Xlence’s published materials describe a Seychelles-regulated CFD broker offering MetaTrader 4 and 5, but the available information does not establish whether a current licence entry covers your situation, how reliably withdrawals are processed, or what your total trading costs will be. Treat the broker’s account figures and contract terms as items to verify—not proof of typical trading or withdrawal outcomes—before depositing money.
What is Xlence, and who is the contractual counterparty?
Xlence’s reviewed Client Services Agreement identifies the broker as a trade name of Tradeco Limited, gives a registered address at Eden Plaza, Eden Island, Seychelles, and says Tradeco Limited is authorized and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under licence SD029. A company press release dated 15 September 2025 also describes that licence. These are statements in company materials; they do not independently confirm the current regulator register entry, the scope of its permissions, or authorization to serve you in your country.
The agreement says Tradeco Limited is the client’s contractual counterparty. The reviewed agreement is version 2025-001 and was hosted on a related broker’s domain, so it should not be treated as a substitute for the latest legal documents published directly by Xlence.
Check local eligibility before applying
Xlence’s “Why us” page says its service is unavailable to residents of certain jurisdictions, including the United States, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea. That list is not stated to be exhaustive. Eligibility and financial-services permissions are jurisdiction-specific; confirm both directly for your country rather than relying on a broad claim that the broker is “regulated.”

A licence number in a company document is a lead to check, not independent confirmation of present status or investor protections.
What can you trade, and which platforms are advertised?
Xlence describes its offering as CFDs on forex, metals, indices, commodities, futures, and shares. It advertises more than 300 instruments across six asset classes, along with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Those are the company’s descriptions, not an independently counted product list or a test of platform performance.

CFDs are leveraged products: you speculate on price movements rather than necessarily owning the underlying asset. Xlence’s own risk warning states, “All trading involves risk. It is possible to lose all your capital.” Before trading, understand how margin, leverage, stop-out rules, and financing charges affect positions that move against you.

An account comparison page lists four accounts and gives EUR/USD minimum and average spread figures. - BUILT FOR YOUR MARKET, FUTURES, STOCKS, FOREX, OPTIONS & CRYPTO: 4X is a mindset and process journal, not a strategy tool tied to one instrument. The plan, the trade log, the deep dive and the weekly review work the same whether you trade ES, EURUSD, SPY or BTC. Traders use it across all five markets every day.
- THE 2026 EDITION, REBUILT FROM TRADER FEEDBACK: Same trusted system, better in every way. An extra daily page for more room to log the session. Weekly reviews now grouped with each week's trades, so no more flipping back and forth. Crisp, darker print that's easy on the eyes after hours on a screen. A Quick-Start QR that scans straight to step-by-step instructions.
- NOT A NOTEBOOK, A COMPLETE 12-WEEK SYSTEM: Start with a one-time 9-part Trading Plan (your market, setups, risk rules and discipline checklist). Then twelve identical weeks: five Daily Logs, five Deep Dive trade pages, and a two-page Weekly Review. 189 guided pages, roughly 80 trades. Guided prompts walk you through every step. You never stare at a blank page.
- RATE YOUR EXECUTION, NOT YOUR RESULT: Your platform tracks the P&L. Nothing tracks the why. Log energy, sleep and mindset before the open; grade every trade A to F on whether you followed your plan, not on whether it won; then face the pattern every weekend with START / STOP / IMPROVE / CONTINUE. That review habit is the edge. You're 42% more likely to hit a goal you've written down.
- BUILT TO LAST, ARRIVES GIFT-READY: Vegan-leather hardcover, 100gsm bleed-resistant paper, two ribbon markers and an elastic closure band. Bound to lay flat so you're not fighting the spine while you write. 189 pages, 5.75" x 8.5", carries in a bag. Ships in a premium gift box: the gift every trader in your life actually wants.

The same comparison lists leverage up to 1:1000 and a 20% stop-out level. It shows no commission except $10 per lot on futures indices, FX futures, and futures commodities. These are broker-published terms, not a guarantee that every client, instrument, or position will receive those conditions. The page’s figures may have changed, and its units should be confirmed on the current page.
There is also a date-related difference in the company’s descriptions: its 15 September 2025 press release says the lineup includes Essential, Islamic Plus, and Cent accounts, while the account comparison lists Essential, Prime, Deluxe, and Ultimate. The materials do not explain how the groupings relate or establish that every type is currently available. Confirm the account names and terms shown to you in the current client portal before choosing.

What fees could affect your total cost?
A displayed spread is only one part of the cost of trading. The agreement directs clients to current contract specifications for instrument-specific commissions, costs, and financing fees, and says those costs may be amended. It also permits the company to increase or decrease spreads and change leverage at its discretion, including with reference to deposit or margin amounts.

Administrative fees in the reviewed agreement
- Inactivity: The agreement allows a USD 50 annual fixed administration fee after one year without activity, including no funding or trading. It says a balance below USD 50 may be charged down and the account archived.
- Deposits and withdrawals without sufficient trading: It allows a 3% administration fee in situations where deposits and withdrawals occur without trading, or where trading falls below a threshold the company determines. The reviewed passage does not provide a universal threshold.
- Payment-provider charges: The agreement recognizes that a client’s bank or account providers may impose separate charges.
These terms come from the version 2025-001 agreement reviewed here; check the latest agreement and the current specifications for the instruments you intend to trade. A fair cost comparison should include spreads, any applicable commission, overnight financing, administrative charges, and charges from payment providers—not just the smallest advertised spread.

Can you withdraw your money, and how long does it take?
The agreement says clients submit transfer requests through the Client Portal. The reviewed passages do not specify a universal withdrawal processing time, and the available materials do not establish typical withdrawal outcomes or a withdrawal success rate. That means the published information is not enough to promise that a withdrawal will arrive by a particular date.
The support knowledge base has topics covering payment options, deposits, funding currencies, and related account questions. Its index confirms those help topics exist; it does not establish how quickly a particular case will be resolved.
Questions to get answered before depositing
- Which payment methods are available to residents of your country, and must withdrawals use the same method as deposits?
- What documents or account checks can delay a transfer, and where can you see the status of a request?
- What processing time applies to your chosen payment method, and does it mean the broker’s processing time or the time for funds to reach your account?
- Can the broker or a payment provider deduct charges, and what happens if the deposit and withdrawal amounts differ?
- Where can you find the current written withdrawal terms if the answer from support differs from the agreement?
What do customer reviews tell you—and what can’t they show?
Trustpilot posts include positive accounts of setup and account-manager support as well as complaints about rejected or delayed withdrawals. Xlence responds to some posts and refers customers to its agreement. These are individual, self-selected reports, not a representative survey. They can point to questions worth asking, but they do not establish how common a problem is, how long withdrawals usually take, or how any individual case was resolved.
No independent named statistic on Xlence’s execution quality, withdrawal success rate, or customer satisfaction is established by the materials reviewed. There is also no independent trading, withdrawal, or platform-performance test to use as evidence of real-world service quality.
Quick Recap
How to assess Xlence before opening an account
- Verify the legal entity and your eligibility. Check the current regulator register and the relevant financial-services regulator for your country. Confirm that the legal entity named in the agreement is the one that would hold your account.
- Read the current legal documents. Download the agreement directly from Xlence, then check its fee, withdrawal, dispute, and account-closure terms. Do not assume an older copy is still in force.
- Check live instrument specifications. For the products you may trade, confirm spread units, commissions, financing charges, leverage, margin requirements, and stop-out rules. Ask for written clarification when a displayed figure is ambiguous.
- Get payment terms in writing. Confirm the available deposit and withdrawal methods, processing estimates, verification requirements, and any charges that may apply to your country and payment method.
- Decide whether the risk is acceptable. Only consider trading with money you can afford to lose, and do not treat high leverage or a narrow advertised spread as evidence that an account is low-risk.
