Which phone does “G4” mean?
LG used G4 in the names of several related phones. The flagship LG G4 is distinct from the separately named G4 Stylus and G4c; those are not alternate manufacturer names for the flagship. LG’s 2015 G4 family announcement describes the G4 Stylus as a 5.7-inch phone and the G4c as a 5-inch phone. If you are checking a listing or looking for accessories, confirm the full product name and model number rather than relying on “G4” alone.

What are the LG G4 H815’s specifications?
LG’s UK specification page covers the H815 regional model. Its listed specifications are useful for identifying that variant, but should not be assumed to apply to every regional version of the G4.
