Those are third-party listed prices, not verified checkout prices, and the iQOO model name and specifications need confirmation with an official listing before purchase.

Which phone has the better display?
On the published specifications, the Redmi has the more premium display type and a slightly larger screen: Xiaomi describes its 6.83-inch panel as 1.5K AMOLED with a refresh rate up to 120Hz. Xiaomi UK gives the resolution as 2772 × 1280. Smartprix lists the iQOO with a 6.76-inch, 1080 × 2344, 120Hz LCD. Both listings therefore indicate a high-refresh-rate screen, but only the Redmi is specified as AMOLED.

That specification difference can matter if you value display technology and resolution, but it does not establish which phone looks better in person. Brightness, color tuning, outdoor visibility and viewing comfort are not compared in the cited information.
Battery capacity and charging vary by market
Xiaomi’s official regional specifications should not be merged into one Redmi battery figure. Its UK page lists an 8,340mAh typical silicon-carbon battery, 67W charging and wired reverse charging up to 22.5W. Xiaomi India lists a 9,000mAh typical silicon-carbon battery and 67W charging. The two capacities refer to different regional listings, not a single universal configuration.

Smartprix lists a 7,200mAh battery and 44W charging for the iQOO Z11xA 5G. These are listed capacities and charging rates; no comparable battery-life test or charging-time measurement is available here, so they do not prove how long either phone lasts in everyday use.
Check what charger comes in the box
- UK Redmi: Xiaomi says a power adapter is not included and recommends a 67W PD-capable adapter.
- India Redmi: Xiaomi says a 67W charger is included, while noting that package contents vary by region.
Confirm the exact regional model and box contents with the seller before budgeting for a charger.

Camera hardware: what the listed numbers do and do not tell you
Xiaomi specifies a 50MP OIS main rear camera, an 8MP ultra-wide rear camera and a 16MP front camera for the Redmi. Smartprix lists the iQOO with a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth camera and a 32MP front camera. The Redmi therefore has a listed ultra-wide camera, while the iQOO’s additional rear camera is identified as a depth camera.
Megapixel counts alone cannot establish photo quality. The cited material does not provide comparable camera tests, image samples or enough information to judge processing, low-light results, video features or autofocus performance. It is also not enough to conclude that the iQOO’s higher listed selfie-camera resolution produces better selfies.

Price difference in India
Smartprix displayed ₹28,999 for the iQOO Z11xA 5G and ₹36,999 for the Redmi Note 17 Pro, with those details last updated September 18, 2026. Subtracting the two displayed figures gives a listed difference of ₹8,000, with the iQOO lower. These are dated third-party prices, not official quotations or confirmed current checkout totals. A separate October 4, 2026 editorial search excerpt said it could not establish a comparable current Redmi India price, so the ₹8,000 gap should be treated as indicative rather than a verified market-wide difference.
Before deciding on price, compare the same RAM and storage capacity, seller, warranty terms and any checkout discounts. The cited listing does not establish that the two prices refer to like-for-like configurations.

What is not confirmed about the iQOO listing
The comparison source spells the model “iQOO Z11xA 5G,” whereas the assignment title uses “Z11xa.” No official iQOO listing in the cited material confirms the exact product name, regional variant or Smartprix specifications. Verify the model name and its configuration against the seller’s product page and an official iQOO source before paying.
The cited comparison also does not state iQOO chipset, RAM and storage options, network bands or regional SKU details. Smartprix lists two years of OS updates for iQOO and four years for Redmi, but the iQOO update figure is not corroborated by an official iQOO source here, and the Xiaomi regional pages cited for hardware do not independently verify the Redmi update figure. Treat both update-support figures as third-party claims rather than confirmed support commitments.
