If Stencil Parts are missing in ARC Raiders, first identify how you expected to receive them. Embark says the material is found Topside, but has not published a guaranteed container, map, drop rate or farming route. If you expected parts from a Reward Pass, check which pass is active, inspect its reward track, restart the game, and verify that the latest update is installed. Reward Pass progression failed for some players in October 2026; a later community summary says Update 2.1.0 fixed progression, but that does not prove every previously missed reward was restored. Persistent account-specific cases should go to current official support.
What Stencil Parts are and how they are obtained
Stencil Parts are an application material for Weapon Stencils, the cosmetic patterns introduced with the Frozen Trail 2.0 update on October 8, 2026. They are consumed when you apply a learned stencil to a compatible weapon. They are not described as a workbench recipe or a separately craftable component.
Embark’s update says Stencil Parts “can be found Topside.” That is the complete public location guidance. The update does not identify a guaranteed container, named map area, fixed route or drop percentage. A community reference also notes that Embark has not published exact drop sources or crafting details.

Do not treat a missing part after one raid as proof that the account is broken. “Topside” establishes the broad acquisition category, not a guaranteed result from every building, container or extraction. The update also explains that zones retain their inherent loot type: a Residential area remains Residential, although the value of a particular raid’s loot can vary.

Start by identifying the symptom
The right fix depends on whether you are looking for a world drop, a pass reward, or a stencil that was already learned. Use this distinction before spending more time searching or assuming a purchase is required.

If you expected Stencil Parts from Topside loot
Search without assuming a fixed route
Run normal Topside raids and inspect the loot you actually extract. Because Embark has not published a guaranteed container or drop rate, guides that promise one exact room, map or percentage are making a claim the official material does not support. A failed search is evidence that a particular raid did not produce the item, not that every Topside source is exhausted.
Check the inventory after returning from the raid
Verify the item count after you are back in the game’s normal post-raid state rather than relying only on an on-screen pickup notification. If the count changes, the problem was likely a display or timing issue. If it never changes across multiple raids, record the raid date, platform, map or area, and what you searched before contacting support; those details help separate ordinary random loot from an account-delivery problem.

Do not infer a drop guarantee from zone type
Frozen Trail’s loot explanation says zone identity does not change from raid to raid. A Residential loot area remains Residential, while the amount of value can vary. That means changing to another area may change your overall loot, but it is not an officially documented shortcut to a Stencil Parts drop.
If the missing item was supposed to come from a Reward Pass
Confirm the active pass
Frozen Trail replaced the previous progression model with Reward Passes. Reward Points are automatically assigned to whichever pass is active, and only one pass can be active at a time. If you were advancing one pass while looking at another, the points and its rewards will not appear on the track you expected.
- Open the Reward Pass screen.
- Identify the pass marked as active.
- Compare that pass with the one you intended to progress.
- Inspect the reward track at the level reached by your current Reward Points.
- Check the inventory again for the claimed item or any newly available stencil.
The Frozen Trail Pass contains 60 levels across Free and Premium tracks. A Premium-only stencil will not become available on the Free track simply because the same level number has been reached.
Check the Legacy Pass for older Raider Deck rewards
Existing Raider Decks were moved to the Legacy Pass when the Reward Pass system launched. Embark says rewards that were already unlocked should appear as granted. If you are looking for an older Raider Deck reward, inspect Legacy rather than assuming it was transferred to the current Frozen Trail pass.

There are two different symptoms:
- Progress failure: Reward Points do not advance the active pass or the expected level never unlocks.
- Delivery or display failure: the pass shows a reward as unlocked, but the item is not visible in inventory.
This distinction matters when you report the problem. Include the pass name, whether it was active, the level shown, and whether the reward is marked unlocked or merely still locked.

Restart and verify the October updates
Why a restart matters
Embark’s October 9, 2026 Hotfix 2.0.2 specifically told players to restart the game to download the hotfix. A suspended console session or an already-open PC client may continue running an older build until it is fully closed and launched again.
- Exit ARC Raiders completely rather than leaving it suspended.
- Launch it again and allow the platform to finish any pending update.
- Return to the Reward Pass screen and inspect the active track.
- Check the inventory for the Stencil Parts or stencil that was missing.
- If the game still behaves as though progression is stuck, perform one fresh raid or other normal progression action, then inspect the pass again.
Interpret the reported 2.1.0 fix cautiously
A community wiki summary of the October 13, 2026 Update 2.1.0 reports that a Reward Pass progression issue was fixed. That summary is not an account-specific confirmation from Embark, and the available information does not establish that every reward missed before the fix was automatically restored. Treat the update as a reason to restart and recheck, not as proof that an older missing item must already be present.
Make sure you are not confusing a learned stencil with an applied one
Weapon Stencils have two separate states. Learning a stencil gives you a reusable blueprint-like pattern. Applying it to a compatible weapon consumes Stencil Parts. These are not the same inventory object.
- Learned stencil: the cosmetic pattern your account has unlocked and can apply again when you have the required parts.
- Applied stencil: the instance attached to a particular weapon.
If you are downed and another Raider loots your weapon, that weapon can leave with its applied stencil. Embark says the learned stencil itself is not lost. To put the pattern on another compatible weapon, apply it again and supply another set of Stencil Parts. A missing weapon therefore does not automatically mean your account lost the underlying stencil or that Parts were deducted by a bug.

Common assumptions that lead to the wrong fix
“There must be one guaranteed container”
No official source currently names one. The only confirmed location guidance is Topside. Avoid relying on a route that promises a drop every raid.
“Every Reward Pass receives my points”
It does not. Only the active pass receives Reward Points. Switching your attention to another pass without checking its status can make correctly awarded progress look missing.
“A Premium level automatically grants every stencil”
The pass has Free and Premium tracks, and five of the 14 listed stencils are exclusive to the Frozen Trail Premium Pass. Reaching a level on the Free track does not grant a Premium-exclusive reward.
“Losing a weapon deleted the stencil”
The applied pattern can travel with the looted weapon, but the learned stencil remains available. The replacement cost is Stencil Parts for applying it again, not relearning the pattern.

“The 2.1.0 note proves my old reward was restored”
The reported progression fix does not document how previously missed items are repaired on individual accounts. Confirm your own pass and inventory after restarting.
When to contact official support
Use current official support when the checks above do not explain the missing item. The reviewed materials do not publish an item-specific restoration command, guaranteed compensation process or workaround for a particular account. Do not assume that deleting and reinstalling the game, changing maps, or buying DLC will restore a missing Part; none of those remedies is established by the available guidance.

- The date and approximate time of the raid or Reward Pass unlock.
- Whether the item was expected from Topside or a pass.
- The active pass name and the level shown when the issue occurred.
- Whether the reward is marked unlocked, whether Reward Points advanced, and whether the inventory count changed.
- Your game version after restarting, plus screenshots or a short recording if available.
Describe the symptom precisely: “Reward Points did not advance,” “the pass shows unlocked but inventory is empty,” and “the learned stencil is present but Parts are missing” are different reports. Support may need that distinction to investigate the correct system, and no published source guarantees that a specific response or restoration will follow.
A compact decision checklist
- Decide whether the expected source was Topside loot, a current Reward Pass, Legacy Pass, or an already learned stencil.
- For Topside loot, keep expectations realistic: there is no published guaranteed container, route or drop rate.
- For pass rewards, verify the intended pass is the single active pass and inspect its exact reward track.
- For Raider Deck rewards, open Legacy Pass and check whether the previously unlocked reward was granted there.
- Fully restart the game so Hotfix 2.0.2 or later updates can install, then recheck the pass and inventory.
- Separate a learned stencil from the applied stencil on a weapon that may have been looted.
- If the item remains absent, contact current official support with the account, pass, version and symptom details; do not rely on an undocumented restoration trick.
The reliable conclusion is narrow but useful: Stencil Parts are a Topside material used to apply Weapon Stencils, while Reward Pass problems can misdirect or delay expected rewards. Checking the active pass, restarting after the October updates, and distinguishing account unlocks from weapon-bound applications resolves the situations covered by the published guidance. Anything beyond those checks remains an account-specific support case because Embark has not published a complete item-recovery procedure.
