If the TTD app hangs, rejects a form, loses a slot at payment, or appears to take money without showing a ticket, stop before making another payment. First verify that you are using the official TTDevasthanams app or TTD’s official website. Then classify the problem as an app-access failure, a slot or form failure, or uncertain payment status. Use the website as a practical alternate official channel, and contact TTD before relying on any booking whose confirmation is not visible.
TTD’s published support contacts are 155257 for ticket questions and edpm@tirumala.org for app support. Neither the official material reviewed nor TTD’s advisories promise a universal fix, retry interval, or refund time for every booking category.
Start with the right diagnosis
The next step depends on what failed. A page that never opens is different from a slot that disappears during payment, and both are different from a debit with no ticket. The following triage keeps you from repeating a payment or trusting an unconfirmed reservation.

Recent Google Play reviews describe messages such as “Unable to process your request,” long queue waits, and “Choose another slot.” These are reports from individual users, not an official outage notice or proof of a particular technical cause.

Verify that the booking channel is genuine
Before troubleshooting a technical symptom, verify the service itself. The official Google Play listing identifies the app as TTDevasthanams. It describes mobile-number login with a one-time password and services including Special Entry Darshan, accommodation, and Srivari Sevas. Open the app from the official app store listing on your device, or navigate to TTD’s official website by entering the address yourself. Do not use a booking URL forwarded through an unsolicited WhatsApp message, social-media post, or unknown sender.
TTD’s August 14, 2026 advisory says: “Make bookings for TTD services, Darshan and accommodation only through the official TTD website/mobile app.” The same advisory reported that 259 fake websites were identified and removed during the two years preceding August 14, 2026. That figure is TTD’s report, not a count of every fraudulent page currently online, so treat any unfamiliar site as unverified rather than assuming it is legitimate.
Signs you should stop before entering payment details
- The page is reached through a shortened, forwarded, or unsolicited link rather than through TTD’s official channel.
- A person promises a guaranteed slot, asks for a transfer to a personal account, or requests payment outside the official checkout.
- The site or account uses TTD imagery but does not match the official app identity or website.
- You are pressured to pay quickly while the official booking channel is unavailable.
TTD has specifically warned that fake platforms and people claiming to arrange bookings have collected money from devotees. A payment request from an intermediary is not a workaround for an app error; it is a reason to stop.

If the TTD app itself will not load
TTD’s official sources reviewed for this problem do not provide a guaranteed app-loading fix, supported-device matrix, outage dashboard, or prescribed sequence involving cache clearing, reinstalling, VPNs, or changing devices. Do not describe any of those actions as TTD-approved remedies. You can still take a cautious path that preserves your ability to verify a booking.
- Confirm the app identity. Check that the installed listing is “TTDevasthanams,” not an app with a similar name. If you reached it from a message or advertisement, close that link and reopen the official store listing independently.
- Check ordinary access conditions. Make sure the phone has a working internet connection and that you can receive the mobile OTP used for login. These are basic access checks, not a statement that TTD has diagnosed your device or network as the cause.
- Try the official website independently. TTD says booking and availability information is updated on its official website. Switching channels is a practical workaround when the app is inaccessible, but the available evidence does not show that the website and app share the same failure mode or that switching guarantees success.
- Do not pay through an alternate link. If someone sends a “backup” booking page, treat it as untrusted. Use only the official website or app.
- Contact TTD if access still fails. For ticket questions, call 155257. For app support, the official app listing gives edpm@tirumala.org. Explain that the app will not load, identify the service you intended to book, and ask which official channel you should use.
Keep screenshots of the app name, the point at which loading stops, and any displayed message. A screenshot cannot prove an outage, but it gives support a precise description without requiring you to keep retrying a payment flow.
If a slot, form, or payment step fails
A slot shown in a calendar is not a confirmed booking. Recent user reviews say that availability sometimes disappeared after details were entered or at the payment stage. Those reviews establish the kind of problem users report, not how often it occurs or why it happens.

When the form rejects your details
- Read the exact message and record the time. The phrase “Unable to process your request” has appeared in individual reviews, but it is not a published, complete list of TTD error codes.
- Return to the official account or booking section rather than following a link supplied by another person.
- Check whether the service still shows the same availability. Treat the earlier slot as provisional until the official channel displays a completed booking or ticket.
- If you have already reached a payment page, check your bank or wallet before attempting payment again. A failed-looking page can coexist with a pending or completed debit.
When the slot changes to “Choose another slot”
Selecting another slot may be necessary if the original inventory is no longer available, but the wording reported by reviewers does not establish whether the cause was demand, a timeout, an application error, or another condition. Do not infer that a displayed slot is held for you unless the official channel shows a booking reference or ticket.
When the queue appears unusually long
Long waits have also been mentioned in recent reviews dated August 25–26, 2026. They are anecdotal observations. They do not establish a current outage, a guaranteed waiting period, or a particular server condition. Leave the page only after noting whether payment was attempted, then verify the account status before starting a new transaction.
If payment appears to have succeeded but no confirmation arrives
This is the point at which a second payment creates the greatest risk. A bank debit, wallet entry, or payment-success screen is not by itself proof that TTD issued a ticket. Conversely, an error page does not prove that no payment was received.

- Stop repeated attempts. Do not immediately submit the same booking and payment again.
- Check the official booking account. Sign in through the official app or website and look for a ticket, booking reference, or transaction history. Use only the channel you verified independently.
- Record the transaction. Save the amount, date and time, payment method, bank or wallet transaction ID, mobile number used for login, service requested, and screenshots of any status message.
- Contact TTD before relying on the booking. Call 155257 for ticket queries or email edpm@tirumala.org for app support. Ask TTD to confirm whether the payment and booking were received and what status you should treat as authoritative.
- Do not assume a universal refund deadline. The available official material does not establish a general wait period, refund schedule, or recovery procedure for every TTD service. Your bank or payment provider may show a transaction before TTD’s booking system confirms issuance, so support must reconcile the records.
Until TTD’s official channel shows a valid confirmation, plan as though the booking is unconfirmed. Do not present a bank debit, screenshot, or message from an intermediary as a ticket at the entrance.

TTD’s May 16, 2026 statement describes a particular payment-and-inventory process for Srivani online tickets. It says access is allocated first-come, first-served; a ticket is issued after successful payment; and a ticket may return to the general pool if payment fails or TTD does not receive confirmation that the funds were deposited.

That statement also describes a ten-minute delay to allow tickets without payment confirmation to return to availability. This detail belongs to the Srivani process described in that statement. Do not apply it automatically to Special Entry Darshan, accommodation, Srivari Sevas, or any other TTD booking category. The available sources do not establish a matching ten-minute rule for those services.

If a Srivani payment is unclear, record the transaction and contact TTD rather than treating the ten-minute detail as a guaranteed waiting period or refund promise. It explains how TTD described Srivani inventory returning to the pool; it does not tell you that every debit will resolve within ten minutes.
Contact TTD with information support can use
TTD’s July 15, 2026 press release says: “For any queries related to tickets, devotees may contact the TTD Call Centre at 155257, where complete and authentic information will be provided.” Use that number for ticket questions, including uncertainty about whether a transaction produced a valid ticket. The official app listing provides edpm@tirumala.org for app support.
Prepare this information
- Your name and the mobile number used for the TTD account.
- The service and date you attempted to book.
- The approximate time of each attempt.
- The exact wording shown by the app or website.
- Payment method, amount, and transaction or reference ID, if money was debited.
- A screenshot of the status page, receipt, or error, with sensitive banking credentials concealed.
Never send a one-time password, card PIN, full card security code, or banking password to a caller, email address, or social account claiming to be an agent. TTD’s published phone and app-support details are the appropriate starting points for verification.

The official Google Play listing showed an update on August 27, 2026. Reviews dated August 25–26, 2026 mention “Unable to process your request,” long queue waits, and slots becoming unavailable after details were entered. The listing and reviews demonstrate that users have reported these symptoms around that period; they do not verify a continuing outage, identify a root cause, establish prevalence, or prove that every device is affected.
There is also no published evidence in the available official material of a browser or device compatibility table, a universal retry interval, or one technical remedy that resolves all app-loading and booking failures. That is why the safest sequence is channel verification, status checking, and official support—not repeated payments or unofficial assistance.
Before you try again
- Use the independently opened official TTD app or website.
- Know which service you are booking; Srivani’s payment rules should not be generalized to other categories.
- Have your mobile number available for OTP login.
- Keep a record of any attempted transaction before restarting the flow.
- Check for an existing ticket or booking reference before paying again.
- If status remains uncertain, call 155257 or email edpm@tirumala.org.
- Ignore intermediaries, forwarded links, and requests to transfer money to unknown people.
The practical decision is simple: an app screen, slot, or payment receipt is not the final authority by itself. Rely on a confirmation visible in TTD’s official channel, and ask TTD to resolve any payment ambiguity before you make another booking attempt.
