If a Marvel Rivals skin from a Twitch Drop is missing, check the reward in Twitch Drops Inventory first, then verify that Twitch is linked to the correct Marvel Rivals account or character. Next, open the game’s in-game email and claim the message promptly. Marvel Rivals says reward emails expire after 30 days. When Twitch shows the Drop as claimed but the item is still absent, the remaining delivery issue belongs with Marvel Rivals Support through the official Discord route listed on its Drops page.
First identify where the reward came from
This procedure applies to a Twitch Drop. Marvel Rivals also distributes cosmetics through events, tournaments, promotional codes and other campaigns. Those rewards can use different eligibility rules, claim screens and delivery methods, so do not assume a missing event reward is governed by Twitch’s Drop workflow.
Start by locating the announcement for the campaign you watched. Confirm the campaign name, its start and end dates, the channels that qualified, and the viewing or participation requirement. If you cannot identify a Marvel Rivals Twitch campaign, stop using the checklist below until you establish the reward’s actual source.

Why the campaign announcement matters
A campaign can have a limited qualifying window, a particular list of eligible channels or a threshold that differs from another Marvel Rivals promotion. Watching a Marvel Rivals stream outside the listed dates can look like normal progress without creating an entitlement. The same is true if the stream was not one of the channels included in that campaign. Use the announcement to verify the conditions instead of assuming that any Marvel Rivals broadcast counted.

Write down the exact cosmetic name and campaign name before troubleshooting. Similar-looking items may be separate rewards, and support can investigate more efficiently when you identify the individual skin rather than saying only that a reward is missing.
Understand the two separate Twitch steps
A Twitch Drop has an earning step and a claiming step. Watching an eligible stream can fill the campaign progress bar or show that a reward has been earned, but that status alone does not prove that the reward was claimed. The claim action takes place in Twitch Drops Inventory.
Only after the reward is claimed does the delivery question move to the game account. Treat these states as separate:

Do not treat a screenshot of a progress bar as proof of a completed claim. The useful evidence is the specific reward’s status in Drops Inventory. If the page displays several campaign items, inspect the skin itself; claiming one item does not automatically prove that every item in the campaign was claimed.
Fix a missing Marvel Rivals Twitch Drop step by step
1. Confirm the exact campaign and reward
Write down the name of the skin or cosmetic and the campaign that advertised it. Compare that information with the official Marvel Rivals Twitch Drops announcement. Campaign rules can be limited to particular dates or eligible channels, and a reward can be tied to a specific viewing threshold.
This check prevents a common mix-up: a player may remember watching Marvel Rivals content but have actually been watching outside the qualifying window, on a channel that was not eligible, or for a different campaign reward. The official announcement is the authority for those conditions.
Keep the announcement available while you check the account. It gives support a precise reference if the campaign has ended or if the reward list has changed. Do not substitute a community post or an old screenshot for the active campaign information when dates and requirements are in doubt.
2. Check the reward in Twitch Drops Inventory
- Sign in to the Twitch account used while watching the campaign.
- Open Twitch Drops Inventory and find the Marvel Rivals campaign.
- Locate the individual skin or reward rather than relying only on the campaign’s overall progress.
- Read the status. If it is earned but not claimed, use Twitch’s claim control before opening Marvel Rivals.
If Twitch does not show the reward as earned, the problem is still on the earning side. Review the campaign requirement and eligible-channel conditions. If Twitch shows a platform error or refuses to complete the claim, follow Twitch’s support guidance for Drops rather than treating it as an in-game inventory bug.
Record the status and, if practical, the date shown in Twitch before leaving the page. The distinction between earned, ready to claim and claimed is the key fact support will need. A claim control that remains available means the process has not reached the game-delivery stage.

3. Verify the linked Marvel Rivals account and character
On the official Marvel Rivals Drops page, inspect the connection between the Twitch account and the Marvel Rivals account where you expect the cosmetic to appear. Confirm that you are signed into the intended game account and, where the page presents a character choice, the intended character.
Account identity matters even when the Twitch claim is valid. A Twitch account linked to a different Marvel Rivals account can send the entitlement somewhere other than the account you are checking. Marvel Rivals also states that reconnecting another character does not allow the same Twitch account to claim a specific Drop again. Changing the connection is therefore not a way to generate a second copy of a one-time reward.

If you are unsure which login owns the character, sign out and back in using the credentials normally used for that Marvel Rivals profile, then return to the Drops page and check the displayed connection.
Avoid repeated relinking while you are still trying to determine the destination. Reconnecting a different character does not reset the one-time claim, and it can make the account history harder to explain. If you already changed the connection, tell support which account or character was linked at the moment Twitch marked the reward claimed.
4. Check Marvel Rivals in-game email
Launch Marvel Rivals on the account that was linked when the Drop was claimed and open the game’s in-game email. Marvel Rivals directs players to this mailbox to find claimed Drops. Look for a message that names the campaign or cosmetic, open it and use the available claim control.
The official instructions say that these reward emails expire after 30 days. That is an expiry period for the in-game message, not a promise that every Drop arrives within 30 days or a published delivery-time guarantee. Check the mailbox as soon as Twitch records the claim so that the message does not age out while you troubleshoot.

Searching an unrelated profile can make a delivered reward look missing. Check the message itself, not just the cosmetic collection, because the reward may require an explicit claim action inside the email.
Marvel Rivals’ instruction is simple: check the in-game email and claim it as soon as possible because the emails expire in 30 days. An expired message does not change the Twitch status. If Twitch still records a valid claim, include the expiry or absence of the message in your support report and ask Marvel Rivals to investigate rather than trying to claim the Twitch reward again.
5. Separate a platform problem from a game-delivery problem
Use the status in Twitch Drops Inventory to choose the support route. The two services assign responsibility to different parts of the process:

Twitch’s general guidance assigns in-game fulfillment to the game developer. Therefore, opening a Twitch ticket cannot substitute for Marvel Rivals Support once Twitch has already recorded a successful claim and the account and mailbox checks are complete.
Do not promise yourself a fixed wait time. The official guidance does not state a universal Marvel Rivals delivery deadline, so there is no supported number of minutes or hours after which every missing Drop is automatically restored. Once the documented checks are complete, escalation is more useful than repeated waiting or relinking.
What to include when contacting support
Use the official support channel named on the Marvel Rivals Drops page. A concise, complete report helps the support team identify the failed handoff without asking you to repeat basic checks.
- The campaign name and the exact skin or reward.
- The Twitch account name and the Marvel Rivals account or character you checked.
- The status displayed for the reward in Twitch Drops Inventory: in progress, earned, ready to claim, or claimed.
- The date you completed and claimed the Drop, if shown by Twitch.
- Whether the in-game email was present, absent or already expired.
- Screenshots of the relevant status and account connection, with passwords, authentication codes and other sensitive information hidden.
Do not describe an unclaimed reward as a delivery failure. Tell support exactly which stage is complete. For example, “Twitch shows the skin as claimed; the Twitch account is linked to character X; no corresponding in-game email is present” is more actionable than “my skin disappeared.”
Send one coherent timeline: when you watched, when the reward became earned, when you pressed claim, which account was linked, and when you checked the mailbox. This helps distinguish an eligibility question from a delivery question. Never include passwords, one-time authentication codes or other credentials in screenshots or messages.

Common reasons the skin still appears to be missing
The reward was earned but never claimed
This is the most important distinction in the workflow. Twitch can show that you met a requirement while leaving the reward in a claimable state. Until the individual item is claimed in Drops Inventory, Marvel Rivals has no completed Twitch entitlement to deliver.
The wrong account is being checked
A player can watch on one Twitch login, link that login to one Marvel Rivals account, and then open the game under another account. The result is a valid claim checked in the wrong place. Verify the connection on the official Drops page instead of relying on memory about which login was used.
A different character was reconnected
Marvel Rivals says reconnecting another character does not permit the same Twitch account to claim the specific Drop again. Switching characters will not create a duplicate entitlement. Establish which character was intended before making connection changes and report the mismatch to support if the claim went to an unintended destination.
The in-game email was overlooked or expired
Claimed Drops are presented through in-game email according to Marvel Rivals’ instructions. A mailbox that has not been opened can hide a delivered reward, while an email older than 30 days may no longer be available. Check promptly and do not assume that an expired message proves Twitch never recorded the claim.

The reward was not a Twitch Drop
An event reward, tournament prize, code redemption or other promotion can look similar to a Drop while following different rules. If the item never appears in Twitch Drops Inventory, return to the campaign announcement and identify the original source. Applying Twitch troubleshooting to a non-Twitch entitlement sends the case to the wrong support team.
What the official guidance does—and does not—promise
The official material establishes the sequence of earning, claiming, account linking and in-game mailbox delivery. It specifies a 30-day lifetime for reward emails. It does not provide a universal Marvel Rivals delivery-time commitment, a guaranteed recovery procedure for an expired email, or a single troubleshooting path for every type of reward.
That distinction matters when setting expectations. If Twitch shows “claimed,” the absence of an immediate item does not establish a particular delay or a permanent loss.
