There is no independently verified ranking of the “best” PR agencies in Dhaka. This is a practical shortlist of 10 firms identified in Clutch and GoodFirms listings, with additional detail where agencies publish relevant services on their own sites. The order is not a performance ranking: directories use different methods, and several firms’ current PR work needs to be confirmed directly.

10 PR agencies to consider in Dhaka

The first three entries have official pages reviewed here that describe relevant services. The remaining entries are directory leads; check their current PR scope, team and availability before inviting a proposal.

  1. OPAS Communications Ltd

OPAS lists traditional PR, media planning and buying, crisis and event management, influencer and KOL management, digital services, strategy and creative, activations, and outdoor services. Its services page gives an address in Niketon, Gulshan 1, Dhaka. Its stated range may suit briefs combining media relations with events or other communications activity. View OPAS’s services.

  2. Concito

Its site names clients and partners including Bashundhara Group, Pran-RFL Group, Aman Group, Akij Cement, Bombay Sweets, IFAD Autos, Nitol Motors, Concord Group, the US Embassy and Sumitomo Group. It says Libanza Films produces television commercials, online video, corporate AV, documentaries and animation. These are company-published claims, not independently audited campaign results; ask about the agency’s precise role and relevant outcomes. Visit Libanza.

  4. MUSKLY MARTECH LIMITED

Clutch places MUSKLY MARTECH LIMITED in its Dhaka PR Leaders Matrix and lists public relations as 20% of its service focus, alongside a platform ability-to-deliver score. Treat those as directory measures, not proof of campaign performance, and verify its current service mix against your brief. See Clutch’s Dhaka PR listings.

  5. HYPE DHAKA

Clutch lists HYPE DHAKA in its Dhaka PR Leaders Matrix with a stated PR service allocation. Its listed prices and scores are directory data, not a quote or independently established measure of results. Ask for a current proposal and recent examples relevant to your sector. See its Clutch listing.

  6. Times PR

Clutch’s displayed profile allocates 70% of Times PR’s services to public relations. Confirm that the firm is currently active, who would handle your account, and whether it has recent work comparable to your needs. The allocation describes the directory profile, not an assessment of campaign outcomes. See Clutch’s Dhaka PR listings.

  7. Asiatic Experiential Marketing Limited

Clutch includes Asiatic Experiential Marketing Limited in its broader Dhaka communications directory and identifies public relations as part of its service mix. 8. Unitrend Limited

Clutch’s broader Dhaka directory lists Unitrend with public relations in a mixed service offering that also includes digital strategy, media planning and buying, graphic design and market research. Confirm that PR is an active offering and ask which team members would deliver it. See Clutch’s Dhaka listings.

  9. Watermelon Communication Limited

Clutch includes Watermelon Communication Limited in its Dhaka directory with public relations among a mixed service set. Request details of its current PR capabilities and recent relevant work before treating the directory entry as a match. See Clutch’s Dhaka listings.

  10. BrandVent Limited

How to choose a PR agency in Dhaka

Send the same written brief to each candidate. That makes it easier to compare the actual work proposed rather than relying on directory placement, service labels or a broad client list.

Match the services to the job

Be specific about what you need: media relations, corporate communications, crisis support, government relations, influencer work, events, content, digital communications or production. These capabilities do not automatically come as a single package. OPAS and Concito, for example, list several adjacent services, but you should still confirm which ones are available for your project and who will deliver them.

Check relevant experience and references

Ask for recent examples from the same sector, audience, language and geography. For each example, establish the agency’s exact role, the work delivered and how results were assessed. A company-published client list can help identify possible experience, but it does not independently establish the quality or effect of a campaign.

Find out who will do the work

Ask who leads the account, who executes each activity, which capabilities are in-house and what will be subcontracted. A wide brief can require more than PR alone. For example, a Bangladesh Investment Development Authority procurement notice dated 24 April 2022 included design, printing, photography and video, content, translation and interpretation, and website and social media management. It used quality and cost based selection. This is a dated government procurement example, not a current tender or a rule for private-sector buyers. Visit the BIDA website.

Agree on measurement and reporting

Ask how the agency will translate your objectives into measurable outputs, what it will report about coverage and other results, and how often you will receive updates. A directory rating or ability-to-deliver score is not a substitute for evidence tied to your campaign. Clutch and GoodFirms are discovery directories with different listings and methods, not a shared standard for overall agency quality. Clutch’s Dhaka directory describes its Leaders Matrix as considering service focus and ability to deliver; GoodFirms’ Dhaka directory is a separate reviewed listing.

Clarify language and local context

Establish who will prepare and approve Bangla and English content, handle media outreach and manage translation. The 2022 BIDA procurement scope explicitly included translation and interpretation, which is a useful prompt to make language responsibilities explicit in your own brief.

Compare proposals and commercial terms

Compare deliverables, timelines, approval steps, out-of-pocket expenses, media buying, cancellation terms, agency fees and third-party costs. The available sources do not establish current standard pricing in Dhaka or fee schedules for these individual agencies, so request an itemised proposal rather than relying on directory price fields or market-wide figures.

What directory figures can—and cannot—tell you

GoodFirms’ September 2026 directory page reports 19 reviewed PR companies in Dhaka, a median hourly rate of $37, a median client rating of 4, and 21% of listed firms with 50 or more members. These are directory-level summaries, not a census of the market or a quote from any agency. Use them only as context for the directory, not to budget for a particular firm. See GoodFirms’ Dhaka directory.

Neither directory establishes a comprehensive, independently validated ranking of Dhaka agencies or comparable campaign outcomes. Before appointing a firm, confirm that it is operating, has a relevant Dhaka presence, can provide the services you need, has recent work and references to discuss, and is available on terms that fit your project.
