The best email migration tool for businesses in 2026 depends on the source, destination, mailbox count, data types, and downtime plan. Microsoft and Google native tools are often best for straightforward moves, while MigrationWiz, CodeTwo, AvePoint, CloudM, Cloudiway, Quest, SkyKick, and Transvault suit more complex, cross-platform, enterprise, MSP, or archive projects.
An email migration can mean copying messages and folders, or moving a complete business communications environment that includes calendars, contacts, archives, shared mailboxes, permissions, files, Teams, and identity data. The right shortlist therefore starts with the migration path—not brand recognition or the lowest advertised per-user price.
Key takeaways
- Microsoft’s native migration tools are the best starting point for many supported moves into Microsoft 365, but native IMAP migration transfers email and folders—not calendars, contacts, or tasks.
- Google Workspace provides several migration products rather than one universal utility, and Google says Google Workspace Migrate for Exchange Online will no longer be available beginning in October 2026.
- BitTitan MigrationWiz is the strongest general-purpose commercial shortlist candidate for many cross-platform and MSP-led projects, with a vendor-listed mailbox price of $14 per user for up to 50 GB observed on August 18, 2026.
- Tenant consolidation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and email-plus-collaboration projects generally justify evaluating Quest, Cloudiway, AvePoint, CloudM, or MigrationWiz instead of an email-only tool.
- Migration success includes permissions, aliases, calendars, mobile devices, Outlook profiles, SMTP applications, DNS, and compliance validation—not merely a completed transfer report.
How were these email migration tools evaluated?
The shortlist is scenario-based rather than a claim that one product is objectively superior. The evaluation considers source and destination coverage, mailbox fidelity, calendar and contact support, archives, shared resources, staged synchronization, coexistence, monitoring, deployment model, pricing transparency, support, and non-email workloads.
Microsoft documents several native paths into Microsoft 365, including cutover, staged, hybrid, IMAP, Google Workspace, PST, and cross-tenant migration. The appropriate path depends on the source environment, mailbox count, and required workloads; Microsoft’s mailbox migration documentation is the authoritative starting point for supported scenarios.

1. Microsoft 365 native migration tools and Migration Manager
Best for: organizations moving supported sources into Microsoft 365 and willing to handle Microsoft’s administrative configuration internally.
Microsoft’s native toolkit is the best default starting point for a straightforward Microsoft 365 migration. Available paths include Exchange cutover, staged, hybrid, and remote move scenarios, IMAP migration, Google Workspace migration, PST Import Service, cross-tenant mailbox migration, and applicable Migration Manager or Migration Orchestrator workflows. The exact choice depends on the source and destination configuration; Microsoft’s Microsoft 365 migration overview explains the broader planning context.

- First-party integration with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
- No separate third-party migration-software license in many supported scenarios.
- Useful documentation for common Exchange, IMAP, Google Workspace, PST, and cross-tenant paths.
- Good fit for technically capable internal IT teams and smaller projects.
Limitations
- Support for source systems and workloads varies by migration method.
- Microsoft’s native IMAP route migrates email folders but does not migrate calendars, contacts, or tasks.
- Administrative setup, authentication, mapping, throttling, and reporting can be demanding.
- Complex coexistence or multi-workload projects may require several Microsoft tools and additional engineering.
Microsoft’s IMAP migration guidance also requires destination mailboxes to exist before migration. Native IMAP migration should therefore not be presented as a complete mailbox migration.
Verdict: Choose Microsoft native tools first for a supported, Microsoft-centered project where email scope and internal labor are manageable. Choose a specialist platform when mapping, delta passes, coexistence, reporting, or multiple workloads would otherwise require too much manual work.
2. Google Workspace migration tools
Best for: organizations moving into Google Workspace when the source and required workloads match Google’s supported migration products.
Google’s migration offering is a family of tools, not one universal application. The available choices include Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Exchange, Advanced data import, and Google Workspace Migrate. Google’s migration product matrix should be used to match the source, organization size, and workload combination.

- First-party integration with Google Workspace administration.
- Useful for supported Exchange and Microsoft 365 migration scenarios.
- Separate product guidance helps distinguish mail, calendars, contacts, files, and permissions.
- Google Workspace Migrate can be installed on Windows machines and run on-premises or in the cloud, according to Google’s deployment documentation.
Limitations and an important 2026 date
- The number of overlapping products can make selection difficult.
- Workload coverage, setup requirements, and supported editions differ by product.
- Some paths require local Windows infrastructure or more administrative preparation.
- Google says Google Workspace Migrate for Exchange Online will no longer be available beginning in October 2026 and directs customers toward the Advanced data import tool. Projects scheduled after October 2026 should not be designed around the retiring path; consult the current Google Workspace Migrate support documentation.
Verdict: Google’s native tools are the best first choice for a supported move into Google Workspace, but confirm the exact tool and the October 2026 availability change before committing to a schedule.
3. BitTitan MigrationWiz
Best for: cross-platform mailbox migrations, MSP-led work, and projects that need a centralized SaaS workflow with repeatable batches and migration passes.
MigrationWiz supports mailbox migrations involving Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace, and other sources and destinations. Related offerings cover archives, documents, public folders, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and tenant-to-tenant projects. The applicable product and license vary by workload; BitTitan’s sources and destinations information should be checked against the actual project.
Advantages
- Broad source and destination coverage.
- Centralized project management suited to staged and multi-pass migrations.
- Strong fit for MSPs and teams performing recurring migrations.
- Published pricing provides a clearer initial estimate than a fully quote-based product.

Rank #2
- Slim durable design to help take your important files with you
- Vast capacities up to 6TB[1] to store your photos, videos, music, important documents and more
- Back up smarter with included device management software[2] with defense against ransomware
- Help secure your important files with password protection and hardware encryption
- 3-year limited warranty
Limitations
- Multiple workloads can require multiple licenses or bundles.
- Some plans have data limits, and public folders, Teams, and documents have separate pricing structures.
- A commercial platform may be unnecessary for a few simple IMAP mailboxes.
- A completed transfer report does not by itself verify permissions, applications, profiles, or business workflows.
Verdict: MigrationWiz is the best all-around commercial starting point for many mixed-platform or MSP-managed projects, provided the buyer calculates total workload licensing rather than comparing only the mailbox price.
4. CodeTwo Office 365 Migration
Best for: Microsoft 365-focused migrations from Exchange Server, IMAP systems, Google Workspace-related mail paths, or another Microsoft 365 tenant.
CodeTwo describes Office 365 Migration as supporting Exchange Server, IMAP servers, and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration. The product uses a desktop application approach, which can appeal to organizations that prefer a controlled deployment rather than a purely browser-based SaaS workflow. See the current CodeTwo Office 365 Migration product page for supported scenarios and current commercial terms.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Advantages
- Microsoft-focused workflow for Exchange-to-cloud projects.
- Controlled desktop deployment may suit internal administrators.
- Potentially simpler than an enterprise multi-workload suite for a focused Microsoft 365 migration.
Limitations
- It is less suitable when Google Workspace is the destination.
- Exact calendar, contact, archive, shared-resource, and tenant-migration support must be checked for the specific project.
- A desktop deployment can be less convenient for distributed MSP teams than a SaaS platform.
- Pricing should be verified directly rather than assumed from another CodeTwo product.
Verdict: CodeTwo is a strong specialist pick for Exchange-to-Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft-centered projects, especially when a controlled desktop migration application fits the team’s operating model.
5. AvePoint Fly
Best for: businesses and service providers moving email alongside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, or other collaboration content.
AvePoint Fly is worth considering when email is only one part of a broader modernization, consolidation, or collaboration-data project. The product’s official migration page should be checked for the current source, destination, workload, reporting, services, and pricing scope.
Advantages
- Broader collaboration-migration positioning than an email-only utility.
- Relevant to Microsoft 365 modernization and consolidation.
- May reduce the number of separate tools needed when mail and files move together.
- Appropriate for larger, structured projects with formal planning.
Limitations
- Potentially too expensive or complex for a small email-only migration.
- Exact support must be verified for the source/destination pair and every workload.
- Public pricing may be limited, so direct sales or partner engagement may be necessary.
Verdict: Evaluate AvePoint Fly when the project includes collaboration data and governance requirements. Do not select it merely to copy a few mailboxes.

6. CloudM
Best for: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cross-platform migrations that require more than basic IMAP copying.
CloudM is positioned for Google/Microsoft migration scenarios involving mail, calendars, contacts, files, and collaboration data. Filtering, mapping, selective migration, tenant consolidation, and organizational restructuring are the kinds of requirements that make CloudM more relevant than a basic native import. Confirm current capabilities and commercial terms on the CloudM website.
Advantages
- Cross-platform orientation.
- Better fit than email-only IMAP tools when calendars, contacts, or files matter.
- Useful candidate for service providers managing repeat projects.
- Can support selective or transformed migrations where a simple copy is insufficient.
Limitations
- Exact support varies by source, destination, and workload.
- Project pricing may require a quote or current plan review.
- API permissions, identity preparation, and source and destination throttling still affect the outcome.
Verdict: CloudM is a strong alternative to MigrationWiz for teams seeking broader Google/Microsoft coverage and more control than native import utilities provide.
7. Cloudiway
Best for: complex cloud-to-cloud migrations, tenant consolidations, and projects involving several workloads or difficult source environments.
Free tools Windows power users keep installed

- Potentially useful where data transformation and detailed controls matter.
- Partner and professional-services models can help with difficult projects.
Limitations
- May be excessive for a small business with simple mailboxes.
- Pricing transparency may be limited.
- Broad capability does not automatically make implementation easy.
- Buyers should request a workload-specific statement of work.
Verdict: Cloudiway belongs on an enterprise shortlist when migration complexity, transformation, or multi-workload control matters more than self-service simplicity.
8. Quest On Demand Migration
Best for: enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, coexistence, and organizational restructuring.
Quest On Demand Migration is broader than a mailbox copier. The platform is aimed at tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 projects involving mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, identity-related work, and directory transformation. The Quest On Demand Migration page is the appropriate source for current modules and licensing.
Advantages
- Enterprise-grade positioning for formal migration governance.
- Strong fit for M&A and complex tenant restructuring.
- Broader than email-only tools.
- Useful where coexistence and identity transformation are central requirements.
Limitations
- Usually excessive for a small business with a few mailboxes.
- Sales engagement and professional planning are likely to be necessary.
- Cost and implementation effort may be substantial.
- Buyers should distinguish the broader migration suite from a simple mailbox utility.
Verdict: Quest is the strongest enterprise-focused candidate in this list for Microsoft 365 consolidation and M&A projects, not for routine IMAP imports.
9. SkyKick Migration Suite
Best for: MSPs and IT providers that already use, or intend to use, the SkyKick cloud-management ecosystem.
SkyKick is especially relevant when migration is part of a recurring customer onboarding and cloud-services operation. The SkyKick migration product page should be checked for current Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace support, collaboration workloads, partner licensing, and post-migration services.
Advantages
- Strong MSP orientation.
- Useful for providers handling many small and midsize customers.
- May connect migration with broader onboarding, backup, security, or customer-management workflows.
- Can be more operationally valuable when the MSP already has a SkyKick relationship.
Limitations
- Less attractive for a one-off internal migration.
- Partner arrangements can affect licensing and buying options.
- Current product ownership, feature scope, and source/destination support should be verified before purchase.
Verdict: SkyKick is best suited to MSP-led recurring migration work rather than direct self-service buying by a single business.
10. Transvault
Best for: archive-heavy, compliance-sensitive, and legacy messaging migrations.
Transvault specializes in difficult messaging and archive environments, including Enterprise Vault, Exchange, Microsoft 365, IBM Notes/Domino, journaling, retention, and metadata-sensitive projects. Microsoft lists Transvault among providers used for complex cloud-office and archive migration scenarios in its migration performance and best-practices guidance.
Advantages
- Specialist archive and legacy-system expertise.
- Better fit for regulated or historically complex environments.
- Relevant when preserving archive content and metadata is more important than the lowest price.
- Can support a services-led approach to legal, retention, and chain-of-custody requirements.
Limitations
- Not sensible for an ordinary Gmail-to-Microsoft 365 mailbox move.
- Specialist consultation is likely to be required.
- Pricing and implementation effort may be high.
- Archive migration requires legal and retention review beyond ordinary mailbox transfer.
Verdict: Choose Transvault when archives, legacy platforms, journals, or compliance preservation define the project.
Which email migration tool fits each business scenario?
| Situation | Best starting points | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1–25 simple IMAP mailboxes to Microsoft 365 | Microsoft native IMAP tools | Low software cost and adequate email-only scope if calendars and contacts are out of scope. |
| Exchange Server to Microsoft 365 | Microsoft native tools or CodeTwo | Both are Microsoft-centered; compare internal labor, reporting, and staged-migration needs. |
| Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 | Microsoft native Google migration, MigrationWiz, CodeTwo, CloudM, or AvePoint | Choose based on whether calendars, contacts, files, coexistence, and reporting are required. |
| Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace | Google native tools, MigrationWiz, CloudM, AvePoint, or Cloudiway | Google’s product matrix and the exact workload combination determine the native route. |
| Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation | Microsoft native cross-tenant tools, MigrationWiz, Quest, Cloudiway, or AvePoint | Identity mapping, staged passes, coexistence, permissions, and collaboration data become important. |
| Email plus OneDrive, SharePoint, or Teams | MigrationWiz, AvePoint, CloudM, Cloudiway, or Quest | A multi-workload platform may be more efficient than combining separate email and file tools. |
| MSP performing recurring migrations | MigrationWiz or SkyKick | Centralized projects, repeatable processes, and partner operations matter more than one-off simplicity. |
| Enterprise Vault, Lotus Notes, or legacy archives | Transvault, often with specialist services | Archive metadata, retention, journals, and legal requirements need specialist treatment. |
| Lowest software cost for a supported path | Native Microsoft or Google tools | No separate commercial migration license may be required, but labor and remediation remain costs. |
| Most transparent public mailbox price | MigrationWiz | BitTitan publishes mailbox and workload price signals, although total project cost is higher than the license alone. |
How should businesses choose between native and paid migration tools?
Native tools are usually enough when the source and destination are well supported, the project is relatively straightforward, the business can supply technical labor, and the scope is limited to data the native route actually migrates. A small email-only move can be a poor candidate for a costly third-party suite.
Paid software becomes easier to justify when the project needs pre-staging, incremental or delta synchronization, centralized status reporting, retry and restart controls, detailed mapping, coexistence, multiple source systems, full mailbox fidelity, archives, or several collaboration workloads. Paid licensing can reduce labor and risk, but it does not remove the need for discovery, testing, permissions, DNS work, or user support.

- Vast capacities up to 6TB[1] to store your photos, videos, music, important documents and more
- Back up smarter with included device management software[2] with defense against ransomware

Compare total migration cost rather than license price alone. Total cost includes migration licenses, Microsoft or Google subscriptions, engineering labor, professional services, temporary coexistence, remediation, Outlook and mobile reconfiguration, archive handling, and the cost of retaining the source system after cutover.
What exactly is being migrated?
Define the object list before comparing products. “Email” may mean messages and folders only, or it may include calendars, contacts, tasks, notes, journals, rules, personal archives, public folders, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, aliases, mobile profiles, files, Teams, permissions, and identity objects.
| Migration scope | Typical requirements | Risk if overlooked |
|---|---|---|
| Email-only | Messages, folders or labels, attachments, timestamps, read state | Choosing IMAP when users expect calendars or contacts |
| Full mailbox | Calendar, contacts, tasks, rules, flags, metadata, archives | Users lose scheduling, address-book, or workflow information |
| Shared resources | Shared mailboxes, public folders, groups, delegation, send-as, aliases | Teams cannot send, receive, delegate, or access shared data correctly |
| Collaboration migration | OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Shared Drives, Teams, memberships | Email succeeds while the broader tenant move remains incomplete |
| Compliance and legacy | Journals, legal holds, retention, archive metadata, audit records | Visible mailbox content transfers but regulatory obligations are not met |
Google labels also require special planning. A Gmail message can have multiple labels, whereas a traditional destination may represent labels as folders. Changed folder structures or duplicate-looking messages can therefore result from mapping behavior rather than data corruption.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →How do mailbox count and downtime change the decision?
Mailbox count is a useful decision aid, not a universal vendor rule. A 20-user migration can still be complex if it includes archives, shared mailboxes, or legal holds, while a larger email-only project may be straightforward if the source and destination are well supported.
| Approximate size | Practical starting point | Capabilities that become more important |
|---|---|---|
| 1–25 mailboxes | Native tools, PST import, or a simple mailbox utility | Correct scope definition, pilot testing, aliases, and client reconfiguration |
| 26–100 mailboxes | Native tools or a paid platform, depending on fidelity and downtime | Repeatable batches, delta passes, reporting, and retry handling |
| 101–1,000 mailboxes | Centralized commercial or enterprise tooling becomes more attractive | Monitoring, throttling controls, automation, staged migration, and support |
| 1,000+ mailboxes | Enterprise tooling and formal project planning | Coexistence, identity transformation, governance, professional services, and acceptance testing |
Downtime planning matters as much as user count. A big-bang cutover moves users at once; staged migration moves batches; pre-stage plus a final delta pass transfers historical data before cutover; continuous synchronization or coexistence keeps systems active for longer. Look for documented pre-stage, delta, mail-flow, free/busy, scheduling, retry, per-user reporting, and recovery features when uninterrupted operations matter.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What should the migration plan include?
- Inventory the environment: list users, mailbox sizes, aliases, shared mailboxes, groups, archives, public folders, applications, forwarding rules, and retention requirements.
- Define the object scope: decide whether messages, folders, labels, calendars, contacts, tasks, rules, archives, files, Teams, permissions, and identity objects are included.
- Provision the destination: create identities, licenses, mailboxes, groups, aliases, and required administrative permissions.
- Prepare authentication: configure OAuth consent, API scopes, service accounts, impersonation, application permissions, Conditional Access exceptions, or other product-specific requirements. MFA and basic-authentication changes mean that generic username-and-password instructions are unreliable.
- Verify domains and DNS: prepare domain verification and required records, but do not change MX until the cutover stage for the selected migration path.
- Run a representative pilot: include an executive, a shared mailbox, a delegated calendar, a large mailbox, an old mailbox, and unusual attachments or folder structures.
- Pre-stage historical data: use pre-stage or incremental synchronization where the selected tool supports it.
- Validate the pilot: check messages, folders or labels, attachments, timestamps, calendars, contacts, permissions, aliases, mobile devices, Outlook, and applications.
- Schedule the final pass: define the freeze window, delta pass, user communications, help-desk coverage, and rollback trigger.
- Change mail flow: change MX records at cutover, then confirm SPF, DKIM, DMARC, autodiscover, connectors, forwarding, and relay settings. Microsoft places the MX change at the end of relevant migration procedures in its Google Workspace migration instructions.
- Reconfigure clients: plan Outlook profile recreation, mobile reauthentication, Apple Mail and Android updates, cached credentials, and SMTP-authenticated printers, scanners, websites, CRMs, and ticketing systems.
- Monitor and accept: review rejected mail, failed users, aliases, shared resources, permissions, application sending, and compliance evidence before retiring the source.
What commonly breaks during an email migration?
Authentication and API permissions
OAuth consent, administrator approval, Google API scopes, Exchange application permissions, impersonation, service-account configuration, Conditional Access, MFA, app-password policy, and source or destination throttling can block an otherwise compatible migration. The correct setup depends on the source, destination, edition, and product, so verify the vendor’s current prerequisites rather than copying generic credential instructions.
Large, malformed, or unusual content
Oversized messages, unsupported attachments, corrupt MIME content, invalid folder characters, deep nesting, duplicate identifiers, unsupported calendar objects, encrypted content, and rights-managed messages can produce failures. The pilot should contain the largest, oldest, and most unusual mailboxes—not only average users.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesShared mailboxes, aliases, and permissions
A mailbox transfer can appear successful while shared mailbox permissions, send-as, send-on-behalf, delegated calendars, distribution groups, mail-enabled security groups, aliases, catch-all addresses, forwarding rules, and SMTP relay applications remain broken. Inventory and test these objects separately.
Outlook, mobile, and application clients
Moving a mailbox does not necessarily reconfigure every client. Outlook profiles may need recreation, autodiscover may need validation, mobile accounts may require reauthentication, and cached credentials may cause confusing sign-in failures. BitTitan documents DeploymentPro for post-migration Outlook profile configuration, but DeploymentPro is a separate product or module consideration rather than an automatic property of every MigrationWiz license; see BitTitan’s MigrationWiz getting-started guidance.
Compliance and retention
Ask whether legal holds, retention labels, deleted items, audit records, archive data, and geographic data-residency requirements are in scope. A tool that transfers visible mailbox content may not transfer legal holds, every retention attribute, or every archive object. Regulated organizations should review the processing environment, contracts, evidence requirements, and chain of custody before authorizing a migration.
What mistakes should businesses avoid?
- Using IMAP for a full mailbox move: Microsoft documents that the native IMAP route excludes calendars, contacts, and tasks.
- Ranking by brand recognition: compatibility and workload fidelity matter more than popularity.
- Ignoring native tools: Microsoft or Google may provide the most economical supported route.
- Comparing only per-user prices: bundles, data limits, archives, public folders, Teams, services, and remediation change the total.
- Assuming broad support means everything migrates: verify each object type for the exact source and destination.
- Forgetting the October 2026 Google change: projects involving Exchange Online should account for Google Workspace Migrate’s stated availability change.
- Testing only average users: large, old, shared, delegated, and unusual mailboxes expose different failure modes.
- Retiring the source too early: retain access until acceptance, retention, legal, and rollback requirements are satisfied.
- Treating the transfer report as acceptance: test permissions, profiles, mobile devices, aliases, groups, applications, mail flow, and business workflows.
- Skipping rollback planning: define the DNS reversal, source retention period, duplicate handling, failed-user remediation, and rollback trigger before cutover.
Final recommendations
Best overall commercial starting point: BitTitan MigrationWiz, because it combines broad compatibility, centralized workflows, and publicly visible workload pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Microsoft’s native IMAP migration a complete mailbox migration?
No. Microsoft’s native IMAP migration transfers email and folders but does not migrate calendars, contacts, or tasks. Destination mailboxes must exist before the migration, and additional planning is required for other mailbox objects.
How much does MigrationWiz cost in 2026?
BitTitan displayed MigrationWiz prices on August 18, 2026, including $14 per mailbox user up to 50 GB, $17.50 per user for the User Migration Bundle, and $57 per user for the Tenant Migration Bundle. Prices and workload limits can change, and destination subscriptions, labor, services, and remediation are separate costs.
What is the best tool for a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration?
Microsoft native cross-tenant tools, MigrationWiz, Quest On Demand Migration, Cloudiway, and AvePoint are reasonable starting points. The best choice depends on identity transformation, coexistence, mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, permissions, scale, and governance requirements.
Can Google Workspace Migrate for Exchange Online be used for a project after October 2026?
Google says Google Workspace Migrate for Exchange Online will no longer be available beginning in October 2026. Businesses scheduling projects after that date should review Google’s current migration guidance and evaluate the Advanced data import tool or a suitable third-party platform instead.
Does a successful mailbox transfer prove that the migration succeeded?
No. Acceptance testing must also verify permissions, shared mailboxes, aliases, groups, delegated calendars, Outlook profiles, mobile devices, DNS, mail flow, SMTP applications, retention requirements, and failed or unusual items.
The Bottom Line
The best email migration tool for businesses in 2026 is the tool that matches the exact source, destination, workload scope, scale, and cutover strategy. Start with Microsoft or Google native tools for supported simple moves; compare MigrationWiz or CodeTwo for focused commercial projects; and bring in AvePoint, CloudM, Cloudiway, Quest, SkyKick, or Transvault when collaboration data, MSP operations, enterprise restructuring, or archives make a basic mailbox copy insufficient.
