How to choose among the listed deals
For a low-cost wired headset
The BlackShark V2 X has the lowest listed price at $28.49. It is a wired, closed-back model; choose it if minimizing the upfront cost matters more than wireless convenience. The Cloud II costs more at $49.99 and is another wired option; the roundup’s positive comments about comfort and sound are the writer’s evaluation, not a guarantee of fit or performance for every user.
#1 Best Overall
- TRIFORCE TITANIUM 50 MM DRIVERS — Our cutting-edge proprietary design divides the driver into 3 parts for the individual tuning of highs, mids, and lows—producing brighter, clearer audio with richer highs and more powerful lows
- HYPERCLEAR CARDIOID MIC — An improved pickup pattern ensures more voice and less noise as it tapers off towards the mic’s back and sides, with the sweet spot easily placed at the mouth because of the mic’s bendable design
- ADVANCED PASSIVE NOISE CANCELLATION — Sturdy closed earcups fully cover the ears to prevent noise from leaking into the headset, with its cushions providing a closer seal for more sound isolation
- LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN WITH MEMORY FOAM EAR CUSHIONS — At just 240 g, the headset features thicker headband padding and memory foam ear cushions with leatherette to keep gaming in peak form during grueling tournaments and training sessions
- WORKS WITH WINDOWS SONIC — Make the most of the headset’s powerful drivers by pairing it with lifelike surround sound that places audio with pinpoint accuracy, heightening in-game awareness and immersion
For wireless and long stated battery life
The Cloud Alpha Wireless is listed with a 300-hour battery figure, the highest in this group. Treat that as the source’s stated figure rather than an independently measured runtime; actual battery life can depend on use and settings. Other wireless options include the BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed, Void V2, and BlackShark V3, each listed at 70 hours, while the Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 is listed at 54 hours.
For connection flexibility
The Void V2 is the clearest listed choice if you want both Bluetooth and a 2.4 GHz wireless dongle. It does not offer a wired connection, so it is a poor fit if you need a cable fallback. Check the connection types and compatibility you need before ordering; the roundup does not establish compatibility with every console, device, or operating setup.

For open-back sound or noise cancellation
The Kithara is the only open-back model in this list and uses 100 mm planar magnetic drivers. Open-back construction is a different listening approach from the closed-back headsets listed here; consider your environment and whether sound leakage is acceptable. For ANC, the BlackShark V3 Pro is the listed option, but PC Gamer’s reviewer found its implementation less effective than desired.

For comfort, microphone, and fit
Weight, clamping force, ear-pad fit, and microphone performance can matter more in daily use than driver diameter or a headline battery figure. The roundup gives a weight only for the Glorious GHS Eternal (255 g) and HyperX Cloud II (320 g), and describes the Cloud Alpha Wireless and Fractal Design Scape microphones as average. If those factors decide the purchase, confirm the exact model’s fit and return terms with the seller rather than assuming a listed feature guarantees comfort or call quality.
