The iQOO Neo 11 has the larger, higher-resolution display, while the iQOO 15R is the model with an official India store listing in the sources reviewed. Both list 100W wired charging and similar rear-camera hardware. There is no established India price for the Neo 11, so a direct India price difference cannot be calculated reliably.
Availability and price: the key difference for Indian buyers
The iQOO 15R appears in the official iQOO India store. That store displayed ₹66,999 for its selected 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant, against an MRP of ₹87,999. This is a store snapshot, not a guaranteed current street price; check the listing for the exact variant and current price before buying.
The Neo 11’s published specifications are on iQOO’s China product page. The comparison pages from 91mobiles and Gadgets 360 identify the Neo 11 as not released or launched in India. The sources reviewed do not establish an India retail price for it.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

Treat it as a reported offer, not a like-for-like price. A China-market Neo 11 price, or a currency conversion from one, would not establish its Indian retail price.

Display: Neo 11 is bigger and sharper on paper
The Neo 11’s listed screen measures 6.82 inches and has a 3168 × 1440 resolution. The 15R’s is 6.59 inches at 2750 × 1260. Both are listed at up to 144Hz, so the clearest published difference is size and resolution: the Neo 11 offers more screen area and more pixels, while the 15R is the more compact option. These specifications alone do not establish brightness, color accuracy or overall display quality.

Performance: chip names do not settle the winner
The Neo 11 is associated with a Snapdragon 8 Elite by the comparison publishers; the official India store lists a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 for the 15R. The available material does not provide comparable independent tests, including sustained-performance results, so it cannot establish which phone is faster in games or demanding workloads. For a performance-led decision, look for tests of both models under comparable conditions in the market where you plan to buy.
Cameras: similar rear-camera hardware, different selfie resolutions
Both are listed with a 50MP Sony LYT-700V main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultrawide camera. Matching headline specifications do not prove that the phones take the same-quality photos: image processing and actual results are not established by these listings.

The 15R’s listed front camera is 32MP, compared with 16MP on the Neo 11. That is a resolution difference, not proof of better selfies. Choose based on sample photos and video results if camera quality is a deciding factor.
Battery and charging: close capacities, same stated charging rate
The 15R lists a 7,600mAh battery and the Neo 11 lists 7,500mAh. The 15R therefore has the higher stated capacity, but capacity figures do not establish which phone lasts longer in actual use. Both official product pages list 100W wired charging; comparable charge-time results are not established here.

Memory, storage and software: check the exact regional variant
The comparison sources list the Neo 11 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The official India 15R listing offers 8GB or 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage. Make sure the price you compare is for the capacity you actually want; the 15R’s ₹66,999 store snapshot above applies to the selected 12GB + 512GB variant, not every configuration.

The comparison sources list Android 16 with OriginOS 6 for the Neo 11, while the India store lists Origin OS 6.0 for the 15R. The available sources do not establish identical software support across markets, so check the terms shown for the regional model you intend to buy.

Which phone makes more sense?
- If you are buying in India now: the 15R is the practical option among these two in the sources reviewed because it has an official India store listing. Treat the Neo 11 as a China-market comparison unless a current official Indian launch and listing are confirmed.
- If screen size and resolution matter most: the Neo 11 leads on the listed display dimensions and resolution.
- If you want a more compact screen or more listed storage choices: the 15R has the smaller display and its India listing includes configurations up to 512GB.
- If you are comparing cameras or speed: do not decide from megapixels or processor names alone; the available material does not establish comparative photo results or tested performance.
- If price is decisive: compare the current price of the exact 15R configuration in your market. No defensible India price gap exists without an established India price for the Neo 11.
