Choose the Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 (77092) if you want a LEGO Zelda set you can buy now, with two alternative display builds and four minifigures. Link & Epona’s price and full retail specifications have not been confirmed in the sources reviewed, so there is not enough information to compare the sets’ value fairly.

Which set should you buy?
Choose Great Deku Tree if you want a known set now
77092 is the more fully specified choice: LEGO lists its piece count, audience, included minifigures, and the height of both possible builds. The two-in-one concept gives you a choice between the tree’s Ocarina of Time and Breath of the Wild appearances, though only one version can be built at a time. It suits buyers who want the tree as a display centerpiece and value having Zelda and three Link variants in the box.

The £259.99 price and sold-out status were shown on the LEGO UK page when checked; they do not establish current stock or pricing elsewhere. The $299.99 figure is LEGO’s original US RRP from its 2024 launch announcement, not a current retailer or resale quote.

- Build this LEGO set
Wait for Link & Epona if the subject is the priority
If what you want is Link riding Epona from Ocarina of Time, the reported upcoming set matches that subject more directly than a tree display. Brick Fanatics reported 1,750 pieces and a spring 2027 window in 2026. Those are reported announcement details, not a confirmed exact launch date or a complete LEGO retail specification. Price, dimensions, full contents, set number, and purchase availability are not established in the reviewed material.
Do not use piece count as a value verdict
The sets depict different subjects and use different display formats. Link & Epona’s price is not confirmed in the reviewed sources, so comparing cost per piece is not possible on a like-for-like basis. Wait for LEGO’s complete product listing if price, footprint, or box contents will determine your choice.

Make sure you mean Link & Epona, not The Final Battle
LEGO’s Ocarina of Time – The Final Battle (77093) is a separate set, not another name for Link & Epona. LEGO announced it as a 1,003-piece set with a $129.99 US RRP, available from 1 March 2026. Its scene is the castle confrontation and its figures include Link, Princess Zelda, Ganondorf, a large Ganon figure, and Navi. Those details belong to 77093 and should not be attributed to the Link & Epona set. LEGO’s announcement of The Final Battle.
