The realme 9 4G, powered by the Snapdragon 680, scored 289,048 in AnTuTu 9 in Frandroid’s test. Published Geekbench 5 multi-core results range from 1,557 to 1,590, while reported PCMark Work scores run from 8,009 to 8,347. These are results from different review units and test collections, not guaranteed scores for every handset.

realme 9 4G benchmark scores at a glance

“realme 9” can refer to more than one handset. The results here are for the realme 9 4G, which uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680. The figures below retain each source’s benchmark version and test label because similar names do not prove identical test conditions.

Benchmark Reported result Source and context
AnTuTu 9 289,048 Frandroid review test
Geekbench 5, single-core / multi-core 381 / 1,590 Tom’s Hardware Italia review table
Geekbench 5, single-core / multi-core 381 / 1,566 TechRadar review
Geekbench 5, single-core / multi-core 376 / 1,557 Xataka Android comparison table
Geekbench 5 OpenCL 431 TechRadar review
PCMark Work 3.0 8,009 Tom’s Hardware Italia review table
PCMark 3.0 8,185 Frandroid review table; the label alone does not establish identical conditions to the Work 3.0 test
PCMark Work 8,340 Xataka Android review table
PCMark for Android Work 3.0 8,347 median UL Benchmarks device page; median of user-submitted results, page updated 2026-03-12

Across the cited publications, a useful shorthand is about 289,000 in AnTuTu 9, around 1,560–1,590 in Geekbench 5 multi-core, and roughly 8,000–8,350 in reported PCMark Work tests. Those are summaries of the listed results, not a controlled range measured under one shared protocol.

What the AnTuTu 9 score includes

Frandroid’s 289,048 total is made up of CPU 83,697, GPU 51,120, memory 74,350, and UX 79,881. These component scores belong to Frandroid’s tested unit and AnTuTu 9 run; they should not be treated as fixed scores for every realme 9 4G.

Why published results differ

Benchmark version and workload

Geekbench 5 reports separate single-core and multi-core results, while the TechRadar OpenCL result is a different graphics-compute test. AnTuTu 9 combines CPU, GPU, memory, and user-experience components. PCMark figures are labelled Work, Work 3.0, or PCMark 3.0 across these sources; the labels are not sufficiently consistent to assume every result used precisely the same setup.

Review runs and user-submitted results are different kinds of evidence

Review tables report results for each publication’s test unit. UL Benchmarks says of its Realme 9 4G device page: “Each benchmark score shown on this page is the median of all the results submitted by users for this device.” Its 8,347 Work 3.0 figure is therefore an aggregated median, not one controlled review run.

Configuration and software state matter

The manufacturer lists realme 9 4G configurations with 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage, and lists realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12. The cited reviews do not establish matching RAM configurations, firmware states, app builds, or full lab protocols across all results, so their scores should not be read as a direct, like-for-like ranking.

What the results suggest about everyday use

The realme 9 4G’s Snapdragon 680 has four Cortex-A73 CPU cores up to 2.4 GHz, four Cortex-A53 cores up to 1.9 GHz, and Adreno 610 graphics, according to the manufacturer’s specifications. That modest platform is consistent with TechRadar’s assessment that performance is average: the phone can handle apps and games, but heavy multitasking or demanding games may expose its limits. A synthetic score is a repeatable workload result, not a guarantee of how every app, game, or task will feel.

Quick Recap

Which score should you use?

  • For a quick headline figure, use Frandroid’s AnTuTu 9 result of 289,048 and keep the version attached.
  • For Geekbench 5, cite both parts of the result and the source: published multi-core scores are 1,557–1,590, with single-core scores of 376–381.
  • For PCMark, preserve the source’s exact test label and distinguish review-table scores from UL’s user-submitted median.
  • When comparing phones, use the same benchmark edition and workload, and account for device configuration and collection method wherever those details are available.
