Start with the official Square Enix store for your region. The North American catalog has listed the BRING ARTS Bartholomew Fatima figure at $120.99 and the Maria Balthasar & Chu-Chu set at $159.99. Square Enix UK has shown the Weltall BRING ARTS listing as currently unavailable and sold out. Those prices and stock states are snapshots, not guarantees, so confirm the live regional listing before paying. For older characters such as Elly or Fei, secondary-market listings may be the only practical route; treat every one as unverified until you compare its identity, packaging, condition, seller history and return terms with the official product information.

Where to look first

Use this order when shopping for a Xenogears BRING ARTS figure:

  1. Check the Square Enix store serving your delivery address. Regional catalogs can carry different products and stock. The North American catalog displayed two Xenogears BRING ARTS products, while the United Kingdom catalog showed a Weltall listing as unavailable and sold out.
  2. Record the exact product identity before comparing other listings. Write down the character or set name, SKU, release date and included characters. These details let you compare a marketplace listing against a known product instead of relying on a seller’s title alone.
  3. If the official store has no stock, search the secondary market cautiously. Collector discussions mention marketplaces such as eBay and AmiAmi, but a discussion mention does not establish current inventory, seller reliability, authenticity, price or return protection.

Do not assume that a listing is authorized merely because it appears on a familiar marketplace. Authorization, authenticity and current availability must be evaluated from the individual listing and seller terms.

Official Xenogears BRING ARTS listings to use as references

The following details come from the reviewed Square Enix regional product pages. They are useful identification references, not a promise that the same price or stock will still be displayed.

#1 Best Overall
Square Enix Xenogears: Weltall-Id Bring Arts Action Figure
  • A Square Enix import
  • From the video game Xenogears
  • Unique design to accentuate its sharp edges
  • Great range of motion in its arms and leg
  • Includes different interchangeable hand pieces

BRING ARTS Bartholomew Fatima Bartholomew Fatima North America: $120.99 4988601374743 December 2024 Listed in the North American Xenogears catalog when reviewed
BRING ARTS Maria Balthasar & Chu-Chu Maria Balthasar and Chu-Chu North America: $159.99 4988601366328 April 2024 Listed in the North American Xenogears catalog when reviewed
Xenogears BRING ARTS Weltall Weltall United Kingdom: price was not stated on the reviewed page XXENOZZZ03 Release date was not stated on the reviewed page “CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE” and “SOLD OUT”

Prices are displayed in the regional currency and may exclude or change with tax, shipping, import charges, promotions or later price updates. A release date identifies the product edition; it does not show whether a particular seller’s copy is new, complete or genuine.

How to buy from an official regional store

1. Open the store for your shipping region

Choose the Square Enix regional storefront that accepts orders for your address. The North American, United Kingdom and other regional catalogs can differ, so do not treat one region’s “sold out” label as proof that every region is sold out.

2. Match the complete product name

Check the character and set wording rather than searching only for “Xenogears figure.” For example, Maria Balthasar & Chu-Chu is a two-character set, while Bartholomew Fatima is a single-character product. A seller who omits one character from a set title may be offering an incomplete package, a different edition or simply an inaccurate listing.

3. Confirm the SKU

Compare the SKU shown on the official page with the SKU in a retailer’s description, photographs or invoice. The North American Maria Balthasar & Chu-Chu page identifies SKU 4988601366328; the North American Bartholomew Fatima page identifies SKU 4988601374743. The United Kingdom Weltall listing identifies SKU XXENOZZZ03. A missing SKU is a reason to ask questions, not automatic proof of a counterfeit, because some sellers omit catalog numbers from their descriptions.

4. Check the release information and product imagery

The official pages show Maria Balthasar & Chu-Chu with an April 2024 release date and Bartholomew Fatima with a December 2024 release date. Compare the seller’s box, figure sculpt, accessories and printed product name with the appropriate official imagery. Photographs copied from an official page do not prove that the seller owns the pictured item, so request current photographs when the listing is pre-owned or the price is unusually attractive.

5. Review the checkout total

Before placing an order, inspect the final delivered total, shipping destination, taxes, cancellation rules and estimated dispatch date. A displayed figure price is not the same as the amount charged at checkout, particularly for international delivery.

6. Save documentation

Keep the order confirmation, invoice, product page details and any messages with the seller. These records help if the wrong character, missing accessories or a materially different condition arrives.

Finding older Xenogears characters

Collectors specifically ask where to find an Elly BRING ARTS figure, and older Fei and Elly products may not appear in the current official catalog. Current stock, prices and seller terms for those older figures are not established here, so avoid presenting any marketplace result as a live recommendation without checking it yourself.

Use precise searches

  • Xenogears BRING ARTS Elly
  • Xenogears BRING ARTS Fei
  • Xenogears BRING ARTS figure complete
  • Xenogears BRING ARTS [character] SKU, replacing the bracketed term with the character you need

Include the character name, not just “Xenogears,” because sellers sometimes combine unrelated merchandise in broad search categories. Search results are leads; verify the actual listing, seller and photographs before buying.

Evaluate the listing, not the marketplace name

For a pre-owned listing, record:

  • the exact character or set and any stated SKU;
  • whether the original box, stand, weapons, alternate hands and other accessories are included;
  • condition of the figure, joints, paint, decals and packaging;
  • clear photographs of the actual item and all sides of the box;
  • seller feedback that is relevant to collectible figures, not merely a high transaction count;
  • the return window, who pays return shipping and what happens if the item is not as described;
  • the delivered total after shipping, tax and any import charge.

Collector comments that mention eBay or AmiAmi are anecdotal leads. They do not establish that a particular listing on either service is genuine, available or fairly priced.

Do BRING ARTS figures have bootlegs?

That is a real collector question, but the available evidence does not establish a counterfeit rate or prove that any particular Xenogears BRING ARTS listing is fake. No official or named-expert authentication checklist specific to these figures was identified. The safest approach is therefore comparative and documentary: establish what the official product should be, then investigate whether the offered copy is consistent with that identity and condition.

A low price can indicate a damaged, incomplete or urgently sold item, but it is not proof of a counterfeit. Conversely, a high price, a convincing logo or an apparently professional box does not prove authenticity. Treat each as one clue among several.

A practical counterfeit-risk check before payment

1. Establish the reference product

Start with the official product name, character list, SKU, release date and official photographs. For the two North American listings, that means distinguishing the single-character Bartholomew Fatima product from the Maria Balthasar & Chu-Chu set and checking their respective SKUs. For Weltall, use the United Kingdom listing’s name and SKU XXENOZZZ03 even though that page was marked sold out.

Rank #2
Square Enix Xenogears: Maria Balthasar & Chu-chu Bring Arts Action Figure
  • A Square Enix import
  • From the video game series
  • Carefully recreated and textured outfit
  • Additional face, hand and arms parts included
  • Display stand included

2. Ask for item-specific photographs

Request photographs taken by the seller showing the front, back, sides and bottom of the box, the figure outside the packaging, accessories and any defects. Ask the seller to include a note with the current date or your username if you need confidence that the images are of the item in hand. Refusal is a warning about listing quality, but it is not conclusive proof of a fake.

3. Compare details without overclaiming

Check whether the printed character name, product title, logos, molded details, paint applications and accessory layout are consistent with the official images. Differences can result from regional packaging, photography, lighting, a production revision or a replacement part. A mismatch should lead to questions and documentation, not an instant verdict based on one visual difference.

4. Inspect the seller’s history

Read recent feedback for action figures and other collectibles. Look for repeated complaints about items not matching photographs, missing parts, canceled orders or disputed returns. A long history in unrelated categories does not establish expertise in BRING ARTS figures.

5. Get completeness in writing

Have the seller state exactly what is included. “Figure only,” “box included” and “complete” mean different things unless the accessories are enumerated. For a two-character set, confirm that both Maria Balthasar and Chu-Chu are present rather than assuming the set name guarantees it.

6. Confirm return protection before paying

Read the platform and seller return terms, including deadlines, acceptable evidence and responsibility for return postage. Avoid payment methods that remove meaningful buyer protection. Save screenshots of the listing because descriptions and photographs can change after purchase.

7. Compare the total price rationally

Compare several current listings only after adjusting for condition, completeness, shipping, taxes and import charges. Do not use the North American displayed prices as a guaranteed resale value or as a counterfeit threshold; they are dated official-store snapshots for specific regional listings.

What does not authenticate a figure by itself

  • A low or high price: price reflects urgency, condition, scarcity, region and seller strategy as well as authenticity.
  • A logo, sticker or seal: packaging marks can vary by region and can be reproduced; they require comparison with the complete product presentation.
  • Marketplace placement: appearing on a major platform does not make a seller an authorized Square Enix retailer.
  • Stock photographs: an official image proves what the product should look like, not what a particular seller will ship.
  • A seller’s assertion: “authentic” in a title or description is a claim that still needs supporting details and return protection.

Inspection when the package arrives

  1. Record the unboxing with continuous photographs or video, including the shipping label and outer packaging.
  2. Compare the received character or characters with the listing and the official product identity.
  3. Check every accessory against the seller’s written completeness statement and the official product presentation.
  4. Look for undisclosed paint damage, broken joints, warped parts, residue, replaced packaging or signs of prior repair.
  5. Photograph discrepancies immediately and contact the seller through the platform before altering, cleaning or repairing the figure.
  6. If the item is materially not as described, use the documented return or dispute process within its deadline.

Do not throw away the box or shipping materials until you have decided to keep the figure. Packaging may be required for a return and helps document what was delivered.

Choosing between an official listing and a secondary-market copy

Decision factor Official regional store Secondary-market listing
Product identity Product name, SKU and official presentation are available on the Square Enix page Must be verified from the seller’s description and photographs
Condition Review the store’s stated new-product terms Ask for a specific condition description and accessory list
Availability Depends on regional inventory; the reviewed UK Weltall page was sold out Depends on an individual seller and can disappear without notice
Price North American snapshots: $120.99 for Bartholomew; $159.99 for Maria & Chu-Chu Varies with condition, completeness, demand, shipping, tax and import charges
Returns Follow the regional store’s current policy Check the platform and seller policy before payment
Authentication burden Lower when purchasing directly from the official store Higher; inspect identity, seller history, evidence and return protection

“Lower” authentication burden does not mean that a resale listing is automatically unsafe. It means the buyer has more independent facts to verify when purchasing from an individual seller.

A simple decision path

  1. The exact figure is listed by Square Enix in your region: compare the SKU and total checkout cost, then buy there if the terms suit you.
  2. The figure is listed officially but sold out: record the product identity and monitor the regional store rather than substituting a vaguely titled listing.
  3. The character is older or absent from the official catalog: search secondary markets using the exact character name and request item-specific evidence.
  4. The seller cannot show the actual item, identify included parts or explain returns: pass on the listing.
  5. The delivered item differs materially from the listing: preserve evidence and use the platform’s documented dispute or return process.

Questions collectors commonly ask

Is the North American price a current worldwide price?

No. The catalog displayed $120.99 for Bartholomew Fatima and $159.99 for Maria Balthasar & Chu-Chu in North America when reviewed. Currency, region, tax, shipping and later inventory changes can produce a different total elsewhere.

Does “sold out” in the United Kingdom mean Weltall is discontinued?

No. The reviewed United Kingdom page showed “CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE” and “SOLD OUT,” but that status alone does not establish a permanent discontinuation or the status in another region.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Can a SKU alone prove that a resale figure is genuine?

No. A matching SKU supports product identification, but a counterfeit or misrepresented listing could copy catalog information. Combine the SKU with actual photographs, completeness details, seller history and return protection.

Where can I get an Elly BRING ARTS figure?

Older Elly availability and current prices were not verified. Search by the exact character and product name on reputable secondary-market platforms, then apply the inspection and seller checks above rather than relying on a single search result.
