These eight websites make it easier to find streaming options, explore radio, check privacy policies, locate open-access papers, and more. The “feel illegal” hook is just a joke: none of these tools is a shortcut to pirated media or unauthorized access. Each solves a different task, and several have important limits around regional availability, privacy, or coverage.
Find where a movie or show is streaming: JustWatch
Search for a film or TV show on JustWatch to see where it is listed across streaming services. Filters can help narrow results by attributes such as price. A listing is a discovery aid, not a promise that the title is included with a subscription: availability varies by country and changes over time, and a result may be a rental or purchase option rather than subscription streaming. JustWatch also offers optional paid Pro features alongside its free core features.
Listen to radio from around the world: Radio Garden
Radio Garden lets you explore live radio stations through an interactive globe. Its website launched in 2016, and native iOS and Android apps followed in 2018, according to its official history. The service collects and uses personal and usage data, as described in its privacy policy; using the globe does not make listening anonymous.

Get a quick read on terms and privacy policies: ToS;DR
Terms of Service; Didn’t Read (ToS;DR) summarizes terms of service and privacy policies, with volunteer contributors identifying notable points and assigning grades from A to E when enough information is available. The project describes its work this way: “ToS;DR aims to provide easy-to-understand summaries of Privacy Policies and Terms of Service through a transparent and peer-reviewed process.”

- It can be a gift option
Use a grade as a screening signal, not a substitute for reading clauses that matter to you. ToS;DR is a community project, not a legal adviser or regulator. It began in June 2012.
Use a disposable email address for low-stakes signups: Guerrilla Mail
Guerrilla Mail provides a disposable email address without registration. That can be handy when you want to receive a one-time message, but it is not suitable for a sensitive account or one you may need to recover.
Rank #2
Its FAQ warns that anyone who knows the Inbox ID may be able to access the inbox, and says delivered messages are deleted after one hour. Do not use it for banking, government, employment, shopping accounts that need recovery, or private correspondence. Some websites also block disposable addresses.

Request a snapshot of a public webpage: archive.ph
archive.ph may be useful when you want a snapshot of a publicly accessible page for later reference or comparison. Its current behavior and availability could not be confirmed, so treat it as a conditional option rather than a guaranteed archiving service. An archived copy does not give you permission to republish copyrighted material or bypass access restrictions.
Rank #3
Look for a legal open-access paper: Unpaywall
Unpaywall helps readers locate papers available through legal open-access sources, including university and government repositories, scholarly societies, and publishers’ open content. It points to available copies; it is not described by its operator as a way to bypass a paywall.
The service offers a browser extension for Chrome or Firefox on desktop. Unpaywall also reports that 52% of research papers read by its users are available to them for free. That is the service’s own figure; the page does not specify a year, and the methodology was not independently verified.
Rank #4
Review activity associated with your Google account: My Activity
Google My Activity lets signed-in users review and manage account-associated activity, including examples such as searches, websites visited, and videos watched. What appears depends on your account settings and whether the relevant history was saved. It is not a complete dashboard of every kind of tracking or information Google holds.
See aircraft broadcast data: ADS-B Exchange
ADS-B Exchange displays aircraft broadcasts received by its network. Aircraft equipped for ADS-B can transmit position and flight information, but a map cannot guarantee a view of every aircraft: visibility depends on aircraft equipment and signals, receiver coverage, geography, and other technical conditions.
On its 2026 homepage, ADS-B Exchange claims more than 25,000 active receivers and position updates every 500 milliseconds. These are current figures published by the service, not independent measurements. You can view the map without buying receiver hardware; receiving broadcasts yourself is a separate hobbyist setup.
