多数情况下，不要删除或禁用 pagefile.sys。它是 Windows 页面文件，参与系统提交内存管理，也可能为崩溃转储提供支持。通常稳妥的做法是让 Windows 管理页面文件；只有遇到明确、可复现的问题或容量限制时，才考虑手动调整。
pagefile.sys 是什么？

应该删除或禁用 pagefile.sys 吗？
一般不应该仅为腾出磁盘空间而删除或禁用它。页面文件通常由 Windows 管理；如果提交量达到提交上限，Windows 和进程可能无法再取得已提交内存，出现冻结、崩溃或其他故障。禁用页面文件会降低提交上限，也可能导致依赖页面文件的崩溃转储无法生成。

如果空间紧张，先检查页面文件实际大小、提交量和提交上限，以及系统是否需要特定类型的崩溃转储，再决定是否调整。不要仅凭 pagefile.sys 占用空间，或任务管理器显示的页面文件用量百分比，就认定它导致性能问题。
为什么通常应让 Windows 管理页面文件？

完整内存转储还有额外要求：启动卷上的页面文件必须足够大，即使转储文件本身设置为写入另一块本地磁盘也是如此。此要求与转储类型有关，不能简单地把转储目标磁盘当作启动卷页面文件的替代品。服务器转储建议也不应未经判断就套用于每台家用电脑。Microsoft：停止错误排查与转储配置建议

- 提交量与提交上限：观察峰值提交量是否接近上限，并结合当时运行的应用和工作负载判断。
- 崩溃转储需求：确认 Windows 配置的转储类型，以及启动卷页面文件是否需要满足相应要求。
- 磁盘空间：检查承载页面文件的卷是否有足够可用空间。
- Windows 版本和故障场景：确认建议针对的系统版本和问题与你的设备相符。

如何查看或调整页面文件设置？
- 打开“高级系统设置”。
- 在“性能”区域选择“设置”，然后打开“高级”选项卡。
- 在“虚拟内存”区域选择“更改”。
- 通常保留“自动管理所有驱动器的分页文件大小”。只有在有明确故障依据或容量管理需要时，才取消自动管理并设置初始值和最大值。
- 应用更改并按提示重启。更改何时生效取决于 Windows 配置。
