For the current LEGO Pokémon wave, start with LEGO.com or a LEGO Store. Pokémon’s August 1, 2026 announcement also lists Pokémon Center for customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Stock, pricing, and the exact sets available can change, so confirm the product page, seller, condition, delivery region, and return terms before paying.
If you consider another webstore or marketplace, treat it as an unverified seller until it passes basic business, pricing, review, and payment-protection checks. Those checks can reduce the chance of buying from a fraudulent store; they cannot prove that every loose brick, sealed box, or marketplace listing is genuine.
Where you can buy genuine LEGO Pokémon sets
The safest route is to use a channel identified in Pokémon’s current product announcement. The August 1, 2026 update names LEGO.com, LEGO Stores, and Pokémon Center in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. It does not establish worldwide availability, permanent stock, or a single price.

Before checkout, confirm that the page is on the correct regional LEGO site, that the set name and number match the Pokémon announcement or the official LEGO product information, and that the box is described as new if that is what you want. Keep the order confirmation and receipt.
Pokémon Center
Pokémon’s August 2026 announcement lists Pokémon Center as a channel in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The January 2026 announcement described the initial collection, with preorders through LEGO.com/Pokemon and Pokémon Center and purchase beginning February 27, 2026. The August update is the more relevant reference for the current wave.
Pokémon Center availability is regional. A product visible to a US customer may not appear for a Canadian or UK customer, and a listing can sell out without the announcement changing. Check the local storefront, delivery destination, currency, taxes, and return rules rather than assuming that another country’s listing can be shipped to you.

Pokémon’s Retail Locator
Pokémon Support recommends its Retail Locator for finding local locations that sell official Pokémon products. It is a useful way to identify nearby retailers, but it is not a promise that every listed shop has every LEGO Pokémon set. Call the store or check its own inventory before making a trip, especially for a newly released or popular set.

Availability outside the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom
The cited Pokémon announcements establish the named channels and markets above; they do not establish current availability in every country. If you are elsewhere, check your local LEGO website or store and use Pokémon’s locator for nearby official Pokémon-product retailers. Do not treat a foreign storefront, freight-forwarding offer, or social-media seller as an official local route simply because it uses Pokémon or LEGO imagery.
Importing can add duties, taxes, currency-conversion fees, warranty complications, and expensive returns. Compare the complete delivered cost with a local option. A low sticker price can disappear after those charges, while a promised “worldwide” delivery route can make a dispute harder to resolve.

- Read the language closely. Look for copied text, inconsistent spelling, machine-translated policies, strange currency changes, or claims that conflict with the store’s stated location. One typo does not prove fraud, but several inconsistencies deserve caution.
- Find real contact details. Check whether the site provides a physical business address, working email, and telephone information. Test the contact route with a specific question before ordering. A form that never receives a response is a risk signal.
- Read returns and privacy policies. The policies should explain where returns go, who pays return shipping, refund timing, exclusions, and how personal data is handled. Missing, copied, or contradictory policies are reasons to stop.
- Compare the offer with official product information. Confirm the set name, identity, images, and claimed contents. A store that cannot identify exactly what it is selling is not made trustworthy by a discount.
- Treat very low prices as a warning, not proof. A sale, clearance event, or used item can legitimately cost less. The problem is an implausible price combined with weak business information, pressure to pay immediately, or an unclear condition.

Be especially careful with listings for individual licensed Pokémon figures or specialty pieces. After a fake, missing, or materially different delivery
Photograph the shipping package and contents, keep all materials, and contact the seller in writing. State the problem precisely: non-delivery, counterfeit concern, missing parts, wrong set, or condition different from the listing.
