If the VIP key is missing in Hellraiser: Revival, return to the club’s private room and speak with the woman there. She asks for three objects. Find all three in the club’s side rooms, bring them back, and continue the conversation through its complete ending. Only then does she give you the item used at the VIP entrance.
Walkthroughs call the reward either “Bunny Toy” or “bunny key.” The inventory label can vary from the wording in a guide, so follow the item that appears after the woman finishes the exchange and use the prompt at the VIP reader or keypad.

The short route to the VIP key
- Enter the club and locate the woman in the private bedroom or private room.
- Talk to her until she explains that she wants three objects.
- Search the three side rooms and collect every requested object.
- Return to the woman and hand over all three items.
- Continue the interaction until it ends completely; do not leave after the handoff alone.
- Take the resulting Bunny Toy or bunny key to the VIP entrance and use it at the reader or keypad.
The key does not come from the bouncer, and you do not obtain it by forcing the VIP entrance before completing the woman’s request. If the door still does not open, the most likely cause is an incomplete collection or an unfinished conversation.

The available walkthrough descriptions use different landmarks. One places the woman in a southeast bedroom. Another describes a private room near the DJ stand. These descriptions may refer to the same area from different approaches, or they may reflect differences in how the club is labeled. Treat them as search cues rather than a precise, confirmed map coordinate.

Use landmarks instead of relying on one compass direction
- Check the private bedroom areas branching off the club floor.
- Look around the section near the DJ stand for a room that is separated from the main dance area.
- If you searched only the southeast side and found nobody, inspect the other private-room entrance near the DJ equipment.
- Speak with her again after collecting items; the request and the completion dialogue are part of the same objective chain.
You should receive a clear request for three objects before searching. If no request appears, you may be speaking to another character or have not advanced the interaction far enough. Leave the room, return, and select every available dialogue option.
Collect all three requested objects
One walkthrough names the objects as a Spreader Bar, Paddle, and Dildo. The same guide describes each item with visual room clues rather than relying only on a compass direction. Another guide describes three rooms as southwest, northwest, and northeast locations, with ground, table, and shelf clues, but does not identify which named object belongs to which cardinal room.
Because the room-to-item mapping is not consistent between the descriptions, do not stop after checking one room or assume that a specific direction always contains a specific object. Inspect all three side rooms and use the lighting, doorway, and surface details you can see in your own game.

The table reflects the named-object clues from one guide. A separate guide uses room directions and surfaces instead:
- One object is described in a southwest room.
- One object is described in a northwest room.
- One object is described in a northeast room.
- The surface clues include the ground, a table, and a shelf.
That second description does not establish which of the three named objects matches each direction. If the item you expect is not where a guide says it should be, search the other two side rooms rather than assuming the quest is broken.

How to search efficiently
- Start at the room where you met the woman and note the exits into side rooms.
- Check the room with green lighting, including the floor and edges of furniture.
- Inspect the room reached through an oval archway. Do not assume the arch itself marks the item; scan the room after passing through it.
- Search the pink-lit room and examine shelves at close range.
- Visit the remaining side rooms associated with the southwest, northwest, and northeast approaches.
- Look at the ground, tabletops, and shelving rather than only the center of each room.
- Confirm each pickup in the inventory before returning to the woman.
The objective requires three objects, not one. A single pickup will not trigger the reward, even if it is the item you expected to find first.
Return to the woman and finish the exchange
After all three objects are in your inventory, go back to the woman. Hand over the requested items and continue through the dialogue. The guides agree that the key is awarded after the full interaction, not necessarily at the instant the handoff animation or first line finishes.

- Remain in the conversation until the dialogue closes on its own or no further response is available.
- Do not interrupt the exchange by walking away immediately after giving the items.
- If the game presents multiple response choices, select the remaining options until the scene concludes.
- After leaving the conversation, open the inventory or objective tracker and verify that a new item or objective appeared.
The reward is labeled differently in the two walkthroughs: one calls it “Bunny Toy,” while another calls it a “bunny key.” The wording difference does not indicate two separate required items. Use the label shown by your game and match it to the VIP entrance interaction prompt.
Use the item at the VIP entrance
With the reward in your inventory, return to the club’s VIP entrance. Interact with the reader or keypad at the entrance. The game should consume or register the Bunny Toy/bunny key and allow access.
If the prompt still says that you need a key, do not repeatedly attack or bypass the entrance. Go back through the checklist below. The documented route is linear: request, three pickups, completed return conversation, then VIP entrance.

If the key does not appear: troubleshooting checklist
1. Confirm that the request was triggered
Return to the woman’s private room and speak with her again. If she has not described the three-object request, the quest state may not have advanced. Select every available dialogue option and wait for the interaction to end.

Do not rely on a single room assignment. The guides disagree on the exact mapping, so inspect the green-lit room, the oval-arch room, the pink-lit shelf, and the rooms approached from the southwest, northwest, and northeast sides. The direction clues and named-object clues are not fully reconciled.
3. Look at surfaces carefully
Several clues place an item on a particular surface: the ground, a table, or a shelf. Move close enough for the interaction prompt to appear. A quick pass through the middle of a room can miss a pickup placed against a wall or on furniture.
4. Verify that you have three items, not just one or two
Count the requested pickups in your inventory. The objective calls for three objects: Spreader Bar, Paddle, and Dildo in the named-object walkthrough. If one is absent, continue searching before returning to the woman.
5. Revisit the woman after the final pickup
Even if the objective marker appears complete, return to the private room and start the conversation again. Hand over the objects, then remain until the dialogue is fully over. The reward can be tied to the final lines rather than the initial handoff.

6. Check the item name your version uses
Look for “Bunny Toy” as well as “bunny key.” A guide’s terminology may not match the inventory text in your copy. The important test is whether a new reward appears after the completed exchange and whether the VIP entrance recognizes it.
7. Retry the entrance only after the conversation is complete
Return to the reader or keypad after confirming the reward. If the entrance prompt changes, use the item there. Repeated attempts before the dialogue concludes will not substitute for the missing quest step.
What the available guidance does not establish
The walkthroughs do not document a separate alternate trigger, a confirmed bug, or a platform-specific fix for a missing key. They agree on the collection-and-return sequence but differ in room descriptions. Therefore, there is no verified reset command, save-edit procedure, or guaranteed reload workaround to recommend for this objective. Start by completing the documented sequence again and checking every room.

The club’s layout is described in two ways. The named-object account relies on atmosphere and architecture: green lighting, an oval arch, and a pink-lit shelf. The other account relies on compass directions and surfaces: southwest, northwest, northeast, ground, table, and shelf. Neither description supplies a complete one-to-one map that links every named object to a direction.
That matters if you are following a video or text guide that assumes its own camera orientation. A player entering from another corridor may experience the same room as being on a different side of the club. Lighting and physical landmarks are more reliable than blindly matching a compass label, while checking all three side rooms prevents a directional mismatch from blocking progress.

Platform and release context
The US PlayStation Store lists the PS5 Standard Edition of Hellraiser: Revival with an October 8, 2026 release date and identifies Saber Interactive, Inc. as publisher. A PlayStation Blog announcement dated July 16, 2026 also described the PS5 release as arriving October 8, 2026. Those listings are US regional information; edition names and availability can differ in other regions.
The puzzle route above comes from third-party walkthrough descriptions rather than an official puzzle guide or an independently verified playthrough. The shared sequence—speak with the woman, collect three objects, return and complete the exchange, then use the reward at the VIP entrance—is consistent across those descriptions. The precise room-to-item assignment is the part that remains uncertain.

When you are standing at the locked VIP entrance, use this order without skipping ahead:
- Leave the entrance and return to the club interior.
- Find the private room near the DJ stand or the southeast bedroom area.
- Talk to the woman until the three-object request is active.
- Search every side room, using the green light, oval arch, pink-lit shelf, and cardinal-room clues.
- Collect the Spreader Bar, Paddle, and Dildo, or the three item names shown by your objective.
- Return to the woman and complete every dialogue line after handing over the objects.
- Confirm that Bunny Toy or bunny key has appeared in the inventory.
- Use that item at the VIP reader or keypad.
This is the documented solution for a missing VIP key. If the reward still fails to appear after all eight checks, the available guides provide no confirmed additional trigger or platform remedy; preserve your save and consult a current, version-specific support source for your platform.
