There is no confirmed worldwide restock date for the Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 console and Pro Controller. In the U.S., Best Buy is reported to have limited quantities of both at select stores during a late-night event on November 5, 2026. In the UK, Nintendo says it will announce replenishment through the Nintendo Store app but has not given a date.

What the November 5 event means for U.S. buyers
The November 5 date applies to a late-night Best Buy event at select locations. The report says limited quantities of the console and controller will be available, but gives no numerical stock count and does not establish that every Best Buy will participate. Confirm the specific store and event information with Best Buy before traveling.
The report does not announce a broad online restock. A listing or event notice should not be treated as a guarantee that either product will be available when you arrive or check online.

How to follow the UK restock
For the UK, Nintendo’s stated route for replenishment news is its Nintendo Store app. The quoted notice provides no date, so there is no confirmed day to plan around. Check the app for an announcement rather than relying on the separate November 5 U.S. retailer event.

Launch date versus restock date
The Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 edition was listed for release on October 29, 2026, in Nintendo’s European announcement. The listing describes a Triforce motif on the console, dock and Joy-Con 2 controllers. October 29 is the original release date, not a later restock date. The regional listings establish product timing and identity, but they do not establish current stock or regional pricing outside the listings themselves.
