There is no single best MYOB Acumatica integration. The right choice depends on the workflow you need to connect: ecommerce, warehouse and transport, inventory planning, reporting, CRM, job management, receivables or payables. MYOB’s Acumatica onboarding marketplace page, accessed in 2026, says it lists more than 170 apps. That is MYOB’s own count, not an audited total, so the practical task is narrowing the field to options that match your process.

This article gives ten options for Australian and New Zealand mid-market organisations, where MYOB positions Acumatica as its local version of global Acumatica. They are grouped by the problem each one addresses. It also covers the native MYOB route for Shopify and the checks that matter before you sign anything: the supported Acumatica release and edition, the exact data that moves between systems, and who maintains the mappings when your process changes.

How this shortlist was built

No independent source ranks these products, so “best” in this article means best fit for a named workflow. Each option comes from MYOB’s own marketplace listings or official product material. Options were chosen on two grounds: relevance to a common mid-market process, and whether the listing names MYOB Acumatica specifically rather than only another MYOB product.

The descriptions are vendor claims presented through MYOB’s marketplace. This shortlist is not based on hands-on testing, customer outcomes, performance benchmarks or price comparisons. A marketplace listing does not mean MYOB endorses an app or guarantees compatibility, ease of implementation, uptime or support quality.

#1 Best Overall

If the app you need is missing from MYOB’s marketplace, MYOB’s page says to contact a Customer Success Manager.

Check built-in capability before adding an integration

MYOB describes Acumatica as its ANZ version of global Acumatica, designed for local compliance and mid-sized organisations. Its product page presents financial management, inventory distribution, project accounting, workforce management, CRM and payroll as core modules. An integration should therefore add depth or connect an outside system, such as a warehouse platform, an online store or a Salesforce instance, rather than replace those modules. If a core module already covers the need, an external app may not be necessary.

MYOB’s release article for 25 R2, updated on 18 May 2026, describes an optional Azure Maps integration for field services. It shows appointment locations, routes and field staff in real time. The article does not set out pricing or deployment prerequisites, so confirm availability for your site and edition before planning around it.

Shopify and ecommerce: start with the native connector

If your goal is Shopify, MYOB’s whitepaper on its native ecommerce connector is the first place to look. It was written for MYOB Advanced and documents Shopify and BigCommerce sync. Its naming and age mean you should confirm that the same connector is supported on your current Acumatica release. The paper describes:

  • configurable field mappings and sync direction, including which system is primary
  • filters that limit which records sync
  • conflict precedence, which decides which update wins when the same record changes in both systems
  • entities including stock items, customers, sales orders and payments
  • sync history

If the native connector is supported on your release and covers your order flow, test it before adding a third-party layer. If it does not, MyIntegrator eSync eCommerce is the main third-party ecommerce option on this list.

The ten candidates

Entries follow the order of the table above.

1. ReadySync (ReadySoft): broad data exchange

MYOB lists ReadySync as working with Acumatica. It describes exchanging sales orders, inventory, customer records, invoices, shipments, pricing and supplier transactions. It is the most general option here. It suits organisations that connect several outside parties, such as customers, suppliers, ecommerce operators, freight providers and other third-party systems, where one exchange layer is easier to manage than several point connections.

Check: which of those objects you need, and which direction each one flows.

2. MyIntegrator eSync eCommerce: online orders, stock and pricing

MYOB’s listing names Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce and says the product also works with Acumatica. It covers ecommerce order, product, inventory, customer, pricing and freight workflows. Some of the listing’s copy spans several MYOB products, so the Acumatica claim should be confirmed for the exact platform and workflow you plan to run.

Check: that the Acumatica claim applies to your platform and workflow combination, and which system is the source for each object.

3. Datapel Cloud.WMS: warehouse inventory and order control

MYOB features Datapel Cloud.WMS for inventory control and order management. It suits businesses that keep warehouse execution in a dedicated system alongside Acumatica.

Check: the Acumatica edition and version it supports, which warehouse processes it covers, and how much of the implementation the vendor scopes.

4. CartonCloud: warehouse and transport management

MYOB describes CartonCloud as an ANZ warehouse management system and transport management system. It suits operations where dispatch and delivery run alongside the warehouse.

Check: the current Acumatica connector details, and whether you need warehouse functions, transport functions or both. Licensing both when you need only one adds cost without adding function.

5. NETSTOCK: inventory planning and demand forecasting

MYOB describes NETSTOCK as covering purchase orders, customers, suppliers and demand forecasting. It is aimed at stock-heavy businesses deciding what to buy and when.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Check: how the integration handles purchase order and stock data, and which system is the master for stock levels and forecasts, confirmed with the current vendor.

6. Velixo Reports: reporting and budgeting

MYOB says Velixo augments reporting and budgeting for MYOB Advanced. Because its listing names MYOB Advanced rather than Acumatica, it is the option on this list most in need of a compatibility check before you rely on it for management reporting.

Check: current compatibility with your Acumatica release, and the reports or budgets you intend to build.

7. MYOB Salesforce Connector: CRM and ERP data

The marketplace listing says MYOB built this connector itself and that it connects, shares and automates data with Salesforce. It is the one connector on this list built by MYOB. It matters most when sales works in Salesforce while finance runs in Acumatica.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Check: which Salesforce objects it covers and which product version it supports.

8. SimPRO: job management for trades and contractors

MYOB’s listing places SimPRO in job management for trades, maintenance and project contractors. That category suits service businesses that quote, schedule and invoice jobs. The category description alone does not show what the Acumatica connector moves, so treat SimPRO as a workflow match to verify rather than a confirmed data link.

Check: which job, quote, invoice and cost records flow between the systems, and in which direction.

9. ezyCollect: invoice-to-collection

MYOB describes ezyCollect as a joint invoice-to-collection solution intended to help customers get paid faster. The claim is promotional. The listing gives no measured results, and this article does not offer any. The option suits businesses whose receivables process is slow and needs a structured follow-up path.

Check: how invoices move from Acumatica into collections, and who owns follow-up.

10. Dataline AP Automation: invoice capture and approvals

MYOB describes Dataline’s accounts payable automation as covering invoice digitisation, approval workflows and exception handling. It suits finance teams that process many supplier invoices and need routed approvals.

Check: current connector support for your Acumatica release, and the finance controls the vendor provides, such as approval routing and how exceptions are recorded.

Alternates for reporting and collections

Two other apps surfaced in the same MYOB marketplace could replace an entry above if your need is narrower:

  • Phocas Financial Statements for financial reporting, in place of Velixo Reports.
  • Creditorwatch Collect for receivables collection, in place of ezyCollect.

Questions to put to every vendor

  • How failed syncs, duplicate records and mismatched values are detected, reported and corrected, and whether your staff can view sync history.
  • Who sets and maintains field mappings and filters when a workflow changes: your team, the vendor, or an implementation partner.
  • Which delivery services are included. MYOB’s developer program material describes training, support, integration guidance and demonstration as part of its partner and listing pathway, so ask which of these each vendor offers.
  • A current written quote covering licence, implementation, support and transaction volume. The marketplace pages do not give comparable prices, so no cost comparison is offered here.
