If you want a phone with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage in India, confirmed examples include the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G, Galaxy F70e 5G, Galaxy A27 5G, Galaxy A26 5G and realme NARZO 90 5G. Two Samsung buy pages showed prices when checked in 2026, but those are changeable page prices—not a complete or lasting market comparison. Confirm the selected variant, current price and stock before buying.
Which phones offer 6GB RAM and 128GB storage?
The manufacturer pages below confirm the stated memory and storage configurations. They are examples, not an exhaustive list of phones sold in India, and configuration confirmation alone does not establish current stock.

How to choose between these 6GB/128GB phones
RAM and storage describe only two parts of a phone. Before choosing, compare the exact variant and its price, then weigh the features that affect your own use.

- Verify the variant: Make sure the listing or checkout selection says 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. A phone may also be sold in configurations with different RAM or storage.
- Compare the current price: The two figures above were observed on Samsung India buy pages in 2026, not established as fixed prices or as a like-for-like survey across retailers. Check the seller’s current price, offers and stock for the exact variant.
- Assess performance: Compare the chipset and available independent testing for the models you are considering. The cited pages do not provide a uniform benchmark set, so they do not support naming an overall performance winner.
- Match the display and cameras to your needs: Check the model’s specifications and reviews for the screen and camera features you value; the memory-and-storage configuration alone does not establish how either performs.
- Check battery, charging and software support: Compare the published battery and charging details and the manufacturer’s stated support information. Samsung lists security updates through 31 July 2032 for the Galaxy A27 5G.
- Decide whether you need card expansion: Samsung lists microSD support for the A27 5G and A26 5G, while realme lists storage-card support for the NARZO 90 5G. Check the model page for limits and card details before relying on expansion.
What 128GB storage means in practice
The 128GB label is the phone’s stated storage capacity, not a promise that all 128GB will be free for your files. The operating system and preinstalled software use space. For the Galaxy A27 5G, Samsung specifies 104.7GB available on the 128GB configuration; that figure is model-specific and should not be assumed for the other phones.

Card support is also model-specific. A microSD or storage card can add capacity where supported, but it is not the same as built-in storage. Check the manufacturer’s specifications for the particular model and variant.
How to interpret a phone’s RAM listing
Look for the physical RAM amount in the selected configuration. Some phones advertise an additional memory feature that uses storage as virtual or extended RAM; that does not turn a 6GB physical-RAM model into a phone with 8GB of physical RAM. The cited configuration details identify 6GB memory or RAM, but do not establish a uniform virtual-memory feature across these models.

Are Samsung Galaxy M17e performance claims comparable?
Samsung’s Galaxy M17e page identifies a 6GB-memory model, but the cited material does not confirm a matching 128GB storage configuration. Its performance and video-playback statements therefore should not be treated as evidence that it belongs in a confirmed 6GB/128GB comparison.
Samsung attributes the phrase “Segment’s smoothest smartphone” to 91mobiles TestLab side-by-side scrolling evaluations of phones priced under ₹14,000 on Flipkart in India as of 9 February 2026. Samsung also attributes its “longest video playback” statement to controlled offline video-loop testing by 91mobiles TestLab. These are narrow, attributed claims: Samsung says they do not imply overall superiority, and notes that battery life varies with usage and conditions. They do not establish that the M17e is the best choice overall.
