If you want to fight as an individual Space Marine, start with Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, the original Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, or Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. If you mean directing Marine forces instead, look at Dawn of War or Battlesector. The Chaos Gate games take a squad-tactics approach, with Daemonhunters focused on the Grey Knights.

Dawn of War
Dawn of War is the real-time-strategy option for players who want faction-level combat and command. The Steam catalog identifies the franchise, but does not establish the complete faction roster for every release or expansion.
