The right Mophie power bank depends on what you want to upgrade: more capacity, higher wired output, magnetic wireless charging, or fewer cables to pack. For a compact wired option, the Powerstation 10K Gen 3 has 10,000mAh and two 30W USB-C ports. For a larger reserve, the Powerstation Pro 20K offers 20,000mAh, while the Powerstation Ultra 25K reaches 25,000mAh and up to 140W. If charging on contact matters more than a wired-first setup, Mophie’s Qi2 magnetic models are the better fit.
Which Mophie power bank is the best fit?
Start with your devices and routine rather than choosing by capacity alone. A phone-only user who wants a compact wired bank has different needs from someone charging several devices or looking for magnetic wireless convenience. The specifications and charging estimates below are Mophie’s published claims, not independent test results.

For laptop charging, check the laptop’s input requirements and how the bank distributes power across ports before relying on a particular port or combined output. A high maximum output does not by itself establish what every connected device will receive.
Is a 10,000mAh power bank enough?
For many phone users, 10,000mAh is a useful middle ground: more capacity than the 5,000mAh magnetic option, without moving to the 20,000mAh or 25,000mAh models. Mophie estimates that the Powerstation 10K Gen 3 can provide up to two phone charges, using an iPhone 15 Pro as its example; actual results vary by device and configuration. The Slim Wireless 10K page also estimates up to two iPhone 15 Pro charges, with results varying.

Treat “up to” charge counts as estimates, not guaranteed full recharges. If you are away from outlets for longer stretches or need to charge multiple devices, a 20,000mAh or 25,000mAh model gives you a larger stated capacity. If low bulk and magnetic convenience matter more, a 5,000mAh model trades away reserve for a smaller-capacity option.
What does “faster” mean on these models?
Wired output ratings describe a power bank’s capability; they do not guarantee the same charging speed for every phone. The phone, cable, port used, and charging configuration all matter.

Wired charging
Mophie says the Powerstation 10K Gen 3 can charge an iPhone 15 Pro from 0% to 50% in 30 minutes when using its USB-C PD 30W port and a USB-C cable. That is a manufacturer example, and Mophie says results vary by device and configuration. It is not an independent benchmark.

The Pro 20K lists three USB-C ports at 45W, while the Ultra 25K lists three USB-C ports and up to 140W output. Those higher ratings may suit more demanding devices, but check both the receiving device’s requirements and how output is shared when multiple ports are in use.

Magnetic wireless charging
The Slim Wireless 10K and Wireless Slim 5K with Stand advertise Qi2 magnetic wireless charging up to 15W, as well as USB-C output up to 20W. Wireless charging offers the convenience of attaching a compatible phone to the bank without a separate cable; it is a different priority from maximizing wired output. Check that your phone supports the relevant Qi2 charging experience before buying.
When are integrated cables worth choosing?
The Powerstation Plus 10K with integrated cables is designed to reduce the number of separate leads you need to carry. It includes USB-C and Lightning cables as well as a USB-C port, and Mophie says it can charge up to three devices. Its connections have different maximum outputs: the USB-C cable or port is listed up to 30W, while the Lightning cable is listed up to 20W. Do not assume each connection supplies 30W simultaneously.

This model makes sense if you regularly charge devices with those connectors and value an all-in-one setup. If you want to choose your own cable or need a different connector, a port-focused bank may be more flexible.

- Capacity: Choose based on how long you expect to be away from an outlet and how many devices you will charge.
- Output: Match the bank’s output to your device’s charging needs; the largest wattage figure is not a promise of that rate for every device.
- Connection: Decide whether you prefer USB-C ports, integrated USB-C and Lightning cables, or Qi2 magnetic charging.
- Multiple devices: Confirm the model’s port count and remember that listed maximum outputs may not apply to every port at once.
- Seller and warranty: Mophie says warranty support applies to genuine products bought directly from Mophie or ZAGG, their stores, or authorized partners. ZAGG warns that marketplace sellers may not be authorized. Its brand-protection guidance advises checking that an Amazon item is sold by Amazon itself rather than an unknown third-party seller.
Can you take a Mophie power bank on a plane?
Mophie’s FAQ says lithium-ion chargers and portable batteries are currently allowed on passenger aircraft in carry-on bags, and advises customers to check FAA and TSA resources for current information. Treat this as manufacturer guidance, not a universal rule for every airline or jurisdiction; confirm the applicable requirements for your itinerary before flying.
