For viewers in the United States, Paramount+ currently lists 1883, 1923, Marshals and Dutton Ranch as the connected Dutton-family shows on its service. The original Yellowstone is the exception: Paramount+’s current guide directs viewers to Peacock for streaming and Paramount Network for reruns, and explicitly says that Yellowstone is not streaming on Paramount+.
The best viewing order depends on whether you want release history or the family timeline. Release order is Yellowstone → 1883 → 1923 → Marshals → Dutton Ranch. In-universe order is 1883 → 1923 → Yellowstone → Marshals → Dutton Ranch. The Madison is not part of that sequence.

1923: a later generation faces the early twentieth century
1923 follows another Dutton generation in the Mountain West decades after the events of 1883. Paramount+ lists two seasons and exposes a season-by-season episode guide on the series page. The currently available material does not establish one final episode total for both seasons, so there is no reliable number to add together.
Yellowstone: the modern central story
Yellowstone is the contemporary anchor for the family saga. Marshals live and on demand
Marshals has a different timing rule from the completed season listings. New episodes air on CBS. Paramount+ Premium subscribers can watch them as they air, while Essential or Premium subscribers can watch on demand beginning the day after broadcast. An Essential subscription therefore should not be described as providing same-time live access; the current guide only grants that timing to Premium.

The official guide directs U.S. viewers to Peacock for streaming Yellowstone and to Paramount Network for reruns. This is why a Paramount+ subscription alone does not currently provide the original series. Confirm the active catalog and any authentication or provider requirement at the time of viewing.

The Madison is not a Yellowstone spin-off
The Madison often appears in searches alongside Taylor Sheridan projects, but it should not be inserted into a Dutton-family watch list. Paramount+ states directly that “The Madison is not a Yellowstone spinoff” and that its Clyburn family is not connected to the Dutton family tree. - Use “available now” with a date: the October 7, 2026 guide says all listed first-season Dutton Ranch episodes are on demand, but catalogs are volatile.
