Pick it for policy and technology questions
India 2020: A Vision for the New Millennium is listed in the official bibliography as co-authored by Kalam and Y. S. Rajan. Its focus is a national development vision, with particular relevance to readers asking how technology, institutions and long-term planning could shape India.
