For most buyers who want a documented on-wrist display, clearly stated water-use guidance, and a more fully specified app experience, Fitbit Inspire 3 is the easier choice to evaluate. HERZ P1 Smart Band may appeal if its advertised longer battery interval and no-subscription claim matter more—but its FAQ says it is not suitable for swimming or hot showers. Neither product has established superiority in sensor accuracy or clinical usefulness.

Water resistance: the clearest practical difference
HERZ P1: follow the FAQ’s specific restriction
The HERZ P1 product page uses broad weatherproof and waterproof language, including artwork saying “Waterproof up to 164 ft.” However, the brand’s FAQ gives a more specific use instruction: it says the band is splash- and sweat-resistant, but not suitable for swimming or hot showers. Inspire 3: shallow water, with limits
Google rates Inspire 3 water resistant to 50 meters and describes it as designed for shallow-water use. Battery life: longer claims for HERZ P1, not a controlled comparison
HERZ P1’s FAQ, last updated January 20, 2026, estimates about 25–30 days of use, up to 60 days on standby, and around 1.5 hours for a full charge. Display and everyday interaction
Google specifies an AMOLED display and Gorilla Glass 3 for Inspire 3. HERZ P1’s published page focuses on tracking and app data without establishing a comparable on-device display. HERZ P1 and QRing
HERZ P1 names QRing as its companion app and says the band works with iOS and Android. Its product information describes 24/7 tracking of heart rate, HRV, stress, sleep, SpO2, temperature, and activity, along with call, message, and app notifications. Inspire 3 and Google Health
Inspire 3 uses Google’s Health app. Google specifies iOS 16.4 or later, Android 11 or later, Bluetooth LE, and an internet connection for syncing. Some features, such as smartphone notifications, may require Android 11 or later. Google lists exercise modes, heart-rate zones, sleep stages and score, stress-management score, and notifications; availability can vary by country. Health metrics are wellness information, not diagnoses
Both brands describe health and activity metrics, but the cited sources do not establish that either tracker’s readings are clinically accurate or suitable for diagnosis. Google explicitly says SpO2 and certain other feature data are not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition; SpO2 and skin-temperature features are limited by market, and using SpO2 requires more frequent charging. Which one should you choose?
Choose Fitbit Inspire 3 if
- You want a documented built-in color AMOLED display.
- Shallow-water use matters and you are willing to follow Google’s water and band limitations.
- Your phone meets Google’s stated operating-system requirements, and you want the more extensively described app feature set.
Consider HERZ P1 if
- You place a high value on the brand’s advertised longer battery interval.
- You prefer the brand’s stated no-subscription offer.
- You do not need to swim or take hot showers while wearing the band, and you are comfortable with the product details established by its published page and FAQ.
Check current prices in your country before buying: the HERZ P1 US listing’s displayed discount may change, and a stale price is not a fair basis for comparing the two.
