In the 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, Uconnect 5/5 NAV brings profile options, navigation, climate, vehicle settings, media, phone, and available apps together on the main touchscreen. The exact controls depend on the vehicle’s model year, trim, and installed equipment, so check that your Grand Wagoneer matches the 2026 guide before following screen-specific directions.
Check your Grand Wagoneer’s equipment first
This guide covers the 2026 Grand Wagoneer described in Jeep’s 2026 Quick Start Guide and 2026 technology page. The quick-start guide cautions that an individual vehicle may have different features. Confirm your model year, trim, and installed options; earlier vehicles and different Uconnect versions may use different menus or hardware.
Customize profiles and the Home screen
From the Uconnect touchscreen, swipe down to customize Profile options. The Home screen can also be customized with widgets. The guide does not detail how to create profiles, associate them with key fobs, or which preferences carry over between profiles, so use the controls shown on your own screen rather than assuming profile behavior.
Use Uconnect navigation
Open Navigation mode to search for and navigate to a destination. Jeep describes available Uconnect 5 NAV as offering 2D and 3D maps. The quick-start guide does not give a screen-by-screen address-entry sequence or explain map preferences, so follow the on-screen prompts for your vehicle.

Voice recognition starts with the steering-wheel Voice Recognition button. If the feature is activated in Vehicle settings, the guide identifies “Hey, Uconnect” and “Hey, Jeep®” as wake phrases. The cited materials do not establish connected-service requirements or subscription terms.
Adjust front and rear climate
Open Comfort mode on the main touchscreen to adjust the vehicle’s climate systems. Jeep says the automatic system considers outside temperature, solar load, cabin temperature, humidity, and the desired temperature when selecting HVAC mode, blower, and outlets.

Start with automatic, synced climate
The guide recommends running the front and rear climate systems together. Its recommended automatic starting point is Auto at 72°F with front and rear climate synced. This is manufacturer guidance, not a required setting; occupants can adjust the temperature and airflow to suit their conditions.

Choose a seasonal manual setting
- Cold weather: Run both systems, choose Floor or Mix, set a high temperature, and select a preferred blower speed.
- Hot weather: Run both systems, choose Panel, set a low temperature, and select a preferred blower speed.
These are suggestions from the quick-start guide, not a guarantee that one setting will suit every occupant or situation.

Use lower comfort displays when equipped
Available 10.25-inch lower comfort displays in the front and second row provide controls for heated seats, available ventilated seats, climate settings, and ambient lighting. Availability varies with trim and equipment. These displays handle comfort functions; they are distinct from the rear entertainment screens.
Control rear-seat entertainment
The available rear entertainment system has independent 10.1-inch screens with Fire TV built in. To begin setup, turn on a screen with its remote or by tapping the screen, then follow its prompts to pair the Alexa voice remote, connect to a network, and sign in to an Amazon account. The interface also offers the option to enable parental controls.

Choose an app or external source
Use an available app for built-in streaming, or select an input such as HDMI or USB when using an external source. If connecting a device by HDMI, check that its connector and cable length suit the vehicle’s input location; the guide does not specify a cable type or preferred brand.
Pair Bluetooth headphones
On the screen, open Settings > Controllers & Bluetooth Devices > Other Bluetooth Devices and follow the pairing prompts. The guide describes this path for vehicles equipped with the depicted rear entertainment system.

Know which rear controls do what
- Lower comfort display: Adjusts rear climate, heated and available ventilated seats, and ambient lighting when fitted.
- Rear entertainment screen: Runs available Fire TV apps or selects a connected HDMI or USB source.
- Main Uconnect touchscreen: Provides access to vehicle modes and, according to Jeep, can mute or pause rear-seat entertainment.
The front articulating display also provides access to a storage compartment and listed power and connection ports, according to Jeep’s technology page. Hardware and features vary by vehicle configuration.
