下載前先確認電腦是否符合需求

Windows 下載與安裝 Chrome
- 用目前的瀏覽器前往 google.com/chrome。
- 選取下載按鈕，下載 Windows 安裝檔。
- 開啟下載完成的安裝檔。
- 如果 Windows 顯示 “Do you want to run this file?”，選取 Run。
- 如果顯示 “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”，選取 Yes。
- 依照畫面指示完成安裝，然後開啟 Chrome。
在 Windows 10 和更新版本中，Chrome 安裝完成後通常會自動開啟。首次啟動時，你可以選擇是否將 Chrome 設為預設瀏覽器；這個選擇不會影響 Chrome 是否能正常使用。

Windows S 模式無法直接安裝怎麼辦？
Windows S 模式只允許安裝 Microsoft Store 中的應用程式，因此可能會阻止從 Google 網站下載的 Chrome 安裝程式。若確定要安裝一般桌面版 Chrome，請依序操作：
- 開啟 Microsoft Store。
- 搜尋 Switch out of S mode。
- 進入該頁面後選取 Get。

Mac 下載與安裝 Chrome

Linux 下載與安裝 Chrome
使用圖形介面安裝
- 開啟 Google Chrome 官方下載頁。
- 選取 Linux 版本，下載符合發行版的套件檔。
- 開啟下載的套件檔。
- 選取 OK，再選取 Install Package。
- 輸入系統管理員密碼，等待安裝完成。
安裝後，Chrome 通常會加入系統的軟體管理工具，之後可透過套件更新機制取得更新。
Wayland 與 X11 的差異
Linux 版 Chrome 支援 Wayland 和 X11。Wayland 下部分操作可能與 X11 不同，例如拖曳分頁只顯示簡化預覽、視窗不能固定到指定螢幕位置，或拖放、複製貼上、鍵盤和滑鼠輸入出現異常。
可以在網址列開啟 chrome://flags，找到 #ozone-platform-hint，指定為 X11 或 Wayland。也可以從終端機指定：
google-chrome --ozone-platform=x11或：
google-chrome --ozone-platform=wayland不同 Linux 發行版或安裝方式的可執行檔名稱可能不同；如果系統找不到 google-chrome，請以該發行版實際建立的啟動指令為準。
一般下載失敗時：改用離線安裝程式
Chrome 的一般小型安裝程式需要在安裝過程中連線下載檔案。若網路不穩、公司 Proxy 阻擋連線，或安裝程式在某台電腦上無法完成，可以改用離線安裝方式。
- 在能正常上網的電腦開啟 Chrome 官方下載頁。
- 捲動到頁面底部的 Chrome Family。
- 選取 Other Platforms。
- 選取目標電腦的作業系統。
- 下載對應的離線安裝檔，再用 USB 隨身碟或其他方式移到目標電腦。
- 開啟安裝檔，依照畫面完成安裝。
Google 的安裝疑難排解頁也提供 Windows 離線安裝程式，分為適用多個使用者帳戶和單一使用者帳戶的版本。請從 Google 官方安裝說明進入，不要使用搜尋結果中的來歷不明檔案。

Chrome 安裝失敗的處理方法
顯示「OS not supported」
這通常表示作業系統版本不符合目前 Chrome 需求。確認 Windows、macOS 或 Linux 版本後，從官方頁面重新下載適合的平台版本。若電腦本身已經太舊，更新作業系統可能是唯一能取得新版 Chrome 的方法。
沒有管理員權限
公司、學校或受管理的電腦，可能透過系統管理政策禁止安裝。Windows 非管理員使用者有時仍可進行個人使用者安裝，但若政策封鎖，就應聯絡系統管理員，不要改用修改版或「免安裝版」程式。
防毒軟體、防火牆或 Proxy 阻擋
先確認網路可正常連線，重新從官方網站下載新的安裝檔；仍然失敗時改用離線安裝程式。若使用 Windows Firewall，可依序開啟：
- 開啟 Windows Settings，搜尋
Firewall。 - 選取 Allow an app through Windows Firewall。
- 選取 Change Settings，再選取 Allow another app。
- 選取 Browse，在路徑欄輸入：
%ProgramFiles(x86)%GoogleGoogleUpdater- 選取編號最高的資料夾，再選取
updater.exe。 - 按 Add 完成加入。
不要為了安裝 Chrome 長期關閉防毒軟體。若為了測試而暫時停用，安裝完成後應立即重新啟用。
錯誤碼 0x80070070
這表示系統磁碟空間不足，通常是 C 磁碟。清理暫存檔、瀏覽器快取、舊文件和不再使用的程式，保留足夠空間後再重新下載和安裝。

電腦已經有另一個 Chrome 版本
Google 列出的 Error 4 通常表示電腦已有較新的 Chrome；Error 31 表示無法重新安裝 Chrome。若想改用不同版本，先解除安裝目前的 Chrome，再從官方網站下載所需版本。重新執行安裝檔不一定會建立第二個 Chrome，可能只會開啟現有安裝。
確認版本並更新 Chrome
- 開啟 Chrome。
- 選取右上角的 More（三點）。
- 選取 Help。
- 選取 About Google Chrome。
頁面中的數字就是目前版本，開啟這個頁面時 Chrome 也會檢查更新。若有更新，選取 Relaunch 套用；看不到這個按鈕通常表示目前沒有可立即套用的更新。一般分頁和視窗會在重新啟動後恢復，但無痕視窗不會自動恢復。
