Windows 可以直接显示某台打印机当前等待处理的作业。Windows 11 和 Windows 10 的设置入口略有不同；如果打印机通过共享电脑连接，本机看到的队列也可能不同于实际承载队列的打印服务器上的队列。
Windows 11：从“设置”打开打印队列
- 打开开始 > 设置。
- 进入蓝牙和设备 > 打印机和扫描仪。
- 选择要检查的打印机。
- 点击打开打印队列。
Windows 会打开“打印队列”窗口，列出该打印机当前等待打印的作业。列表为空表示 Windows 当前没有在该队列中列出待处理作业。
打开窗口后，检查打印机下拉菜单中的名称；你可以在这里切换到其他已安装打印机的队列。不要只凭默认打印机判断自己查看的是哪个队列。

使用 PowerShell 查看队列
需要确认打印机名称或检查远程打印服务器上的队列时，可以使用 PowerShell。
1. 列出本机已安装的打印机
打开 Windows PowerShell 或 PowerShell，运行：
Get-Printer

2. 查看指定打印机的作业
将下面命令中的打印机名称替换为实际名称：

Get-PrintJob -PrinterName “打印机名称”
例如：
Get-PrintJob -PrinterName “HP LaserJet Pro M404”

3. 查询指定作业 ID
如果已知作业 ID，例如 12，可以运行：
Get-PrintJob -PrinterName “打印机名称” -ID 12
-ID 必须是具体的无符号整数，不能使用通配符。

4. 查询远程电脑上的打印队列
如果队列由另一台电脑或打印服务器保存，可指定承载队列的电脑：
Get-PrintJob -PrinterName “打印机名称” -ComputerName “计算机名称”
也可以使用 -CimSession 或 Windows PowerShell 远程会话。共享打印机的本机连接与实际打印服务器队列可能不同；请查询实际承载队列的电脑。
PowerShell 命令常见限制
- Get-PrintJob 不支持打印机名称通配符，不能写成 Get-PrintJob -PrinterName “*HP*”。
- 必须提供完整的打印机名称。
- 如果提示找不到 Get-PrintJob，当前环境可能没有可用的 PrintManagement 模块；可以使用“设置”中的图形界面，或确认该模块是否可用。
作业卡在队列中时怎么办
第一步：在队列窗口逐个取消
- 打开目标打印机的打印队列。
- 右键单击卡住的作业。
- 选择取消。
- 如果有多个作业，逐个取消。
稍等片刻，确认作业是否从列表中消失。不要一开始就删除整个后台处理目录，因为这会清除该 Windows 后台处理程序中所有尚未完成的打印作业。来源：Microsoft 修复 Windows 中打印作业卡在队列错误
第二步：重新启动 Print Spooler
如果取消操作没有效果：
- 按Windows 键 + R。
- 输入 services.msc，然后按 Enter。
- 找到Print Spooler；中文系统通常显示为打印后台处理程序。
- 右键单击该服务，选择重新启动。

第三步：停止服务后清空后台处理文件
只有取消作业和重启服务都无效时，再手动清理：
- 打开 services.msc。
- 右键单击Print Spooler／打印后台处理程序，选择停止。
- 在文件资源管理器中打开 C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS。也可以在地址栏输入 %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers。
- 删除该目录中的所有文件。
- 返回服务管理器，右键单击该服务，选择启动。
必须先停止 Print Spooler 再删除文件，否则文件可能正被服务占用。此操作会清除 Windows 后台处理程序中尚未完成的打印作业。来源：Microsoft 修复打印作业卡在队列错误
“队列为空”不代表打印机完全正常
队列窗口只显示 Windows 当前由该队列管理的作业，不能全面反映打印机内部状态、打印服务器队列或设备连接问题。
