That duration is conditional on the specified battery; it should not be assumed for every M12 battery or light mode. The manufacturer also lists IP54 dust and water resistance, a 9-foot drop rating, and 2.1A USB output. Its announcement says batteries are sold separately, so check package contents with the retailer.
For an M18 owner who wants a folding light: 2359-20
The M18 ROVER Compact Folding Flood Light adds a folding design, a rafter hook and broad horizontal and vertical head movement. Milwaukee lists 1,000 lumens on high and up to 12 hours on high with an M18 XC5.0 battery; lower-output modes extend the stated runtime. USB-A and USB-C ports are also listed. The M18 ROVER Dual Power Triple-Panel Flood and Area Light is a different format from the compact repair lights. Milwaukee lists 4,500 lumens and three hours on high with an M18 XC5.0 battery; it can also run from a 120V extension cord. Its broader flood-and-area design is worth considering when you want to illuminate more of a workspace rather than position a compact light near one repair.

Battery, USB and safe-use details for the 2367-20
The 2367-20 manual identifies the light as a 12V DC M12 product and specifies USB output of 5V DC at 2.1A. It describes cycling the light through high, low and off. Milwaukee’s manual also warns, “Do not stare at the operating light source.” Consult the 2367-20 operator’s manual for operating and safety instructions.
Before buying, confirm the retailer’s package contents and whether you already have a compatible M12 battery and charger. Milwaukee’s stated runtime conditions do not establish how long the light will run with a different battery, and the available product information does not establish current price, stock or bundle contents at any particular retailer.
