If a WWE 2K26 wrestler or pack you paid for is missing, first confirm that your edition and region include it. Then fully quit the game, install the add-on from your platform’s store, and start the game again. PlayStation players should restore licenses, Xbox players should find the add-on in the Marketplace and choose Install, and Nintendo Switch 2 players should eject and reload the WWE 2K26 virtual game card. If the content is still absent after 24 hours, contact 2K Support with transaction and account evidence.
Use this recovery order first
Follow these checks in order. They separate an entitlement problem (the account does not own the content) from an installation problem (the account owns it, but the add-on is not installed or recognized).

- Confirm the product. Compare the missing wrestler or pack with the exact WWE 2K26 edition, Season Pass, or standalone add-on shown on your receipt. Check the store region and the account that made the purchase.
- Quit WWE 2K26 completely. Do not leave it suspended or in Quick Resume. A full restart forces the game to read the platform’s current licenses and installed add-ons.
- Open the platform store. Search for the missing DLC rather than relying only on the game’s in-game menu. A purchased item should show an installation option, not a price.
- Install or claim the add-on. Some Season 2 cases on Xbox require selecting a free purchase or claim before the download button appears.
- Apply the platform-specific repair below. PlayStation uses license restoration, Xbox uses Marketplace installation, and Switch 2 uses a virtual-game-card reload.
- Launch the game and check the correct area. Look in the main roster, MyFACTION, or the pack’s stated content location. Do not assume every add-on appears as a selectable wrestler in every mode.
Diagnose the missing-DLC state
Before deleting or reinstalling the base game, classify what you see. The combination of platform, purchase format, entitlement, and installation state determines the right fix.

PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4
On PlayStation, restore the account’s licenses after confirming the add-on is part of your purchase. WWE 2K Support recommends this specifically for additional-content problems: “If you’re experiencing issues with additional content it is recommended to "Restore Your Licenses".” The statement appears in WWE 2K: Installing Additional Content and Missing DLC, updated July 8, 2026.

PS5 procedure
- Close WWE 2K26 completely from the home screen. Do not leave it running in the background.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Users and Accounts.
- Choose Other, then Restore Licenses.
- Confirm the restore and wait for the operation to finish.
- Open WWE 2K26 again and inspect the main roster, MyFACTION, and the relevant pack content.
PS4 procedure
- Quit WWE 2K26.
- Open Settings.
- Select Account Management.
- Select Restore Licenses and confirm.
- Relaunch the game and check the roster and pack-specific mode.
If the restore completes but the store still shows a purchase price, stop and verify the account, edition, and region. License restoration cannot add a DLC entitlement that belongs to a different account or is not included in the edition you bought.
Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S
Xbox recovery is normally a manual Marketplace installation. A Season Pass can show as owned while its individual add-ons remain undownloaded.
- Quit WWE 2K26 fully. Do not leave it suspended in Quick Resume.
- Open the Xbox Marketplace and search for the exact missing wrestler pack or add-on.
- Open the product page while signed in to the account that bought the game or DLC.
- When the license is recognized, choose Install rather than a paid Buy action.
- For some Season 2 situations, select the free purchase or claim option first. After claiming it, return to the page and start the download.
- Wait for the installation to finish, then launch WWE 2K26 and check the appropriate mode.
If the page continues to offer only a price, do not purchase a second copy as a workaround. Check the receipt and account first. A paid prompt usually means the Marketplace is not seeing the entitlement on the signed-in account, the item is from another region, or the edition does not include that add-on.

On Switch 2, the relevant repair is to reload the WWE 2K26 virtual game card. This refreshes the card assignment that the game uses when checking its content.

- From the Home Menu, open Virtual Game Cards.
- Authenticate if the system asks you to do so.
- Choose the WWE 2K26 card, open Options, and select Eject from This System.
- After the card is ejected, select Load on This System to reload it.
- Relaunch WWE 2K26 and check the roster, MyFACTION, and the purchased pack.
Use the Nintendo account that owns the purchase. If the virtual card belongs to another account or the store region does not match the purchase, reloading the card will not create a new entitlement.
Steam
Steam does not have a separate WWE 2K repair sequence published in the available support guidance. The documented checks are account ownership, completed downloads, and a clean relaunch.
- Exit WWE 2K26.
- Open Steam while signed in to the account that owns the base game.
- Confirm that the DLC is attached to that same Steam account; a different family or secondary account will not transfer the entitlement.
- Allow Steam to finish any pending WWE 2K26 or DLC download before starting the game.
- Relaunch WWE 2K26 and inspect the location where the purchased content should appear.
If the DLC remains absent after these checks, use the 2K Support escalation path. Include the Steam ID, receipt, transaction history, and a screenshot of the game’s DLC screen so support can compare the store entitlement with the game account.

Verify the edition, region, and purchase before reinstalling
The WWE 2K26 Order and Edition FAQ identifies Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 as supported platforms and says both physical and digital versions are available. Store listings and backward-compatible console use can vary, so verify the exact platform shown on your order rather than assuming that every edition contains every add-on.

Check what your edition actually includes
Open the order confirmation or store receipt and record the edition name, included Season Pass or pack, platform, and region. Compare those details with the missing content’s product page. A wrestler can be absent because the item is part of a different edition, a separately sold pack, or content that has not yet been released for claiming.
Match the account and region
The purchasing account must be the account currently signed in on the console or Steam. Also compare the country or region on the account with the region of a voucher, physical copy, or digital transaction. Region mismatches can leave the base game playable while a DLC license is not recognized.
Do not redeem duplicate codes expecting duplicate DLC
Entering a second code for an edition already owned does not add another copy of its DLC. WWE 2K Support explains: “This is because once you’ve already put in the code from your first purchase, the DLC for that version has already been added and both the system and game mark your account as having it.” This wording is from WWE 2K26: Upgrading Editions or Purchasing Multiple Copies, updated July 8, 2026. If the first code was redeemed successfully, investigate installation or account recognition instead of buying or redeeming another copy.

When to wait and when to contact 2K
Delivery can take a few hours during periods of high traffic. Restarting repeatedly will not accelerate a transaction that is still processing. Once at least 24 hours have passed and the content is still missing, submit a 2K Support ticket. The support guidance says: “If you have waited for at least 24 hours and still haven’t received any VC or content, we’re happy to look into it.” That statement is from Missing or Not Delivered VC/Content After Purchase, updated July 7, 2026.

Include evidence that lets support match the entitlement
- Your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, Steam ID, or Nintendo ID.
- Your country or region.
- The exact missing wrestler, pack, Season Pass item, or add-on.
- The receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase.
- A screenshot of the platform transaction history.
- A screenshot of the WWE 2K26 DLC screen or store page showing the current status.
- The WWE 2K26 edition and purchase type: digital storefront, voucher/code, or physical copy.
Describe the steps already completed, including a license restore, Marketplace installation attempt, virtual-card reload, or Steam download check. This prevents support from sending the same basic instructions and gives them the account and transaction data needed to investigate.
Fixes for common symptoms
The season pass says owned, but no individual packs appear
Open the store page for each missing add-on. A pass may grant the entitlement without automatically downloading every pack. Install each available item manually, then relaunch the game.
The wrestler is missing from the main roster but another mode changed
Check the pack description and the mode it targets. Some purchased content is surfaced in MyFACTION or another pack-specific area rather than as a standard selectable wrestler. Confirm the download is complete before judging the in-game roster.

Stop before purchasing. Sign out of any secondary account, sign in to the purchasing account, verify the receipt and region, and search for the exact add-on. On Xbox, an owned item should offer Install; on PlayStation, restore licenses after confirming the purchase.
The code was accepted but the content is absent
A successful redemption establishes ownership, not necessarily installation. Check the add-on page for a download button, complete the queue, and restart the game. A second code cannot duplicate DLC already marked as owned.
The purchase is less than 24 hours old
Allow the transaction time to propagate, particularly during high traffic. Keep the receipt and screenshots while you complete the platform procedure. Escalate after 24 hours if the content has not appeared.
