IKEA’s STENGRÖNSKA combines an alarm clock with temperature and humidity readings, wireless phone charging, USB-C power, and lighting beneath the clock. IKEA lists it on its Japan website; a report dated October 8, 2026, also says it had appeared on IKEA’s China website. IKEA had not confirmed a North American or European launch in that report.
What the STENGRÖNSKA does
IKEA Japan lists the black STENGRÖNSKA alarm clock with hygro-/thermometer, article number 306.304.13. Its display shows the time, date, day of the week, room temperature, and humidity. The listed features are retailer specifications, not independent test results. See IKEA Japan’s product listing.
Alarms and bedside lighting
The clock supports three alarm times, adjustable alarm volume, and a nine-minute snooze. It also has a backlight and LED lighting beneath the clock, with three brightness levels.

STENGRÖNSKA is powered by USB-C and includes a USB-C port for charging a second device. It also supports wireless phone charging. IKEA says two AAA batteries can preserve the time and alarm settings during a power outage; they are backup cells, not the clock’s normal power source. IKEA recommends LADDA HR03 AAA 1.2V 750mAh rechargeable batteries.

Where it is listed and what the reported prices mean
Notebookcheck reported on October 8, 2026, that STENGRÖNSKA had recently appeared on IKEA’s Japan and China websites. The report gave prices of ¥4,999 in Japan and ¥199 in China. Those are reported regional prices, not a guarantee of today’s price or stock. The report said IKEA had not confirmed whether or when the clock would launch in North America or Europe.
