If an Age of Apes code is rejected or its reward does not appear, first check that you have unlocked the redemption option, entered the code exactly as published, and have not already claimed it on that account. Codes may also expire. The available instructions come from third-party guides rather than a Tap4Fun support article, so a particular error message or code’s current status cannot be confirmed from those guides alone.
Where to enter an Age of Apes code
Pocket Gamer and LINEGames.org report that you can redeem a code from your in-game profile’s settings. Pocket Gamer also says to finish the tutorial first and check the in-game mailbox a few minutes after redeeming. Tap4Fun’s Google Play listing does not confirm these steps, so menu labels or availability may differ in the game. Pocket Gamer’s Age of Apes codes guide · LINEGames.org’s Age of Apes code guide
- Finish the tutorial if you have not already and the redemption option is missing. This prerequisite is reported by Pocket Gamer, not confirmed in an official Tap4Fun help article.
- Open your player profile, then open Settings.
- Look for Redeem Code and enter the code as it was published, preserving its characters, capitalization, and punctuation.
- After submitting it, check the in-game mailbox. Pocket Gamer advises allowing a few minutes for the reward to arrive.
If you cannot find the option after completing the tutorial, the sources do not establish another redemption route. Avoid relying on instructions for unrelated games or assuming a code can be redeemed on a website.
Why a code may be rejected or the reward may be missing
The code may have expired
LINEGames.org says some Age of Apes codes are time-limited. A code listed online is not necessarily still active: check the source’s publication or update date and any validity period stated with the code. If no expiry date is given, its current status is not established. Neither of the guides confirms that a specific code remains redeemable today.

The entry may not match the published code
LINEGames.org advises entering a code exactly, including letter case and punctuation. Compare what you typed with the original listing, character by character. Watch for a missing or added symbol, a mistyped letter, or an unintended space. Do not alter the code based on assumptions about which characters the game accepts; use the published spelling.
The code may already have been claimed on your account
LINEGames.org reports that codes are generally limited to one redemption per account. If you have already used the code on that account, trying it again may not work. This is guidance from a third-party guide, not a universal policy confirmed by Tap4Fun; the available sources do not specify whether exceptions exist.

The redemption option may not be unlocked yet
If Redeem Code is not visible, Pocket Gamer’s reported first check is to finish the tutorial. The source does not specify which tutorial milestone unlocks the option, and Tap4Fun does not confirm this prerequisite in the sources available here. Complete the tutorial before concluding that the feature is unavailable.
The reward may not have appeared immediately
After a successful submission, check the in-game mailbox rather than looking only at the screen where you entered the code. Pocket Gamer says to wait a few minutes before checking. Its guidance does not define a longer delivery window or explain what a particular confirmation or error message means.

Troubleshoot in this order
- Confirm that you are entering the code in the game. Open your profile and Settings, then look for Redeem Code. The reported path is from Pocket Gamer and LINEGames.org, not an officially confirmed Tap4Fun procedure.
- Complete the tutorial if the option is missing. This is Pocket Gamer’s reported prerequisite. Reopen your profile settings afterward and check again.
- Re-enter the original code carefully. Match its characters, capitalization, and punctuation to the listing, following LINEGames.org’s entry guidance.
- Check the listing’s age and any stated validity period. Since some codes are time-limited, an old listing or a passed expiry date is a plausible reason for rejection.
- Consider whether you have already redeemed it on this account. The third-party guide says codes are generally one-time per account, but Tap4Fun has not confirmed that as a universal rule.
- Check the mailbox after submission. Allow a few minutes, as Pocket Gamer recommends, then look for the reward there.
- Contact Tap4Fun if the checks do not resolve it. Include the code and the exact error message so support can see what happened. These details are sensible troubleshooting information; the app-store listing does not publish a specific redemption-support procedure.
How to contact support about a rejected code
Google Play lists support@tap4fun.com and ageofapes_group@tap4fun.com on the Age of Apes game listing. The listing does not say which address handles code-redemption problems, so it does not establish that either inbox is dedicated to them. You can describe the issue and ask which team should handle it.
For a useful support request, provide the code exactly as entered, the full error message, and a short description of where you submitted it and what happened afterward. Do not describe a code as active merely because it appears on a code-list page: its validity still needs confirmation. The sources do not identify the meaning of individual error messages, so let support interpret the message rather than guessing at account, regional, or server restrictions.

What the available instructions do—and do not—confirm
The redemption path, tutorial prerequisite, mailbox check, possible expiry, exact-entry advice, and possible one-redemption limit are reported by Pocket Gamer or LINEGames.org. They are not confirmed by an official Tap4Fun redemption-help article among the sources cited here. Google Play supplies Tap4Fun’s listed support emails, but does not identify a redemption-specific contact or explain code errors.
That distinction matters when deciding what to try: the reported checks are practical starting points, not guaranteed explanations for every rejection. If the code still fails after you have checked the entry and listing, support is the appropriate place to ask whether the code is valid for your situation.
