If a Seven Knights Re:Birth coupon code won’t redeem, first check that it is still valid and has not already been used. Then confirm you entered the right account’s member number, use the official redemption route available for your platform, and check whether maintenance is underway. If the code is accepted but the reward is missing, look in the in-game mailbox and restart the game. Netmarble says expired or previously redeemed coupons cannot be used again.
Start by identifying what failed
There are two different problems that can look like a failed coupon: the code is rejected, or the redemption appears to work but the reward is not visible. Treat them separately. For a rejection, work through code eligibility, account identification, redemption route, and possible maintenance. For an accepted code with no visible item, go directly to the mailbox and delivery checks.
Before trying again, note the exact message on screen and whether you submitted the code through the game or Netmarble’s official web page. Keep the message as written rather than guessing what it means: Netmarble’s published materials do not establish that every error text has one universal cause. The same observation helps if you later contact support.
Check that the coupon is still eligible
Use the original official event notice
Find the official event announcement that issued the code and compare its validity period with the date and time you are trying to redeem it. A code that was real when announced can still be unusable after its stated deadline. Netmarble’s coupon page says, “Expired coupons cannot be used.” Do not treat a code list on an unofficial site as proof that a coupon is currently active; verify it against the publisher’s own event notice.

If the event notice does not state a validity period, or you cannot locate the notice, do not assume the code is still active. Check Netmarble’s official announcements or ask customer support about the specific code. Avoid repeatedly testing a code whose status is uncertain: repeated attempts do not make an expired coupon valid.
Consider whether the code was already redeemed
Netmarble’s coupon page also says, “Previously redeemed coupons cannot be used again.” A global event notice specifies that in-game coupons can be used only once per account. If you already redeemed that coupon on the intended account, entering it again will not provide another reward. Check whether you or someone using the account completed the redemption earlier, and whether you may be looking at a different account from the one used then.

One-use restrictions are not a reason to try the same code across accounts in search of a working result. The event notice says Netmarble will not restore a code after use. If you believe a code was consumed unexpectedly, contact support with the details, but do not count on a used code being reinstated.

The coupon form needs both a member code (also described in Netmarble’s instructions as the game UID or member number) and the coupon code. These identify different things: the coupon code identifies the offer, while the member number directs the reward to the intended game account. A correct coupon attached to the wrong account identifier can therefore fail to solve the problem you are trying to fix.

- Open Seven Knights Re:BIRTH on the account that should receive the reward.
- Go to the game’s Settings area and open the Account tab. Netmarble’s documented Korean instructions say to copy the UID from this tab.
- Use the copied UID as the member code on the redemption form. Check that it belongs to the intended account before submitting.
- Enter the coupon code in its separate field, then review both fields for a copying or entry mistake.
Netmarble’s detailed instructions were published in Korean on May 15, 2025. They document this account-identification approach, but menu wording may differ among regional or later game clients. If your client presents a different layout, look for its account information or UID rather than assuming a particular label must appear exactly as described.
Choose the redemption route for your platform
Netmarble documents two routes: the official web coupon page, which requests a member code and coupon code, and an in-game route through the lobby, settings, and account area. The publisher’s Korean instructions explicitly say iOS users cannot enter coupons in-game, so iOS players should use the official web route instead.

Use the publisher’s page or the game’s own documented flow, not a third-party redemption form. If you are on iOS and trying the in-game route, switch to the web page rather than continuing to look for an in-game entry field. If you use the web form, check that the member code came from the account meant to receive the reward, not from a different account currently available on your device.

Netmarble has published a maintenance notice stating that coupon codes cannot be redeemed during maintenance. This is a temporary service condition, not evidence on its own that the coupon has expired or that your account identifier is wrong.

- Check Netmarble’s official game notices for a maintenance announcement covering the time you tried to redeem the code.
- If maintenance is underway, wait until it ends before making another attempt.
- After service resumes, retry through the appropriate official route, using the verified member number and coupon code.
The maintenance notice establishes that redemption can be unavailable during maintenance; it does not mean every rejected code is caused by maintenance. If no relevant maintenance is announced and the code is still rejected, continue with the eligibility and account checks rather than treating downtime as the default explanation.
If redemption succeeds but the reward is missing
Netmarble says coupon rewards are delivered to the in-game mailbox, and delivery may be slightly delayed. A successful submission therefore may not appear immediately in the part of the game where you expected to find it.
- Open the mailbox on the account associated with the member number you submitted and look for the coupon reward.
- If it is not there yet, allow some time for delivery rather than immediately submitting the same one-use coupon again.
- Restart the game, then check the mailbox again. Netmarble’s event notice specifically recommends restarting if the reward is not visible after entering the code.
If the reward remains missing after those checks, contact Netmarble support and explain that the code appeared to be accepted but the reward did not arrive. Include the time of redemption and the account identifier so support can understand which account and transaction you mean.

Netmarble’s instructions direct other coupon questions to customer support. When you report the problem, provide the exact coupon code, the UID or member number for the intended account, the exact error text (if there was one), and a screenshot showing the result. State which official route you used and whether you saw a success message; that distinguishes a rejected submission from a reward-delivery delay.
Keep expectations realistic. Netmarble’s event notice says it will not restore a coupon code after use and will not assist with an expired coupon. Support is appropriate for an unresolved account, redemption, or delivery question, but the published notice does not promise an exception for an already-used or expired code.
