“Invalid” is the service’s result, not a complete explanation. It may not tell you whether the string was mistyped, whether the page is the right one, or whether an eligibility condition applies. The page requires a different account or will not recognize your login
Do not create a second account merely to test an unverified code. Confirm that the redemption identity matches the account used in the game and that the sign-in page belongs to an official service.
