For checking a Flipkart listing’s past prices and setting a price alert, the three services described for this task are Flipshope, BuyHatke and PriceBefore. Their providers describe overlapping features, but there is no independent comparison here of chart completeness, alert speed or accuracy. Choose by the workflow you want—history chart, alert method, browser or mobile use—and verify the live listing and checkout total before buying.
Which Flipkart price tracker should you choose?

These are provider-described features, not an independent test or ranking. The source pages do not establish which service has the most complete records, detects changes fastest or produces the most accurate comparisons. A practical first check is whether the service supports the exact Flipkart product listing you want to monitor.
How to check a Flipkart product’s price history
- Open the exact listing. Confirm that it is the product, size, colour or other variant you intend to buy, then copy its Flipkart URL.
- Check whether a tracker supports that link. Paste the URL into a service that currently supports Flipkart. Flipshope describes this paste-a-link workflow on its price-history page; actual chart availability can depend on the listing.
- Read the chart’s time span. Note the dates actually shown rather than assuming a complete record. Flipshope describes 15-day, 45-day, six-month and all-time views; that is the provider’s stated range of chart options, not a guarantee that every listing has data for every period.
- Use the history as context, not a forecast. A lower past price can help you judge today’s price, but it does not show that the same price will return or establish that a sale label is meaningful.
How to set a useful price alert
Choose a target you would genuinely be willing to pay, using the available chart as context. Flipshope describes setting a target through an extension or app and receiving an alert on its tracker page. PriceBefore’s FAQ says it emails users when their target is reached. BuyHatke describes price alerts on its homepage. Alert options and setup can change, so check each service’s current instructions.

What to verify when an alert arrives
- Reopen the Flipkart listing and check that the product and variant still match.
- Check the current seller, stock and delivery terms.
- Review the final checkout price, including shipping and any applicable offers. A tracker’s displayed price may not reflect every factor affecting what you pay; the reviewed sources do not establish how each service handles those variables.
- Buy only if the offer is still available and the final terms suit you.
How to choose between the three
- Choose by chart needs: Flipshope describes specific history windows. PriceBefore and BuyHatke also describe price history, but the cited pages do not establish equivalent chart windows for them.
- Choose by alert workflow: PriceBefore explicitly describes email alerts. Flipshope describes extension or app alerts; BuyHatke describes alerts and offers app and browser-extension options. Confirm the current options before relying on a particular delivery method.
- Choose by device: If you prefer a desktop browser workflow, consider a provider-described extension; for phone use, consider a provider-described app. The available descriptions do not establish that every feature is identical across devices.
- Choose by store coverage: Flipshope and BuyHatke name multiple supported stores, while PriceBefore’s FAQ names Amazon.in and Flipkart. Confirm support for the particular listing and marketplace you use.
No objective winner can be established from the available provider descriptions alone. The useful choice is the service that supports your exact listing and offers a chart or alert workflow you will actually use.
