A large Grand Theft Auto VI advertisement was being installed on a Mercuriales tower near Porte de Bagnolet, beside Paris’s Boulevard Périphérique, according to a report published October 6, 2026. The display was still in progress at the time, and its often-repeated height of about 175 metres was preliminary—not a confirmed final measurement.

Xboxygen reported that installation began on October 6, 2026, on the facade of one of the two Mercuriales towers near Porte de Bagnolet, at the eastern edge of Paris. The towers stand beside the Boulevard Périphérique. The outlet describes the location as visible from the ring road and nearby major roads, but does not provide a measured audience or traffic-reach figure. Xboxygen’s report includes in-progress images and social posts.
How big is the GTA 6 Paris wrap?
Xboxygen said early information put the display at about 175 metres high. The report does not name the source of that estimate, and the installation was incomplete when the article was published. Treat 175 metres as a preliminary reported figure, not a verified measurement of the finished advertisement. The final dimensions, completed artwork, and length of time the display will remain up have not been established in the cited reporting.
What does the Paris placement say about GTA 6’s marketing?
Xboxygen presented the installation as a conspicuous European addition to the game’s campaign, alongside its reporting on earlier retailer displays and promotional activity in the United States, including an operation around the Miami Heat. That is the outlet’s description of campaign activity; Rockstar’s official pages do not confirm the Paris placement or explain its marketing strategy. No confirmed campaign price, expected reach, impression count, or statement from Rockstar about this installation is available in the cited sources.

What game is the advertisement promoting?
Rockstar’s official Grand Theft Auto VI page currently lists the game for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a November 19, 2026 release date. Rockstar describes the setting as the fictional state of Leonida and Vice City. The Paris advertisement’s location is a real-world marketing placement; it is not evidence that Paris appears in the game.
For players checking console compatibility, PlayStation France’s GTA VI page lists PS5 editions and says the game is not playable on PS4. Store editions, prices, and promotional offers can change, so check the live listing for current details.
