If the missing reward is Egg Gifted from Flowers, the most likely explanation is that the Fragrant Dream chain is not fully complete. You must collect the chain’s ten regional colours, have the perfumes made, and offer every colour at the Amethyst Tree on Tideblossom Coast. The tree is the hand-in point described by the available walkthroughs, not a reliable early chest location.
Open Aniimo’s current quest tracker first. It is more authoritative than any third-party guide when a quest name, objective, marker or interaction differs between game versions.
Identify which “flower gift” you are missing
Aniimo players commonly use “flower gift” to mean Egg Gifted from Flowers, a Prismatic-tier egg associated with the Fragrant Dream quest chain. The in-game item description reproduced by a third-party walkthrough calls it “a gift from blooming flowers, given in return for offering ten colors of the world to the Vein.” That wording points to a multi-step quest reward rather than an object that simply spawns beside a flower or tree.
If your tracker shows a different Journey chapter, do not follow the Fragrant Dream route automatically. In particular, Flowers and Thorns is a separate chapter with its own continuation and should be checked independently.

How the Fragrant Dream reward is earned
The available Aniimo walkthroughs describe the reward route as ten regional sections. In each section, you locate a perfumer or the place where that perfumer worked, obtain the requested regional ingredient when one is required, receive a completed perfume, and offer that perfume’s colour at the Amethyst Tree. The reward is tied to completing all ten offerings.
This means finding one flower, opening one nearby chest or reaching the tree marker is not enough. A missing colour, an uncollected perfume, or an interaction that did not register can leave the egg unavailable even when the map appears to point you to the correct area.

Progress can take several real days
The chain is not necessarily completable in one sitting. The walkthrough notes that it spans real days, and the Beast Fang Ridge section is gated behind the Warrior quest in Russet Highlands. If that section is unavailable, check the Warrior quest rather than repeatedly searching the tree or its surroundings.
Reach the correct Amethyst Tree hand-in
After a perfume is ready, return to the Amethyst Tree on Tideblossom Coast and use the interaction for that colour. One guide places the tree about 268 metres from the Tideblossom Coast fast-travel array and describes offering each perfume to that region’s Colorless Dream. The exact distance is a navigation aid, not a requirement; the interaction prompt and your objective marker matter more if the world layout has changed.
- Open the active Fragrant Dream objective and note the colour or perfume currently requested.
- Travel to the Amethyst Tree on Tideblossom Coast. If you arrive from the fast-travel array, use the marker and the interaction prompt rather than searching for a separate reward chest.
- Offer the completed perfume to the tree’s Colorless Dream. Wait for the interaction to finish and verify that the objective or colour list updates.
- Repeat the process for every remaining colour. A completed ingredient step is not the same as a completed tree offering.
- After the tenth offering, check the tracker for the final conversation or completion objective before looking for the egg.
If the tree does not offer an interaction, return to the relevant perfumer or ingredient location and inspect the tracker for an unclaimed step. Some sections require the perfume to be collected from a character in Bloomville rather than from the regional field where the ingredient was found.

Why a chest search may send you in the wrong direction
Walkthroughs disagree about the role of a nearby chest. One account discusses a chest near the tree, while the AniimoGames Wiki route treats the tree marker as the ten-colour hand-in and warns against interpreting it as an early chest pickup. That disagreement is enough reason not to make chest discovery your primary test.

Check whether you are actually on Flowers and Thorns
Flowers and Thorns is not another name for Fragrant Dream. It is a different Journey chapter, and its Rosetower continuation appears only after the Sea of Flowers section and its closing conversation are complete.

- Open the Journey Log and select Flowers and Thorns.
- Confirm that every Sea of Flowers objective is complete, including the final conversation.
- Return to the Journey Log and look for the Rosetower continuation.
- If the continuation is still absent, follow the newly displayed objective rather than the Fragrant Dream tree route.
If your desired item is specifically Egg Gifted from Flowers, switch back to Fragrant Dream. Completing Flowers and Thorns will not satisfy the ten-colour requirement.
A practical troubleshooting sequence
Use this order so that you test quest state before assuming the reward is broken.
- Confirm the item and quest. Verify that you want Egg Gifted from Flowers and that the active chain is Fragrant Dream. If the tracker names another chapter, follow that chapter’s objectives.
- Audit all ten colours. Review Mistwoods, Echoback Landing, Rosetower Wood, Forest of Falling Stars, Beast Fang Ridge, Blitzwood, Russet Highlands, Argent Strait, Berylline Causeway and Driftwise Meadow. Mark the exact colour that is missing instead of relying on memory.
- Check each ingredient condition. Most sections require a regional item. Argent Strait is the exception described by the walkthrough: there is nothing to collect, and the green colour is obtained by singing after Zephyro’s departure.
- Check gated content. If Beast Fang Ridge is incomplete, verify the Warrior quest in Russet Highlands and allow for the chain’s real-day progression.
- Verify perfume collection. A perfumer may be on site or waiting in Bloomville. Make sure the finished perfume has entered your quest state, not merely that you picked up the ingredient.
- Revisit the Amethyst Tree. Offer every finished perfume, including colours you believe you already turned in, and watch for the objective update after each interaction.
- Complete the final conversation or objective. The reward may not become available until the tracker records the closing interaction after the last offering.
- Check the reward state again. Search the relevant inventory or reward screen only after the quest tracker shows completion. Do not treat a map marker alone as proof that the egg should already be present.
What to do if the tracker says complete but the egg is still missing
The available walkthroughs do not establish a confirmed universal recovery procedure for a completed Fragrant Dream chain whose Egg Gifted from Flowers reward is absent. In particular, there is no verified evidence here that restarting the game, clearing a cache, reinstalling the client or using a particular support channel resolves this state.

Record the exact quest name, the final objective text, the colours shown as complete, and what happens when you interact with the Amethyst Tree. Then compare those details with the current in-game instructions and any verified developer support information available for your client version. This preserves the distinction between an unregistered quest step and a genuine reward-delivery problem.
Bottom line
For Egg Gifted from Flowers, finish all ten Fragrant Dream colour sections, collect every required perfume, offer each one at the Amethyst Tree on Tideblossom Coast, and confirm the final tracker interaction. Treat the tree as the hand-in point rather than assuming the egg is an early chest pickup. If your tracker instead shows Flowers and Thorns, complete the Sea of Flowers closing conversation and check the Journey Log for Rosetower. When the relevant chain is visibly complete but the reward remains absent, the currently available guides do not document a proven fix.
