เซฟวิดีโอจาก Telegram ลง Gallery
- เปิด Telegram แล้วเข้าแชต กลุ่ม หรือช่องที่มีวิดีโอ
- แตะวิดีโอเพื่อเปิดเต็มหน้าจอ หรือแตะค้างที่วิดีโอเพื่อเปิดเมนู
- แตะ … แล้วเลือก Save to Gallery หรือคำสั่งที่มีความหมายว่า “บันทึกลงแกลเลอรี”
- รอให้การบันทึกเสร็จ แล้วเปิด Gallery หรือ Google Photos เพื่อตรวจดูอัลบั้มวิดีโอหรืออัลบั้ม Telegram
ขั้นตอนเปิดวิดีโอ แตะเมนูจุดสามจุด และเลือก Save to Gallery ปรากฏในรายงานบั๊กของ Telegram: Telegram Bugs. ชื่อปุ่มและตำแหน่งเมนูอาจต่างกันตามภาษาและรุ่นแอป หากไม่เห็นตัวเลือก ให้ลองเปิดวิดีโอเต็มหน้าจอก่อน
บันทึกวิดีโอไว้ใน Downloads
หากต้องการค้นหาไฟล์ผ่านแอป Files ให้เปิดเมนู … ของวิดีโอแล้วเลือก Save to Downloads หากมี จากนั้นเปิด Files by Google หรือแอปจัดการไฟล์ของโทรศัพท์ แล้วตรวจที่ Download หรือ Downloads และโฟลเดอร์ย่อย Telegram

ลองแก้ตามลำดับนี้ โดยตรวจผลหลังแต่ละขั้น:
- เปิดวิดีโอให้เต็มจอ แล้วเปิดเมนู … อีกครั้ง ตรวจว่าเป็นวิดีโอจริง ไม่ใช่เอกสารหรือวิดีโอจากลิงก์ภายนอก
- รอให้ไฟล์โหลดครบ และตรวจว่าพื้นที่จัดเก็บในเครื่องยังว่าง
- ตรวจสิทธิ์ที่ Android Settings > Apps > Telegram > Permissions แล้วอนุญาตสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวกับ Photos and videos, Files and media หรือชื่อใกล้เคียงตาม Android รุ่นนั้น
- ลอง Save to Downloads แล้วค้นไฟล์ใน Files
- ปิดแล้วเปิด Telegram ใหม่ และอัปเดตแอปผ่านช่องทางที่ติดตั้งแอปไว้
- หากยังไม่สำเร็จ ให้รีสตาร์ตโทรศัพท์ แล้วลองบันทึกอีกครั้ง
ชื่อสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนตามรุ่น Android; بعض الأجهزةแสดงการอนุญาตรูปภาพและวิดีโอแยกกัน หาก Telegram ไม่แสดงสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้ลองสั่งบันทึกอีกครั้งเพื่อให้ Android แสดงคำขอสิทธิ์

ย้ายวิดีโอไปยัง SD card
หาก Telegram แสดงตัวเลือกให้เลือกตำแหน่งบันทึก ให้เลือก SD card ได้เลย หากไม่มี ให้บันทึกลง Downloads ในเครื่องก่อน แล้วเปิด Files เลือกวิดีโอและใช้คำสั่งย้ายไปยัง SD card หากแอปและโทรศัพท์รองรับ การบันทึกลงเครื่องก่อนทำให้ตรวจสอบได้ว่าไฟล์อยู่ครบก่อนย้าย
