Is the 888/HSP160 still available?
SupaSwift’s official website describes an Australian-owned and operated brand with an authorised dealer network, stating it has “over 140 retailers in Australia and counting!” The site does not identify the 888/HSP160 or confirm that it remains in production or in stock.
Before buying a used mower, ordering parts or arranging service, contact an authorised SupaSwift dealer with the exact model number. Ask them to confirm availability, compatible parts, service documentation and the warranty terms that apply to the specific machine. How to decide whether it suits your needs
The listed 50 cm cut and self-propelled operation are useful points to compare with your lawn and other mower options, but the published specifications alone cannot establish cutting quality or ease of handling. Consider these factors before committing:
- Whether catcher and mulcher modes match how you manage clippings.
- Whether the 15–65 mm range and six settings offer the cut heights you want.
- Whether a 33 kg machine is manageable for your storage, transport and terrain.
- Whether a dealer can confirm support and parts for this exact model.
- Whether you can find independently visible test results that allow a fair comparison with current alternatives.
A retailer’s listing for the distinct SupaSwift SSV160FC describes a 159cc engine. That is not evidence that the engine is fitted to the 888/HSP160, so do not use it to identify a replacement engine without model-specific documentation or dealer confirmation.
