The Xiaomi 15T is the thinnest recent Xiaomi slab phone in this comparison, at a manufacturer-published 7.5 mm. The figure comes from Xiaomi’s product page, not an independent measurement; the comparison covers selected official product pages rather than every Xiaomi model or regional variant.
How thick are the thinnest recent Xiaomi phones?
These are Xiaomi’s published thickness figures for four recent slab phones. They are manufacturer specifications, and the sources may not use identical measurement conditions.

Xiaomi describes the 15T as “7.5mm thin” and says its design makes for “fatigue-free use.” That is the company’s promotional wording, not an independent ergonomic finding.
Does the Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 count?
Not in a direct comparison with slab phones. Xiaomi’s Investor Relations presentation gives the MIX Fold 2 a 5.4 mm thickness when unfolded and describes it as a foldable. That open-device measurement is not its closed-body thickness and should not be used to call it thinner than the Xiaomi 15T in this slab-phone comparison (Xiaomi Corporation Investor Relations presentation, 2022).

What should you compare besides thickness?
A smaller thickness number does not by itself establish which phone will feel best or suit your needs. Consider the measurement convention, phone weight, display size, battery capacity, cameras, and availability where you live. For example, Xiaomi UK lists the Xiaomi 17 at 8.06 mm thick and 191 g, with a 6.3-inch display; that gives more context than thickness alone.
Camera bumps also matter in practice: the Xiaomi 15’s stated 8.08 mm measurement excludes its protruding lens. A phone’s thickest point may therefore feel or measure differently from its published body figure.
