Does it work on induction, and what about other cooktops?
SCANPAN states that the Axis range is compatible with all energy sources, including induction. Its Axis Fry Pan product page also says the pan is induction compatible, and Kitchen Warehouse lists the 26cm version as induction compatible. These are manufacturer and retailer specifications; CHOICE’s public product listing leaves the induction field blank.
