On Windows 10, the legacy Xbox Networking page is under Settings > Gaming > Xbox Network. You can also check Xbox server connectivity in the Xbox app under Settings > Network. On Windows 11, Microsoft documents general connection settings at Start > Settings > Network & internet, but that route is not confirmed as an Xbox-specific NAT or server diagnostic page. If you are asking, “Where is Xbox Networking in Windows 11?”, the key distinction is that the familiar Xbox panel is a legacy Windows 10 route.

Where to find Xbox Networking in Windows 10

On Windows 10, open Settings > Gaming > Xbox Network to reach the legacy Xbox networking panel. A Microsoft Community moderator described this path for checking Xbox network information, including NAT and Teredo status. The route is Windows 10 guidance; it should not be assumed to exist in the same place on Windows 11. Microsoft Community guidance

Microsoft-hosted Xbox Support troubleshooting material also describes a separate route: open the Xbox app, select Settings > Network, then check Server connectivity. This is support guidance reproduced on a Microsoft Q&A page associated with a 2018 discussion, so the precise app layout may differ from a current installation. What to use on Windows 11

For ordinary internet connection information, go to Start > Settings > Network & internet. From there, Windows provides connection status and access to Wi-Fi or Ethernet properties. Microsoft’s current general network documentation does not establish that this page includes Xbox-specific NAT type, Teredo, or Xbox server-connectivity tests. Older moderator guidance mentions using Xbox Console Companion > Settings > Network, but its availability as a current Windows 11 route has not been verified. Treat it as legacy guidance rather than a guaranteed way to reach Xbox diagnostics. Microsoft Community guidance

How to interpret a Blocked server connectivity result

The Xbox Support troubleshooting guidance reproduced on Microsoft Q&A says that Blocked means the PC could not establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the QoS server. It lists possible causes, rather than a single definitive cause:

Check firewall status without disabling protection

Do not turn off Windows Firewall as a troubleshooting shortcut. Microsoft’s documented controls are in Windows Security > Firewall & network protection; advanced rules are available through the classic firewall interface. Check the firewall’s status and configuration, and use Microsoft’s firewall troubleshooting instructions if settings appear to have changed. Microsoft: Windows Security firewall controls

Windows network details are not Xbox diagnostics

Windows’ Network & internet settings are useful for confirming whether Wi-Fi or Ethernet is connected and for viewing connection properties. They are not a substitute for an Xbox-specific NAT or server-connectivity test. Use the general network page to inspect the PC’s connection, and use an Xbox diagnostic route only if it is available in your Windows version and app installation.
