In End of Abyss, cheat codes are hidden markings in the game world—not promotional codes to redeem. Raise your Scanner to reveal a marking, scan it to register it in the Logbook, and, according to current guides, use the Cryptograph key item to activate scanned codes from the Logbook’s Codes tab. The complete code total is not confirmed, so the locations below are the currently reported finds, not a verified list of every code.
How to find and use cheat codes
- Find a hidden marking. Follow the reported routes below. The markings are revealed with the Scanner.
- Scan the marking. This registers the code in the Logbook. Epic’s official Cryptographer achievement listing describes its objective as scanning all codes.
- Get the Cryptograph. Current guides say this key item is found in the Lower Levels and enables code activation.
- Choose whether to activate. In the Logbook, open the Codes tab and toggle a scanned code on. Current guides warn that activating a code disables trophies on that save file; they say scanning alone does not. For a trophy-focused run, scan codes but leave them inactive.
Reported End of Abyss cheat-code locations
The routes below come from a guide updated October 5, 2026. They are guide-reported locations, not independently confirmed in-game tests. A separate Logbook guide updated October 3, 2026 lists four discovered codes and says the full total is unknown; the code guide shows six slots, including one without a found location. The official achievement listing confirms the scan-all-codes objective but does not settle the total.

Does activating cheat codes disable trophies?
Current code and Logbook guides warn that turning a cheat on disables trophies on that save file. The warning comes from those guides; Epic’s achievement listing establishes that Cryptographer requires scanning all codes, but it does not specify the activation consequence. If trophy progress matters, scan discoveries and do not toggle them on in that save.

No. The reported codes are in-world discoveries scanned with the Scanner. The current code guide says the game has no promotional-code redemption system.

Why “every” code remains unconfirmed
The October 5 code guide reports five located effects and an undocumented CO-005 slot. The October 3 Logbook guide reports four finds—Armor, Infinite Ammo, Infinite Health Boosters, and Big Knife—and explicitly says the total is unknown. Because the lists differ and neither establishes the full set, treat the routes above as reported finds rather than a complete, confirmed inventory.
