also need to specify its design, scale, accessories, price, release timing, exclusivity, and where it will be sold. Until those details are published, the safest description is a first look at a planned crossover figure line, with Judge Throttle named separately in a comic bundle listing.
