The best COSORI air fryer for you depends on batch size, counter space, and whether you want app controls. The 6-quart TurboBlaze is the most versatile option on paper; the 6.8-quart Dual Blaze adds a larger basket and connected features; and the 5-quart Pro LE is the smaller-capacity choice. COSORI’s published specifications support that shortlist, but they do not establish which model cooks best or offers the best value in independent testing.
How the three COSORI air fryers differ
The figures below are manufacturer-listed specifications, not independently measured results. COSORI’s current catalog includes other models too, so these three are a shortlist rather than the full lineup.
| Model | Capacity | Power | Temperature range | Functions | Dimensions and weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TurboBlaze (CAF-DC601-KUS) | 6 quarts | 1,725 watts | 90°–450°F | 9 | 11.8 × 14.4 × 11.9 inches including handle; 13.2 lb |
| Dual Blaze (CAF-P583S-KUS) | 6.8 quarts; listed for 4–6 servings | 1,750 watts | 175°–400°F | 12 | 11.7 × 12.9 × 13.8 inches; 13.7 lb |
| Pro LE (CAF-L501-KUS) | 5 quarts | 1,500 watts | 90°–450°F | Not stated on the product listing | 10.7 × 10.8 × 11.9 inches; 10 lb |

Which model suits your cooking and kitchen?
Choose TurboBlaze for flexible everyday cooking
The TurboBlaze’s nine listed modes are air fry, roast, bake, broil, dehydrate, frozen, proof, reheat, and keep warm. Its 90°–450°F range covers more low- and high-temperature use than the Dual Blaze’s listed range. COSORI also lists a five-speed airflow system, dishwasher-safe basket and crisper plate, and automatic shutoff when the basket is removed or overheating occurs. Those features make it the most function-rich described option in this three-model comparison, though specifications alone cannot show how well it performs in a particular recipe.

Choose Dual Blaze for a larger basket and connected controls
The Dual Blaze has the largest capacity here at 6.8 quarts, and COSORI lists 12 functions, remote control through the VeSync app, and compatibility with Alexa and Google Assistant. COSORI describes dual heating elements and says the design cooks both sides without requiring a shake or flip. Treat that as the manufacturer’s design claim, not a guarantee for every food or load. Its temperature range starts at 175°F and tops out at 400°F, narrower than the ranges listed for TurboBlaze and Pro LE.
Consider Pro LE when a 5-quart capacity fits
At 5 quarts and 10 lb, the Pro LE has the lowest listed capacity and weight of the three. Those figures may appeal if you cook smaller batches, but capacity and weight do not establish how much counter space the appliance needs: compare its full dimensions with the space available. COSORI’s listing displays a Proposition 65 warning for California consumers.

What the specifications do—and do not—tell you
Capacity, controls, functions, dimensions, and temperature range can help narrow a purchase, but they are not cooking-test results. COSORI says TurboBlaze cooks “up to 46% faster” than its CP168 (also called Pro Gen 2) air fryer. That is a COSORI comparison against a specific model, not evidence that TurboBlaze is faster than all air fryers or every recipe. COSORI’s product pages also do not establish comparative durability or an independently verified value ranking.
For a value decision, compare live prices for the exact model number, what accessories are included, and warranty terms alongside your capacity and feature needs. COSORI’s comparison article is brand-authored and dated May 28, 2026, so it represents the manufacturer’s perspective rather than independent testing. Check the model number when buying or using an older unit
COSORI maintains a recall page stating that it is voluntarily recalling and replacing certain air-fryer models in cooperation with the U.S. CPSC, Health Canada, and Mexico’s Profeco. Do not assume an appliance is or is not affected based only on its appearance or brand. Check the exact model number against the instructions on COSORI’s recall page and follow the linked regulator guidance.
Bottom line
For a versatile 6-quart basket and broad listed temperature range, start with TurboBlaze. Consider Dual Blaze if its larger basket and app-connected features matter more than a lower minimum or higher maximum temperature. Choose Pro LE only if its 5-quart capacity and dimensions suit your needs. Treat any final “best value” judgment as price-dependent: the published specifications do not substitute for current prices or independent cooking comparisons.
See the COSORI product catalog for its broader, changing lineup, including Iconic, TWINFRY, and other 9-quart models.
